I had a great experience with this dealership. The process was very smooth. Very communicative and understanding of what I wanted. Kept me up to date. Knowledgeable staff like Brendan who took the time to show me detailed features of the car. Great salesman like Erick, who got me a good deal on this vehicle. Even the finance portion was a swift process, plus I received my tags and license plate on the same day, which I did not expect. I'm so glad I did my research and chose this dealership to do business with. Well deserved!

Our salesman, Carroll Newman was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz. The Manassas location was further distance but worth going to since we found the right car and received great service.

My son worked with Salesman Jacob. He was responsive and diligent even before we got to the dealership. He made an awesome deal and has a beautiful (new to him) car. It was worth the 2 hour trip. Highly recommend this dealership - they are quality people and maintain an ethical business model.

What a great dealership!I came here on a weekend to look at cars. When I called, Erick informed me that Billy will be helping me when I get there. Billy helped me initially to test drive a used Santa Fe. After chatting with him and Erick about the differences between the prior year and current year, they informed me they can get me in a current year with some pretty good discounts. After test driving the Limited and Calligraphy trims, I decided on grabbing the higher trim model. Erick was so extremely patient and knowledgeable on the business side, understanding what was important to me, and helping get me the vehicle that I am very happy with.Thank you, Billy and Erick! You guys are gems, and Safford should make sure they keep you.*bonus: they have snacksUpdate: I'm here the next weekend to have the ceramic coating applied. Their folks are all still super helpful and personable even after the sale- both in the service department and in the customer service. Sammy told me all about the app that went along with the protection, informed me of all the coverage, and went out to check on the car headliners to let me know if it'll be covered under warranty. I was a Hyundai customer for life. I ve owned several Hyundai over the years and was pleased with them. However, this particular dealership has ruined Hyundai for me.If your vehicle has a problem prepare to make at minimum 3 appointments to get the issue solved. It has become routine practice to break something while making a repair, not carry enough parts or scheduling appointments without the parts on hand, telling you they done the repair but actually haven t, and generally waste your time. They put forth as little effort as possible in all aspects of their service work.If you try to call to schedule appointments, understand you will be transferred at least 2-3 times before someone is willing to speak with you and when they do they will be as condescending as possible as per the SAFFORD Brown train manual. All repairs take at full day of waiting in their lobby which the employees make sure to never clean or tidy. They will provide a nice ambience of car alarms going off in the show room and provide you with infuriatingly slow WiFi. I dread having to return here.If you want to send tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle that s needing a repair at least every six months and be given poor service with shoddy repairs, this is the place for you! Also, it s 2024 and they still don t offer concierge pickup services.

I normally never leave bad reviews but today at this dealership my husband and I met the absolute worst general manager in car sales ever.Mr Escobar was rude and hostile. Our car salesman was nice, but when we couldn t understand why the manager had undervalued the car that we had brought in (though it was only 6 months old) for a trade off, he called in Mr Escobar and he was extremely cold. He gave us the undervalued price and then shut us down. I m extremely disappointed with the manner in which we were dealt and do hope the Hyundai will look into this matter to avoid car sales being effected and car salesmen not getting customers because the manager isn t courteous or in any way ready to communicate with people who walk into the dealership.

I took my Santa Fe Hybrid 2023 white for car wash to this dealership on Saturday 2/24/2024 . I purchased my car from this dealership brand new.Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience as follow:1- Female service receptionist was not helpful. She did not even bother to see my car records. When I asked for supervisor she did not call him/her.2- Coffee machine was not working. No snacks were provided. Refrigerator was completely empty.3- Car was washed very poorly. Visible dark spot on the car. Floor were not vacuumed. No paper cover was placed on the floor. No plastic cover on seat.4- Mirrors and seat settings were all changed drastically. I was about to have an accident because of it.5- While we were waiting inside for a long time, the staff who brought and parked the car (very young man) was wasting a lot of time speaking with his friend and not bringing the key inside so we can leave.6- Considering all the above, it shows lack of supervision, quality control and quality assurance at this dealership.Not recommended!

This place... I drove over an HOUR to get here, and the car I was coming to see, they only let me drive in a circle IN THE PARKING LOT because the salesman claimed he had no tags to let me test drive on the road. What kind of mess is that?Little did they know I had a cashiers check to pay for the car outright. They're missed out on a sale! The car was missing the 3 head rests for the backseat, and they were promising to look into seeing if they had them somewhere... never got back to me on that either.The manager did reach out to me 2 days later and asked if I was still interested, I mentioned that I was just waiting to hear back about the seats having the head rests... and she assured me she'd get right back to me with that answer...Never heard back again.I'd only recommend this place if you see the vehicle you want there and can't find it elsewhere because it's not like they really care about you as a customer.

Arkeem might be the best salesperson I ve come across in a very long time. Not only did he show me different colors and models - he found the vehicle I wanted and picked it up personally the next day for me to complete my purchase. The finance department was quick, honest and efficient. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone!

I bought a Amazon Gray Tucson Hybrid Limited last month from Billy Puzon. It was a great experience and completely different from what I experienced at my local Hyundai dealership. The local dealership made no progress finding my car for 3 months and I only got information when I called to ask about the status. Billy found the car in two days, stayed in contact, and delivered it 2 weeks later. I just told him what I wanted and he looked until he found who had it and an arrival date. When it arrived he took time to demonstrate many of the futures I was interested in. The difference? Billy is customer oriented and was willing to work for the sale, regardless of the effort needed. Safford Brown Manassas is the place to buy your Hyundai, especially if what you want might require persistence and effort to get.

Came to get a Palisade, met with Billy Puzon, did a quick negotiation, took delivery of the vehicle and drove off! Billy was polite, professional, and transparent. This dealer doesn't play any internet bait-and-switch-pricing, or any surprise-dealer-fee games. I highly recommend this dealer. The process was smooth as butter!

Sold my daughter a flooded car and all sorts of electrical problems and it s a Hyundai veloster and they knew the car was bad when they sold it and knowing it wasn t going to be safe and reliable vehicle. Just wanted the money. She s broke down at night which puts her danger. I mean how would they feel if there child was done wrong by them giving her unreliable vehicle. I don t want her back in that car because it has so so many recalls and everything else. This needs to be made right and investigated as well as the better business bureau and may have to get an attorney to sue. Now there saying it might need a new engine and much more instead of just putting her in a better , safer vehicle. They didn t even offer her a vehicle to drive while they now know that this vehicle is no good and over charging the price on the vehicle. I was given the supervisor phone number and he was real hateful the second time I called him cause he got mad because I made this review. I m only speaking the truth and after that he quit talking to me and I can t get a direct answer about her vehicle. We don t even know when she will get her vehicle back and even at that. Being a parent, who would want to put there young in her 20 s to be in an unstable vehicle or who s to say that it want break down but as you know that they don t care about the people. It s about the almighty dollar and that s sad. I mean they say there working but ech time I talked to someone it only gets worse. I would never ever get another vehicle here again.

Wonderful experience at Safford Brown Hyundai! Got a great car at a great price. Billy, our sales person, was pleasant to deal with. Everyone was kind and helpful. Home and back in just over 3 hours (including 1 1/2 hours driving). Drove my new car home and couldn't be happier!!

Arkeem was extremely helpful and super detail oriented. He actually listened to the things I wanted in a vehicle and made sure to present vehicles that fit my criteria. When similar vehicles arrived on the lot he also reached out to check in with me on whether or not that option worked for me. He truly made my first car purchase easy and seamless. Even after purchasing he has been helpful with getting me setup with the Hyundai app, even different features in my 2020 Tucson, and with any questions I may have. 10/10 recommend!!!

Billy Puzon is an amazing, no nonsense salesman. Polite, patient, knowledgeable and honest. Kerri Estrada who helped with closing the deal and paperwork was funny, nice and genuine. Never once did I feel pressured. Just continuous questions to clarify our needs, wants and price range. I highly recommend this dealership and 2 individuals when buying your next vehicle.

10/10, best service I ve ever experienced. Yesterday, I purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 6 from Billy Puzon at Safford Brown Hyundai in Manassas.From start to finish, Billy Puzon exceeded all expectations as a salesman. He started by sending me a personal email at midnight the day I sent out an inquiry. He followed up with a phone call the next morning to set up the deal remotely (I live almost 2 hours away). He quickly arranged a price we were both happy with. Got to the dealership, and he was so kind and helpful. He even gave me more money off than we initially agreed upon!He prearranged everything to be done. We were in and out in an hour. No painful negotiations. No beat down by financing. Hands down the best car shopping experience I ve ever had.I could not recommend Billy Puzon and Safford Brown Hyundai any higher.

Worst customer experience with the 2nd Hyundai dealership in the area. This happened to my daughter's Hyundai that I had tried to convince her NOT to buy, but she bought it anyway. I was able to talk with the service manager before my daughter picked up her car, and the service manager stated that they were able to fix the issue with her car not starting, but when she picked up the car, the service manager said that they did not fix her problem and wanted another $300 dollars to fix her issue. Car dealerships already have a bad reputation for lying, and this incident actually proves that they do.

I have my car in for a new engine on a 2017 Tucson and it was taking a long time. Apparently the engines are on backorder and I was becoming frustrated not with Manassas Hyundai but just the overall length of time without my vehicle so I reached out to the parts department and was greeted by Phil, Phil was awesome. Phil took the time to explain everything to meGot my information and called me back on a regular basis with updates totally putting me at ease. I think he went way above what most parts departments would do so I think Phil deserves a pat on the back from somebody there!!

Mike was very kind, patient and informed me of progress. He had to deal with my insurance co. over an eight week period after my car was vandalized, which I m sure was just as frustrating for him as it was for me. I appreciate him and the service on my car.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car to the Safford Brown Manassas Hyundai dealership because my check engine light was on. They serviced my car and said that if the check engine light comes back on, which it could, to come back in. A week later the light came back on, so not exactly sure what they did to service my car. So, I took my car in again on a Tuesday. They called me back on Friday and this time they told me I needed a new coil for my car. They said I would have to pay for the part, which is fair, but also that I would have to pay additional labor. Why am I paying for labor again when they did nothing to fix my car the first time? I asked them this and they deflected responsibility. Well, my car needs fixed so I said okay. Then, Mike called and told me on that Friday that my car would be ready on Saturday (the next day) and they would call to confirm. No one ever called back Saturday or Sunday so I had to call back myself on Sunday. I called twice on Sunday, left a message, no response. I called again on Monday - no response. Called again on Tuesday - no response. Are you seeing a pattern here? I kept leaving voicemails asking when my car would be done. Sam called me back on WEDNESDAY. Said my car was done and I could pick it up. Disappointed, I paid and went out to my car. Unlocked my car and pulled the handle. What do I find? The handle was BROKEN, I couldn t open my drivers side door. I had to go through the passenger side to open it. So I went back inside and told them, they asked who my advisor was-I told them and they said he s not here come back tomorrow. You broke my car but come back tomorrow? Okay. I took my car back the next day. Talked to Sam, the service manager. He was zero help. He asked what got worked on on my car, I told him the engine. He said well that s not part of the door handle. Obviously, Sam. I told him that my door handle was broken by them because my car was there for over a week, who else broke my door handle? He said my team are professionals and they do this for a living. I would hope so, that s why I took my car to you. But clearly these professionals need some better training. So then I asked if it would be fixed for free, Sam said no it wouldn t be free because it was not what they were working on. He said they could look at it and tell me what s wrong with it and pay for more labor to get it fixed. So I left. Then, I emailed the general manager because this is very unprofessional. GM talked with Sam and contacted me again and said he would still not fix it for free.

After doing our research we drove to SBH and Arkeem had the vehicle we had inquired about up front and ready to inspect. We waffled on the color, ultimately settling on a different vehicle. Arkeem and his management team honored their original offer even though it was a different car. From the time we walked into the dealership, the entire team pulled together and the car prepped, we got financed, tagged, titled, and out the door in under three hours - with every promise kept! It is very refreshing to deal with honest, honorable people in this day and age.
