Bought a used tire. Service was great. The man was pleasant! However, on my way home the tire blew. Roadside assistance came to help! My 17 year old daughter was driving. The roadside assistance man was very upset stating that not only were our lug nuts not put on tightly, they were also cross shredded. He said things like this could kill people! Tried calling the place back and no one answers. The price was great but it s not worth putting yourself in danger! Please beware and don t go here!!!!

This place was awesome I went there because bargain tires had told me that they could not patch my tire and I could not afford their one tire they were charging for. The man looked at my tire and instead of selling me a tire he decided that the tire could be fixed and did not understand why they told me that it couldn't be. I've been there before and received three tires from Portsmouth discount tires in the past and had excellent service then as well. They're honest they work hard and their prices are fair give them a shot.I know that I will go to them first from now on.

Service was great. Unlike most places I didn't have to wait long. The prices at Norfolk discounted tires are very reasonable. He's very honest and up front when it comes to getting the tires you need rather you can get by with getting it plugged or if you need to get a new tire. It always been a pleasure doing business with him.

Sold me a tire that was not brand new when I paid a brand new price then was too busy to put on the new tires I bought else where to make up for the money and time I wasted going through them to buy a tire

Awesome service! Only place around that had my size tire & he worked with money I had while in a pinch. I will definitely go back when I need another tire or four.Update: tire is dry rotted on the outside & the air intake valve rolls back & has a slow leak. Currently having to put air in it once a day.

I came to discounted tires. He was very professional. He assistant me kindly. He also understood my finical situation and worked a deal out with me. Nevertheless to say he was fast putting the tire on and added air to my other tires. I would recommend everyone to come here.He's very reasonable. I'm glad I was reffered to him!

Bought a tire the gentlemen was nice but the tire was trash total waste of money. The new tire wines and vibrates because it's cupped. Total scammers.

Have come here many times over and always receive exemplary service. I've needed, on multiple occasions, a size that wasn't in stock and the owner was very efficient at locating somewhere he could get it for me instead of me having to drive all around trying to find it myself. Service is fast and trustworthy as well. Other places tried to sell me tires by lying about the tread on mine being worn out (it wasnt by far) and I've not ever had to worry about that at norfolk discount tires. I've bought tires and had old ones plugged and it's always a great experience. I highly recommend it

The mechanics were so great and down to earth. Gave me and my besyfriend an awesome price on changing a tire break pads roadders (spelling). Only took bout an hr and a half over all with just 2 guys busting their butts. Id give this place 10 stars truthfully i highly recommend.

They don't have a sign at the moment but don't let that fool you, they are TOP KNOTCH at Portsmouth Discount Tire! Awesome price and EXCELLENT service! I greatly appreciated the owners honesty regarding my vehicle, and his friendly talk while he did the work! A-1 establishment! I highly recommend their services!

Went to get my tire plugged and when the young man took my tire off. And checked it took the screw out checked vavle stem and around my rim no air was coming out. Turns out I didn't need no tire just air. He could have lied to me he didn't he was honest I will go back and recommend this business to my friends and family.

I just went there for a tire rotation it was a great price service was up to par and if you do go there to purchase tires if you go there blind and not knowing nothing about your tires as most of you are you will get treated just like any other tire place in the world Just a pluck even the little fancy expensive tire places you're just a pluck know your situation and know your things that you spend money on we got technology YouTube ,Google you got everything in a freakin world to keep you updated with, other than that I had a good time in and out on a Saturday 1st thing in the morning.

Why is it that you have a phone number listed, in which nobody ever answers? I have called every day for the past week and got no answer. Drove up there during business hours, two days in a row and nobody was there. Tighten up on your services or UPDATE your info and promotions to match the actual quality of your work and poor service. It s really horrible. I don t understand it.

I needed 4 tires but they only had 2 so they tracked down the other 2 and went to pick them up...super friendly. It's always nice when the owners come and speak to you first and actually get a plan together with out completely screwing you over.

I called myself catering to a black establishment and got robbed. I was sold an old dry rotted tire that could have costed me and my family our lives. As it began to hot outside the tire began to open all over due to millions of cracks exposing the broken belt. Only had the tire about a month and he refused to refund or replace tire. SAD... His response to me was "WELL,YOU BOUGHT IT". Very unprofessional. Has no remorse that he put our lives in danger. REPORTED TO BBB

Ghetto, rundown..looks like someone's personal junkyard. Service was fine.. more of a one man show. No way name on the place. Looks like the only thing missing is a tied up junkyard dog.

he sold me a bad used tire after he told me it was legit a good tire. I called saying ok so yall sold me a bad tire either give me another one or my money back. He proceeded to yell and say you don't have to come off like that. I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER THEREFORE I CAN COME OFF AS I PLEASE IF MY SERVICE ISN'T PROPER.... I WILL DIG MORE INTO THIS SITUATION. THEY SUCK. THEY CAN'T EVEN PUT THE TIRE ON BECAUSE THEIR MACHINE ISN'T WORKING. LAST TIME I CHECKED USED TIRES GET CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE SOLD.
