Dominion services will continue to get my business. They were quick to get my troubled vehicle in, and although they could have made good money on repairing it, I was advised that I would be throwing good money at bad. I appreciate their communication and ethical mindset.

Granddaughter took her car to Dominion Services for an inspection and an alignment. She needed a front and back alignment and an inspection. Danny thoroughly explained what was done and she was satisfied with the service provided.

Really appreciate and trust Dominion Service. They are honest, truth-worthy, and incredibly knowledgeable. They do a great job and I know they will always be fair with me. This is the only place I take my vehicles!!

Danny and his crew are all very friendly and tend to do good work. He seems to run an honest business and has always treated us well. They just upgraded to a computerized job system earlier in 2020, I believe, and suspect that will make them even more efficient.

We were visiting from Lexington, VA in Salem to pick up flooring when our brakes gave out . Called around to see who could take us immediately. Seems all garages in the area are chock a block full but Dominion agreed to have a look and see what they could do - squeezing us between booked customers. We are very grateful for their kindness and willingness to help us out of a tight spot. They had us back on the road in two hours. Again, we are very thankful for their generosity, professionalism and of course the good work they did for us in a pinch.Service: Brakes

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.I dropped my vehicle off, with two new tires, on an appointment I had made in advance. I was told that they would be able to get my mount and balance job done that day. Needless to say, that is not what happened.My vehicle was moved to another spot in the lot, and left there, unlocked, unattended, and in a non-secure lot. I was not called to be told that this simple 30 minute job would not be getting done.I went home and got my other set of keys, and had a friend drive with me to go get my vehicle. This morning, I went back to their shop at about 9am. Noone had called me, which is concerning considering the vehicle was no longer on their lot. I walked into the shop area, and grabbed the tires I had dropped off the other day. Noone spoke to me, or asked who I was. After loading those in my other vehicle, I went to the office. I told the man to return my keys, and that I would take my business, and my money elsewhere. The clerk acted as if he could care less. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! There was no professionalism, and a lack of integrity with these guys.
