Overall: Mid tier self service car wash at best. You're probably better off cleaning your car at home.Details: Needed to vacuum out my interior and decided to give this place a try. Vacuums only take change and $1 gets you roughly 3 minutes of air. (I did a couple extra sessions and timed it...more like 2.5 minutes per $1 which is a bit overpriced.) The vacuums themselves didn't provide a lot of suction which was the biggest problem. And the blue plastic tips left the occasional blue mark on my black upholstery. Didn't even try to do a wash since a couple beside me did it and I heard them complaining the whole time. Apparently the water pressure isn't great and didn't even get the grime off their car. So I didn't even bother giving it a try. But if you have some light dirt that needs a quick cleaning, I guess this is an ok spot. But you'd be better off hosing off your car at home and using an extension cord for your vacuum to clean the interior. Hopefully some people read this and save themselves a couple of bucks to get their car cleaned the right way.

Maintenance issues. Every time I go I get screwed out of a service. Last time the left side blow dryers didn t work. This time I paid more specifically to get the undercarriage wash because I just drove in from a snowy/salty area. Of course the undercarriage sprayer never sprayed. Shame this is the only touch less in the area.

Horrible experience. WAY too much money. Spent $10 and my truck still isn t clean. You have to wait too much time for each device to work. So, out of the maybe 10 minutes I had total I probably only had 7 minutes to wash my truck. I ll never come back here.

I had allot of dirt on my jeep and went through the wash. When i got home and checked it, most of the dirt was still there. Very disappointed

Used to be a decent place to go. Now most of the time the equipment doesn t work properly or the card readers don t work. Swiped my card, machine approved it, then didn t turn on the pressure washer. The owner clearly is neglecting to keep the place running properly, and seems to only care about taking your money. Greedy owner, worthless place.

Don't like this carwash. Has no change machine only uses cards. The time starts at 10min only and when the 10mins are up you have to swipe your card for another 10mins. The soap barely comes out of the brush causing you to have to use it longer which takes more money. I won't go back and won't give any recommendations. Oh yeah, the second time I swiped My card I lost 4mins thinking that the brush was still on but it was off.

This visit today was less than satisfactory. I have used this place for over 2 years and it has usually been a very good value with great equipment. I use the SELF-WASH bay. Today was a disappointment due to lack of PRESSURE when selecting HIGH PRESSURE soap or rinse. The brush that is for scrubbing is so dilapidated that missed much of the surface causing extra time to be purchased. The Clear-Coat protectant appeared to be only water. The equipment needs some work and the establishment would be restored to its former very good status. I will be looking for another car wash.

Car wash is okay, not the best. The guy working there (owner? not sure, only person I ve ever seen there) accused me of stealing a vacuum token which I never had (selected no token since I didn t need to vacuum). He literally chased me out of the parking lot over it. Won t be back.

Horrible carwash. The chart says free vacuum, but it's not. The automatic car wash did not scrub or dry the car. The Cool wave in newport news is much better. Worth drive there.

I am very disappointed in this car wash. It is expensive and the washes are not the greatest. It also says free vacuuming with the purchase of a wash but apparently it's not free, unless I'm doing something wrong.

Over priced and does a half non decent job. I recommend going to a different carwash if you actually want your car clean. It left half the dirt and soap on the car. Not going to use this auto wash in the future. Been here twice both times disappointed first time only rinsed one half the car. Second well I have nothing good to say about here

I have a 4runner and the drive thru wash doesn't clean it that well. The spot free rinse leaves spots

Brushless car wash is HORRIBLE car comes out the same way that goes in, also expensive for what you get.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Never get your coins for vacuum , wash at 20 dollars is very poor no change machine

Well I guess it's ok if your vehicle has a little dust on it, but not if your vehicle is actually dirty.

Used the touchless wash. doesn't do a great job, you are better off using the 7/11.
