I cannot praise or recommend Knapp high enough!Buying a used car always feels risky today - the price, unknown history, potential scammers. After two months of dealing with Facebook duds, I decided to go with reputable businesses for a reliable first car within our kid's budget. From beginning to end, Elijah was there to answer questions and offer suggestions. No pushiness or pressure, just support.The 15 year old Mazda we eventually chose through Knapp had great service records and (essentially) one-person owner, on top of their own servicing. ...but the dreaded engine light still came on two days after purchase - she is old, after all. It happens. Knapp didn't leave us in the cold when it did.Elijah was responsive to our concern, despite being after the sale. We were able to bring it in, and he ran the code and had it solved within an hour of the first message. Even walked us through what it was and how we can fix it cheaply if the next (old) coil becomes faulty. Amazing, Elijah and Cory truly try to make the process successful and easy. We will not hesitate to return when the next kid is ready for college and buying their car! Highly recommend!

I usually tend to buy cars from private sellers and not dealerships. I always felt like I was being pressured to buy a vehicle by sales guys. BUT.. in this case, the owner and staff treated me like a friend. I test drove a F150 that I found for sale online. It was 100% spot on and exactly what I was looking for. I had an awesome experience. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Bought a Jeep Commander from Cory and his team! Great bunch of guys. They let me test drive the vehicle by myself. I had a few concerns, they addressed and fixed them right there on the spot. They were very honest and transparent about the vehicle. Surprisingly, great service! Better than most major dealerships. Would suggest them to family and friends. Great job guys! Thank you again..

The guys that work here are absolutely wonderful. Corey helped me and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. He answered every question I had. He worked with my schedule to help me buy a car. Overall Corey and everyone else I spoke to are super sweet guys and I definitely would recommend buying a car here. My Mazda runs great and is very clean. I love my new car.

Just purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Knapp and it was a seamless transaction. I flew down from PA and drove it home, only took 20 minutes after test driving and I was on the road. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again, best experience with a used car dealer by far!

Thank you so much to Cory for such a smooth buying experience. He took his time to explain the whole process to me, and went over the features of the car so I didn t have any questions left to ask! Buying a car can be stressful, but I can truly say I ve never had such a good time buying a car. Definitely put me at ease, and I love my new daily !!Update: the husband approved once I brought it home, that s a win in my book

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I BOTH got a car from them after 4 weeks his car's engine started knocking, it was un-drivable a week later. I just got mine in January and yesterday, it started knocking. I called the dealership and they pretty much told me, sucks for you. If you want an HONEST dealership, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.

The customer service was great. I thought I got a great deal on a car until the next day. The next day my check engine light came on within 2 weeks. My car has had to be towed for transmission issues.Do not recommend

Great little used car spot!! Bought a Maxda 3, great mileage for the year of the car, runs excellent. The salesman was knowledgeable and very kind . Would do business with them again for sure.

I had a great experience at Knapp Auto Sales. They allowed me to take a few cars to an auto shop that I trust for a second opinion. Ended up buying a car and the process was smooth, it took a total of 15 minutes to sign paperwork and I was out the door with my new car. Special thanks to Cory and the Knapp Auto Sales team who filled up my tank for me, offered to stay after hours to finalize paperwork, and gave me more insight on how the engine in my car works compared to others. The prices are generous in todays market. This was the best experience i've had at any car lot since they didn't pressure me into buying anything. 10/10

They do quick flips use your best judgment when buying from here.I drove 4 hours just to test drive a car that had 4 blown struts but somehow it passed inspection . It wasn t a deal breaker for me but he was firm on the price knowing it needed work. 2 days later a check engine light came on and the transmission grinds going into 2nd and 4th. They knew it that s why they called 15 mins in a test drive is everything okay but the jokes on me.Couldn t even detail the car is crazy to me especially when you give a $400 deposit.Edited: of course you would back track it only makes you look like you re tried to be honest The car is 15 years old not 20 so that s another lie. You said you called 30 minutes in but when I answered I said I was 2 minutes away, so how could I have been gone for a hour? You took money off because you said I drove 4hrs not because of the struts another lie. You have all my information so why reply to a review but not call me?You did a patch job just enough for it make it a couple days, I m not dumb. What s done is done do better at your job

I highly recommend this place for the service. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and provide the Carfax for each vehicle I was looking at, even went above and beyond by putting the vehicle on lyft to check for any leaks or damage under the car. Most used car dealerships wouldn't go through this much trouble but this one did! Knapp Auto Sales has a great team that is very honest and informative.

I purchased 2 cars from this place both of the check engine lights came on with in a week. I figured they probably wouldn t do anything anyway so I didn t mention it. I took the first one to the dealership first opportunity that i had. I was told by the dealership that the compression was low but not bad enough to cause misfire but can cause issues my coil packs were cracked and also needed spark plugs. Further more they found cam codes commonly caused by metal flakes in the oil pan and most likely will need an engine soon. I spent 1400 dollars fixing the miss fire and not a week later the car started knocking and is not drive able. I SPENT GOOD MONEY HERE TO BE TOLD GET A Second Opinion and theres nothing they can do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. I BELIEVE THEY CLEAER THE CODES SO THEy LOOk TO BE GOOD CAR. PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!

Corey went above and beyond to help me get into my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. He just made everything easier and he saves you a trip to the DMV so if y all need a car a nice car good car or whatever you need in it ready to drive go see Corey And go see the Boss man amazing 100 stars if I could.

Professional, kind, and charismatic. Incredibly nice, a very refreshing change of pace from 99% of used car dealerships in the 757 area. The way buying a used car should be: fast, easy, and worry-free. I love my new, used car so far!

i purchased a ford fusion a couple years ago , i still drive it to this day , great car, good on gas , brought my roomate to come look at a honda accord recently , that he ended up buying and weve had no issuees with either cars thus far, look forward to doing business with them in the future as well

Cory is the best salesman I ve ever dealt with, it was so easy to talk to him all my questions was answered professionally and fast he got me squared away in no time. He s very respectful funny and just an outgoing person so if you re looking for a great car with great pricing and very reliable Knapp auto sales is the place to go make sure you speak with Cory!!

We just bought a used truck at Knapp for my son. These guys had great deals and the best service I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make sure the truck was exactly right. I usually don't write reviews, but it was just such a pleasant experience, that I had to... highly recommended!

Wow!!! What an amazing experience we had at Knapp Auto. We absolutely had the best of help! Everyone was so friendly, and quick to let us test drive and check out multiple vehicles. Cory at Knapp Auto was beyond great. I gave him my price range and he guided me to a couple of vehicles that he thought would be a good fit for me. Answered any question I had and didn t pressure me into anything beyond what I needed. Plus their inventory constantly rotates with all sorts of makes/models and you know exactly what you re getting. A+ would recommend to anyone

After a few weeks of shopping around for something reliable and safe for my kids first car, I found Knapp Auto Sales. The salesman Cory was extremely helpful and patient with me. The entire process only took about an hour from the time I arrived to the time I left with my new vehicle, including the time it took for me to test drive a few different cars.
