Matthew came out on Sunday of a holiday weekend when no one else wanted to or said I had to wait until Tuesday after the holiday. Wish I called him first instead of listening to all the stories about how we have no service guys. I will definitely be doing business with him again. He s definitely a rare breed and I wish there was more people like him in this industry.

Great mechanic with a wealth of knowledge. He's very personable and will explain everything in detail. Just be sure that your mechanical issue can be fixed roadside otherwise you'll still end up in a shop. Thankfully we called this guy out and he explained exhaust fumes were blowing into our cab a/c - so he technically saved our lives by advising to not sleep in the cab overnight with a/c on. Roadside call-out fee is fair. If in the area, I would call him out again for help.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I 100% recommend Matthew and Raymond to work on your vehicle when in emergencies our companies box truck broke down in Salem and Raymond and Matthew were very patient while we called and tried hunting down the 8 brake pads that had to go on the front hands down best service we have received from a mobile mechanic very helpful and had wonderful communication with us always on time when showing up kept us updated on everything and always answered the phone when we called hands down best service definitely recommend them if you break down in the Salem Virginia area.

Very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism. Matt arrived within 15 minutes of my initial call at 11 p.m Had my truck back on the road in 2 hours. Parks Truck Repair is a quality roadside semi repair service with an honest and knowledgeable owner/operator. Thanks again Matt!
