Awesome crew, I own Euro Sport Auto Body,since my last alignment shop closed up. I was directed to Level 5 by my Snapon guy.They did two alignments for me last week, and I am very satisfied as are my customers.They offer pickup and delivery which helps out immensely. Thanks to all there people

Liars and Clowns but not mechanics! They tried to fix the alignment of my car but could not complete it because per their saying "whoever replaced inner and outter tie rods, they did not do it properly" and left my car with only right-side alignment fixed. And this "whoever" is actually experienced mechanic who worked for Toyota Service for years. So my question, how come they were able to fix only right side and could not fix the left side when both sides were tightened up in accordance with torque specs! And still they charged me for than half of the amount of the repair cost. And offered me to fix "improperly installed tie rod for $210! Ridiculous! JUST ANOTHER TYPE OF SCAM!Well, if you have attempted to fix the problem, then please be kind to complete the task or do not do it at all! but do not leave the car half fixed and call your customer and try to rip him off for another couple hundred bucks. SHAME! I went to my mechanic back and showed the paperwork they gave me. My mechanic said that they either do not know what they are doing or just accidentally unscrewed the inner tie rod which could be easily fixed by screwing it back and ACTUALLY THIS IS A PART OF THE ALIGNMENT JOB!And if the tie rods were not installed properly by torque specs I would have noticed it right away! Cause when tie rods are not tightened up the car will shake which I did not experience while driving to the Level 5 Solutions shop!Anyway long story short, I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Maybe they are professional, but they also lie to you professionally without blinking an eye....Service: Wheel alignment
