Maybe I'm just unlucky because they have great reviews. Bought my car in for a deer collision. They did just the bare minimum at best. My rear mirror rattles. Broken glasses still falling from the roof every once in a while. Window trim popping out once in a while. That's the stuff that I can see. Sadly disappointed

I went to this shop recently to get back bumper replaced. I had a great experience. Eric gave me a good price and told me they will get the part ordered and painted then contact me. A couple of days later they called me. I went in and they got it done in less than an hour. He even scraped off the wite paint on the other side my car ( from hitting a garage pole) for free and made it look so much better. The whole process was super easy. Eric was and honest and kind and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop!Service: Body & Trim

Great, great, great customer service, great job on car body work. This is my 2nd time here, and if i need car body work again, i have no doubt where i will be taking my car. Unbelievable! Such a great job replacing the front end of my Mercedes. Wasn t expecting it to look brand new but WOW it does! Thought it would take weeks after the quote but it took less than 2 weeks. And the cherry on top was that they detailed it even on the inside. I cannot express my gratitude adequately! Excellent service paired with great results, I can't recommend this business enough!I brought my Lexus in to repair damages from a fender bender along with a few other scratches and dents and the car almost looked brand new when I got it back.When I brought the car in, they looked over the car and was able to explain all of the work involved and provide an itemized quote (the official estimate was emailed very soon after I had left) along with how long it'd take. The process was quick and smooth and most importantly, I felt that the estimate provided was fair and that my car was in good hands.I picked the car up a few days later (on time!), and like I'd mentioned above, it looked better than ever. Tommy was there that day and he walked me through all of the fixes. There were some additional (minor) issues they found when they took the bumper off, but Ravensworth was able to resolve this with the insurance company on their own. I left feeling great - happy I had my car back in amazing shape and working with Tommy and his team was a pleasure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very smooth experience from start to finish. They responded almost immediately to my email estimate request. I was then easily able to set up an appointment for an in-person estimate on the website. The appointment took less than 10 minutes. I dropped my car off a few days later and it was done in two days. Fahmi was super polite and easy to work with. As for the price, it seemed reasonable to me, but I was not the one paying so did not get any other estimates.

Tommy and Fahmi were super professional, friendly, and honest about what needed to be repaired without the extra fuss. My bumper was fixed in no time, and my car looked brand new. Honestly I had forgotten how pretty my car could look. Highly recommended!

Wow! Fabulous team effort from the front desk, staff helping with insurance, guys who actually fixed it, and cleaned my car before returning. Class act. Looks better than new! After a fender bender and some mix up with insurance, this could have been a major headache. But the guys at RCC took care of everything, including helping me with my rental car. 110% recommend!!

I was a victim of a hit and run in a parking lot and was dreading the process of getting my bumper fixed. Fahmi and the team at the center helped me through everything-- from dealing with my insurance, helping me with my rental car, and returning my car, looking like it was brand new! They are professional, thorough, and perfectionists, which is exactly what you want!

GREAT service, so accommodating, and most importantly, I trust them completely. They always take care of my car and often fix up little things I didn't notice w/o me even asking. The management is honest with me, so it's worth the hike from DC.

I recently got into a fender bender and was recommended to check this place out. I was hesitant at first because I didn t know what to expect. However, Tommy and Fahmi were extremely professional and friendly. The car was fixed quickly and everything was done perfectly. They kept me updated throughout the process and I could plan everything accordingly. I highly recommend Ravensworth Collision Center.

Ravensworth is an amazing place! So quick and so professional and I couldn't have asked for a better collision repair. Best part the cleaned and vacuum your vehicle before returning to you. If you want guaranteed work in a timely fashion and to be dealt with COME HERE! Thank you guys for taking care of my baby.

My Porsche Macan S needed extensive front end body repair. Done in a very short time, my queries were met with alacrity by Eric (within minutes). Repair was masterful, despite my initial apprehension about it being a Porsche. They worked with Amica, my Insurer. I would give them 6 stars, if I could, yet I am temperamentally not effusive with praise.

This place is easy to miss if you blink, but what costly blink that would be. My family has had work done there a few times and the work has been outstanding each time. If you don't judge a book by its cover, you will be rewarded with excellent service.
