This place is TOP NOTCH!!From listening to me gripe about the other driver rear-ending me at a full stop to me squealing with delight after seeing the repair work done with PERFECTION - THEY ARE ALL just an AMAZING group of staff!!Everyone that I had to talk to was caring, kind and MOST thorough!!My car was returned to me having not only been completely repaired BUT she was spit shined and sparkling from top to bottom & front to back and smelled soooooooo good too!!!I HIGHLY recommend having your car collision repairs done here!!

Excellent customer service, they were polite, friendly and provided detail process of service.Repair was done in amble time and delivered ahead of promised timeframe. Great job all around, I would recommend them for any repair!

Service took to long to fix. Then when they released my vehicle back lights where not working along with my blinkers. They could not fix the blinkers and said I needed to contact insurance company ( keep in mind the blinkers where working before they touched my vehicle) now I am going though more hassle to fix something that was never broken before they touched it. Very disappointmented and would not recommend.

Great customer service. Had 2 minor issues that was resolved on 2 separate occasions, but should have been checked before releasing my vehicle to me. Everyone was friendly and ensured that my issues were resolved.

The shop was late in delivery because they ordered the wrong part. My only real complaint was that they did not keep me informed when they were going to miss their original due date because I was going out of town. They were able to figure out a way to deliver my car while I was absent which worked out very well. Overall they took great care of my car and have excellent workmanship but could improve on communication.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I am disappointed with the paint job and the finished product. I've reached out to management twice and I left messages for a return call so that we could possibly mitigate the issue, but I never received a response back. This has been the absolute worst experience. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever return to this establishment.

2 stars because my vehicle looked brand new and ready to go. but overall, customer service was horrible and my estimator did a bad job at communicating. my car was taken to performance july 9th, and i didn t get it back till the 26th of september. do not recommend unless ur okay with them keeping ur vehicle for 3 months.

The initial expected repair time was 25 days, but boy, were they off the mark! It ended up taking them almost three months to fix my car. The lack of communication between the business and customers, as well as within their own company, was just plain frustrating. Every phone call felt like a painful ordeal. I strongly recommend saving yourself the headache and finding a better shop to do business with.

Extraordinary service. They ordered the parts, upon arrival they set a timeline for repairs and then proceeded to repair the driver's side of our Ford Explorer exactly according to the schedule. We received progress updates via text as our vehicle made its way through the maintenance process. The car looks brand new, the paint job is beyond reproach, and the doors operate flawlessly! Our brand new vehicle was shot at three times on the Highway. We called and Performance collision repaired the damages super fast and they were so friendly. It s so wonderful to find a business that treats you like family esp when your car is damaged in such a traumatic way. 10 out of 10. We would recommend this place to our friends and family. The folks at Performance Collision Centers are consummate professionals. They had to order a rear view mirror for my Ford Fusion multiple times due to Ford repeatedly sending the wrong part. They were transparent and timely in their communication and kept us updated each step of the way. They aggressively pursued the needed part and ultimately used an alternate vendor to get the job done! I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and timely communication.
