GREAT SERVICE!!! I went to several dealerships in the area, and I felt Rick Hendrickson Chevrolet was the most professional and trustworthy. The salesman named Owen was fantastic. They really took care of me. I got an awesome trade in value for my old car, and they even paid for the install of a new front windshield on the used truck I purchased because I wasn't 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk is an outstanding place to do business at Justin McCormick and Cameron Singleton went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of my 1st Corvette went very smoothly. The upgrades Cameron made to this particular vehicle was so amazing that I had to buy it that day!!!Justin and his team of guys drove back to my home to personally pick up my trades, saving me from making several back and forth trips to the dealership.Their upfront honesty and genuine customer care has earned them a customer for life. From the first phone call to the time I pulled out of the service center when the work was completed I was happy. The staff was professional, warm and courteous. They helped me to get quick resolution to my request for service. I came in without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me in a timely way. I would definitely recommend service at your service station.

I went to visit Hendricks with uncertainty of what I wanted. Tyler did a great job helping me narrow down what I really wanted. He knew his stuff and knew all the answers to my questions. I went back to test drive and Connor was great with showing me all the features that each vehicle had and the pros to them. Definitely ask for them when trying to choose a vehicle! They definitely will definitely help you out and give it their all to get what you want!

One of my favorite places to buy cars! I ve been a fan of this location for many years. I even got my husband to get a new car here when he needed it.. They take such great care of you here. Had a great experience purchasing a new car recently. Rob and Justin were very helpful and communicative. They listened to me and got me into the exact car I wanted. They didn t have what I was looking for on the lot but were able to transfer it quickly from another dealership. Jeremy and CD in finance were extremely patient and informative and took time to answer all my questions. Thanks again guys!!

This was my first time buying a car on my own and Rob came to my rescue he found my dream family car that fit my budget! I bought my new car today at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and I am super satisfied! They overvalued my car in the exchange, Mr. Walter Rein and Miss Konnie served me super well! Today I was saved by one of the employees named Montee, who rescued me from a dead battery after coming out of my 1 week post-op appointment at the doctor's office across the street. AAA was talking 4 hours before they could come out. Upset slightly in pain and cold I walked across the street WHERE I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED with a WARM SMILE AND A genuinely open concern asking if They could help me (Even though he was in the process of handling something Else). I explained my problem asked for help and without a hesitation. He walked me across the street with a jump box and got my car started. Did not ask for any money. Did not try to charge me. Gave me a hug and told me to get home and finish my recovery. MONTEE BALL THANK YOU FOR BEING MY LIFE SAVER, THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPECT YOUR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOVELY CONVERSATION WALKING TO THE CAR.Rick Hendricks if your employees treat non-clients this well, I know that your clients are being treated even better

Working with Matt Clark was an absolute pleasure! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. One of the best experiences I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle without question. I would highly recommend Matt and Hendrick Chevy to everyone who ever asked me where to go to buy a new or used vehicle. I cannot express how easy and stress free it was to work with Matt and get to drive away in a beautiful Equinox. This is by far the best dealership and Matt is one of the best salesman in all of Hampton Roads!!!!

One of the best auto businesses in town I speak from experience. Great body shop unmatched maintenance division and it s the first place I ll go when it s time to make a new vehicle purchase. Something I failed to do September 18, 2022 when I chose to sell my Camaro. The same Camaro I purchased in 2019 from this company and I lost big time . something I m still trying to recover from to this day but we all make mistakes.. I had them modify it only to throw it away shopping at priority Chevrolet Chesapeake smh

Tyler was our salesman and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our wants and needs. We didn t feel that typical car salesman pressure. Could someone explain to me, how a state inspection takes two, TWO and a half hours? This is not the first time this has happened. Last year (2023) was the same, both for my car and my wife's car. I'd really like to keep taking my vehicles to Rick Hendrick Norfolk for their inspections, but having to wait that long makes me re-think where to take them. And don't tell me: well, when they are busy... No. One, you weren't there. And two, they were not busy.

It's not every day you get to buy a truck with superman. I want to thank Mathew Baggett for working with us on getting a new truck. The Hendricks team in Norfolk was amazing to work with. Mathew's customer service was beyond amazing. As we all know it can be a long day when purchasing a vehicle, Mathew made us very comfortable while going through the process, asking if we needed drinks, he even provided us with chargers for our phones when our battery got low. Mathew was so involved with us and making sure we were comfortable he stayed in his superman suit the whole time even thought it look uncomfortable. That's dedication to a customer, as much as the other team members made us comfortable Mathew will always be the one I'll be looking for help when I stop by for anything.If you are in the market for a vehicle and looking for a Chevy come see the Hendricks Norfolk location and ask to work with Mathew he will take care of you and make the process of purchasing a vehicle a very pleasant experience.

I went to RH Chevrolet for a stingray. Conner and Jeremy worked with me to get the price down to where I was comfortable. same with CD in finance. Everyone was extremely helpful and they seemed genuine. Thanks to Conner for the personalized care, efficiency and overall great customer service even after the sale.

I was helped by Mr. Matthew, I am new to the Norfolk area and needed to buy a new car, I have never been to a dealership where the sales man moves so swift, I advised him that I needed to be in and out to make it to work on time and knew the car I was looking for, he had me test drive a car approved for a loan and in an out with in a little over an hour! He has amazing customer service and knows his stuff! I would recommend anyone who goes to this dealership to go see Mr. Matthew when it comes to buying a car. I ll be back myself to see him again when the time comes!

Easy to love Hendricks in Norfolk, Va . Even though I prefer them I always shop for the best deal. It is time consuming but worth the time it take. And every single time I purchase from Hendricks. I have traded and purchased 5 vehicles in 12 years from them. I have saved thousands. These prices are great and trade in offers are better than the other Chevy competitors. I recommend Tyler or Jason. Thanks Hendricks for my new C8.

First time buying a car which was a Camaro ss, 1LE package was a breeze thanks to Matthew Clark, and Perla Colorado. Both was very respectful, gave premium service, and great insight on future car buying. My wife and I found a Camaro at this dealership we liked for our daughter. We do not live close so we had to make contact first via phone and work out a contingent deal first before making the trip. We worked with Conner Doggett from the very beginning and he was first class all the way. He made sure the entire process flowed well and stayed on track. I was concerned buying a car that far from my home but Conner and his team at Rick Hendrick Chevy in Norfolk made it a great experience. Plus it s a nice area to visit. Highly recommend giving Conner a call if you are looking for a new ride!

What a breath taking experience! Buying a car is a large investment and I was a bit apprehensive, but Jalin and other staff members made me feel very relaxed and addressed every concern I had. I was encouraged to take my time with such an important decision. Different managers cane by and introduced themselves which further made me feel comfortable. Somewhat long story. Truck died very unexpectedly early October 23. Needed a new one ASAP. They got me into one within budget same day with 27k miles on it. Made it to my first oil change/32k, then had check engine light pop. Was told it was an $800 fix, but they covered due to the fact it was a recent purchase. Took it home and 2 days later another check engine pops. Bring it back and am told $1300 to fix, but they were covering for the same reason previously mentioned. Nearly three months go by, I ve been driving loaners, when we finally get an update that the part we were waiting on (back ordered) was deemed defective for my year and model and GM was re-engineering the part with no ETA on when we d have it to finish the fix. So essentially the entire time I ve owned the vehicle I have been unable to drive it. At this point it is decided that I need to get out of this vehicle and back into something trustworthy and in budget. The entire team took the whole unfortunate story very seriously and worked some real miracles to make the whole situation right. So special thanks go out to Grace and Michael in service for dealing with all of my frustrations and Justin, Kyle, Montee and Cameron on the sales side for getting me into another new vehicle. While I am sure we all had a GREAT time, thanks to their efforts I should only have to come back for routine maintenance!

I couldn't speak more highly of the experience I had at the Rick Hendrick Chevy specifically because of Mary Kate and Kyle. I had been looking at several different Tahoe options throughout NC and VA and because of the superior customer service I received during my first interaction with Mary Kate I knew that I would be purchasing a vehicle from the Rick Hendrick Chevy division even if it meant driving two hours to their facility. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase our vehicle. Both Kyle and Mary Kate were very patient and accommodating with my specific situation and did not come off self serving in any way. They were quick with any questions that I had an made the entire purchase process as smooth as it gets. I am going to recommend any of our family and friends who are looking for a car to reach out to Mary Kate and Kyle and use the Rick Hendrick Chevy in Norfolk specifically when purchasing a car!
