The staff at Stephen's Automotive consistently prove their professionalism and thorough knowledge. I have had several major repairs to my truck, notably a new transmission. While it took several weeks to finish the job, it was because they had to wait for the transmission to arrive from Texas. Transmission works better than the original. I have been fortunate to get to know Stephen, Adam, and Stan -- all three are phenomenal gentlemen who know their trade. I have routinely used them for State Inspections, and I have always been pleased. No hesitation giving these guys an "A+" rating.

I recently had my truck in the shop for a tire repair. When I called I was quickly given a timely appointment and the staff was courteous and very efficient when i arrived. I could not be more pleased with the outstanding service I received. Stephen operates a quality business. Thank you Stephen and staff.

My truck broke down near this shop on 7/18 (Tuesday) while we were traveling out of town. We called ahead to make sure they could look at the truck and were told they should be able to get it in by the end of the week.We called on Friday to see what was going on and were told it would likely be Monday before they could get to it. Not a big deal but Monday came and went with no updates.We called on Tuesday (7/25), 1 week since having our truck dropped off and were met with a nasty associate named Stan that claims he is the manager and he told us we could take our truck somewhere else if we didn t like what he was saying. He told us he was understaffed and he didn t understand why we were picking on him? Even though we were only following up based on HIS estimated times and only looking for an update. Maybe Stan had a bad day, but the lack of communication coupled with the attitude is a bit much.We picked this shop based on google reviews, I m not sure why we are having such a different experience than everyone else. I ll be happy to change my review if we can speak to someone that is not rude and acts like they care that we are spending money with them rather than using a different shop. I m not asking for an overnight fix but some communication and maybe a kept commitment could go a long way.*****UPDATE*****I can t in good conscience change my review. This experience has been awful. They called with a quote for a fuel pump replacement on Wednesday (7/26). The quote was outrageous.For background, I am a GM of a large car dealership that has a large retail service shop as well. I got a quote from my shop and then called 3 other shops local to Stephen s for comparison. All were much lower than Stephen s.I called Stephen s to talk to the mechanic to understand the quote. He did not have a good explanation for the pricing difference but assured me it would be the entire assembly kit and not just the pump . (That s what everyone was quoting me for). It felt like they were upset with us from the beginning and trying to take advantage of us out of frustration for having more work than they could handle.Ultimately I paid their very expensive $200 diagnostic fee and then paid a tow truck to pick it up and take it to another shop. (With my added tow and 2nd diagnostic fee from the new shop, it was still significantly cheaper).Unless you HAVE to use this shop, I would recommend calling around in the area before taking your vehicle there. It won t take long to see the difference.

Stephen's Automotive is an outstanding company. Everyone treats you so well, and with so much respect. Their prices are fair, their work excellent, and they are so willing to work hard to meet your schedule. I had a sort of an emergency with my last visit (brakes going out). They figured out a way to get me in the next day even though they were really busy. In this sort of situation, I think some service companies would have taken advantage and over-charged, but they did not! Their prices were very fair even though it was an emergency. I was so impressed. I am always impressed with this company and they have earned my loyalty. They also do state inspections for motorcycles, which surprised me. This makes it so easy for me because I can take all three of our vehicles to them. As you can tell, I am a big fan o Stephen's Automotive.

Expert repair of a tricky electrical problem. Estimates for repair were accurate which is a credit to their experience. Organized shop, clean, prompt, friendly, and simply one of the best shops with whom I've had contact .They earn a A+. Times are tough with automobiles, these people saved me a great deal of money and aggravation.

Stephen's auto has been servicing my family vehicles ( 4 of them ) for well over 5 years now. His shop performs EXCELLENT work! He delivers on time, diagnoses the problems, explains the issues with clear and concise terms to us, and provides alternatives. He states issues that must be resolved and which, if any, can be addressed later.His shop is very honest and attentive to detail.I highly recommend Stephens Auto for car or truck repairs.

Excellent service shop. I went for my very first visit here last week (based upon reviewing it online ) for my car's annual state inspection, and Stephen and his staff were very pleasant and professional at all times with me. I have recommended his shop to my folks already, and I also do so to the rest of you as well. We definitely need more service shops/mechanics in the area that are like his, that treat customers with respect and don't try and rip them off. That's the very reason I now refuse to patronize the local dealerships for my car any more, especially after my last experience with them several years back. Keep up the honest, hard work, Stephen!

Stephen is a very friendly and helpful wrencher. He goes above and beyond to make certain a problem is fixed. On several occasions he has spent extra hours without charge solving an issue with my vehicles.

They certainly know what they're doing. However, if you plan on getting serviced here, I suggest you call in advance. They can get fairly busy.
