This is the best tireshop in nova and I havn't found any where more helpful.If you are looking for effeiciency and care dont waste your time stopping at other tire shops. I visited several other places and even the ntb on baron cameron ave, dont waste your time or hassle with places that dont even pick up the phone just to tell me 8 hours later they couldnt get to your car that day. Every time I need help with wheels or tires they take care of me right away, and they have the best customer service always a delight to see them. They the nicest and greatest people always thinking of the customer and never leaving disappointed!!

I was well received by the manager and her customer service is none to be compare. Her staff are very friendly and polite and my issue was well taken care of with a substantial amount of discounts. Even though is my first time in her auto shop I was quite pleased with the service offered to me. I will not hesitate to recommend my customers to take their vehicles to NTB Tire Service Center. You will be glad you did.

I recently visited NTB-National Tire & Battery after I got a flat tire on my vehicle and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done. Their customer service was top-notch - I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. Not to mention, their prices were very fair. I highly recommend NTB for all your automotive needs

Nancy and Danisha were amazing! Both helped me with the friendliness as if I was a longtime friend. They kindly asked questions to understood what I needed, and promptly found a solution for me. I came in twice for separate issues and they took care of me with kindness and professionalism. I ended up getting much better value in my tires than the other options I had ran into.

Got my vehicle serviced and back on the road quicker than Ive ever had it done. Customer service was God tier and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my car was as safe as possible to drive. 10/10 will be back again!

The staff is beyond reproach in their customer service and diligence and explaining what was truly necessary with my repair. Starting with the management team of Jose, Donniscea, Nancy and the installers. Your work was far better any local shop. I'll will always choose them first for my brakes and tires first.

The outstanding service and care was above average.The manager Nancy went above normal standards to accommodate my needs.In an age where everyone is not so worried about treating people as people and more interested and getting a higher sale's point the young lady put her customer first.I recommend her and this location.

I've had 3 occasions to come here, and it's convenient and quick. I will come back. This time, I was disappointed that they tried to upsell me before they started work on the car. I was informed that my 6 month old battery was failing (no problems!) and my brakes were bad (true). They also offered to fix my tire for free, if I would post a Google review. The woman at the front desk pressed a 5 star rating and returned my phone. I did as agreed, however I edited the star rating when I returned home. Obviously, they've had a spate of bad reviews.

I recently visited NTB to have my tires changed and get an oil change, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they completed the work in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience at NTB, and I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

Came in today for a quick tire repair after getting a flat and Jose was more than happy to help me out. Car maintenance can be such a nuisance but having a friendly and very knowledgeable staff comes a long way!

Jose was awesome! I came in after work today hoping to get a patch for my tire after running over a nail. Jose was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and quick to address the issue. I ll definitely tell friends to come to NTB Sunset Hills for all their vehicle needs. Thank you!!

We have been coming here for years to do an oil change. They always do a fantastic job. Today I called and spoke with Nancy about getting new tires. She answered all my questions and got me in today. Couldn t be more impressed.

Go to them! I was in a jam, got my car towed by AAA at 1:30 am because my flat tire lock was jammed and they couldn t remove my flat tire. I called at 8 am next day and they were so helpful, I explained my situation and they offered to get to it as soon as possible. They are life savers even though they are over worked and under staffed, they were helpful and professional. Thank you! Go to them!

I m fromOut of town and unfortunately got a nailin my tire. My dealership wasn t willing to patch it but NTB took a look, was able to patch it, and did it SUPER quickly. They promised an hour and delivered in half the time. Highly recommend!

Nancy and the crew at this location are 1st class. I've purchased 2 sets of tires here in the past year. She offers the best prices on tires to make the purchase easy & follows through w/ quick service on nail hole patches & rotations. Best shop in Reston/Herndon hand down.

Nancy helped me out so much and assisted me throughout my whole struggle and , her team had my car up and running in less than 1 hour which is crazy compared to other places who make you come back next day or have so much unexpected delay time great service 10/10 recommend to everyone. If you have a car issue she can fix it !

I ran over a screw this morning. The air was coming out of my tires so fast, I could hear the hissing. NTB saved the day. I was able to get my tire fixed and go about the rest of my day with minimal disruption. Thank you!!

Worst car job assessment. It took them 2 days to tell me that my car has an engine or a transmission issue. So I have to get it from this location to another mechanic. It turned out, I just need to replace the front excel. I had my car service there before but the current crew is just not that good anymore. The person that answers the phone was rude and not helpful at all.

I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm and showed up at 4:40pm. I then waited in the front office as one the staffs two unattended children sat behind the desk playing games. Then after 20 minutes, an employee comes to the front desk (the kids mother) and tells me we don t have availability today so you re gonna come in tomorrow . I scheduled my appointment and drove out of my way there. If I had know that their appointments meant nothing then I would ve gone to a different store and gotten the work done sooner. This location is very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I've taken my car to this NTB often. Recently I needed my brake light replaced quickly for an upcoming roadtrip. Jose was professional, courteous, and provided top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this NTB location for your vehicle's repairs.

Nancy and Hector had great customer service and were very accommodating. I came in very frustrated due to this last-minute expense but the team made the experience as positive as they could. They were very honest and made sure that I was aware of the safety issues with my older car. I would recommend this place if you re looking for honest and reliable service.

Very lucky to have found this place-the staff is friendly, helpful and considerate. I was unable to make an appointment due to transportation issues and they were able to squeeze me in and get the job done at my convenience and while I waited. Prices are reasonable and the job is done right.

Came to this NTB after I had 4 brand new tires installed in NTB nashville. NTB nashville installed 2/4 tires backwards. Feeling already displeased I called this place. They got me in right away and worked to fix and correct the mistake of NTB Nashville. Manager was great and really nice. From now on, I will only consider this NTB location. Thank you
