RTO is one of the best and honest Auto shops on the east coast. Steve takes great care of our vehicles. Trust goes a long ways these days, trust in RTO.

Hard to imagine how businesses like this make it.to go to have a blown tire ( nail in it ) fixed you have to have an appointment and you might leave the car there for an hour or more.Really ?I found this quick tire repair and second hand tire shop, in Gainesville on Rt 29, I stopped there and literally I was done in 10 minutes. The guy charged 15 I gave him 25.Shame on you guys at RTO tire. I am really surprised how you guys survive in this economy with this attitude

My Cadillac over-heated on the way back to Purcellville. Our insurance gave us a choice of two companies and we chose RTO not knowing either. The tow was fine although if we'd known it was less than a mile we would have nursed it there). The shop, not so much. They ran a pressure check and found nothing so sent us on our way with a radiator filled with water and an extra jug for our 60+ mile drive home. He said it could be a head gasket but he couldn't do that type of work? Needless to say, the car overheated less than 5 mi. down the road and had to be towed (again) by another company. Turns out it was the head gasket and my daughter and I were stranded for many hours until my husband could come get us. I would never use this company for anything other than maybe an inspection or an oil change!

We bought 4 new tires and they were put on in less than an hour. It was fun hanging out in the waiting area...the owner has a thing for the tv show "The Andy Griffith Show" with lots of photos and memorabilia from the show all over the place.

The owner, Steve, is the best. Honest laid back guy. Been going here for 6 years since I moved to Remington. Will never go anywhere else!
