The service was fantastic! Our insurance company gladly matched the estimate as it must ve been fair. The vehicle was ready on time. They did a great job of texting us throughout the entire repair process so we had a really good idea of when the car would be ready. I would highly recommend them.

They repaired and returned my Acura to its original condition. It took 4 weeks because of finding more damage than was initially apparent and delays caused by requiring my insurance carrier s approval. However, Sandrof kept me informed via text or phone call throughout the process and met their revised estimate of when my vehicle would be ready.The quality of the work was excellent and they went to bat for me in dealing with the insurance company. The customer service was great. Joel was kind and polite. He was informative and detailed. Any and all of my concerns were put to rest, including transportation to Enterprise for a rental. The entire experience was seamless. I've bragged to everyone at scool and to family members about Sandrof from the very first day I stopped by for my car to be evaluated.Additional, my car was ready for pickup 3 days before the original completion date. Shop did a fantastic job of keeping me informed during the whole process. It was my daughters car and she is in college close to the body shop and they were kind, honest and took the time to work with her. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

A great experience overall. Sandrof kept me informed with the progress of the repair the entire period they had my vehicle. They delivered the vehicle in well under the time they committed. They cleaned up my ENTIRE vehicle. It felt like I had a new vehicle when I picked it up. Friendly staff. Completely satisfied with the entire experience. I came in to get the rear of my car fixed after a hit-and-run. They were kind at first with my estimate, and insurance approved the estimate. But they didn't call me back to schedule a time to get my car fixed. I called, and they told me that my car was a total loss and that they were waiting to hear from my insurance on how to proceed. I called my insurance a few times, and they assured me that the car is not totaled and they will pay for repairs. My insurance also told me that they were waiting to hear from Sandrof on when they were going to fix my car. With this information in mind, and after two weeks of Sandrof telling me the same information, I visited their office in person and shared the information insurance had told me. Sandrof told me that they would call insurance and clear things up. Their version of "clearing things up" was to increase my estimate by $500, without taking a second look at my car. They continued to say my car was totaled, despite my insurance approving their increased estimate. They have repeatedly lied about what my insurance was saying, tried to total my car, and tries to get more money after being confronted on their lies. I found a new body shop in town who is willing to repair my car and work with my insurance. I would not recommend this shop under any circumstances! Avoid this place like the plague!Update:This is an edit after Sandrof replied to my post. The day after I posted my review here, despite the fact that I was trying to find a new body shop Sandrof increased my estimate again by $750. This final update to my estimate pushed my insurance company to file my car as a total loss. This company appears to be extremely spiteful. I tried to talk with them to sort out some confusion between them and my insurance, and they increased the estimate. I left a bad review, and they increased it again. This shop is not to be trusted. If you do bring your car here, do not talk back or they will charge you for it!

Had to take my car to Sandrof because someone sideswiped me. They worked with my insurance to file under the uninsured motorist part of my insurance since the one responsible for the damages never contacted me. Excellent customer service, repair and keeping me informed every step of the way. Ever in need again of body work and Sandrof will most definitely be my choice of repair shops.

We highly recommend this company for your vehicle needs. A deer accident caused a large amount of damage to our Ram 1500, but you would never know by looking at it now...it looks fantastic!. The customer service was exemplary not to mention the many automated texts that we received advising of the repair status. We would, without a doubt, use Sandrof again should the need arise.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sandrof Auto repair is the best auto body repair business in the Lynchburg area! They had my vehicle back up and running in just a few weeks! My car looked BETTER than when I bought it brand new from the dealership! I was very impressed with the customer service; everyone was very respectful and very clear and helped me understand everything that needed to be fixed. Sandrof replaced damaged parts that occurred due to a crash back in October 2022. All aspects of my experience with Sandrof Auto Body were positive. From the time they first answered the phone (and subsequent phone calls), providing an initial estimate, getting me in as soon as they could for repairs, keeping me informed on the progress, finishing the job earlier than they originally anticipated, and the final results. I can't even tell the car was ever damaged. I would recommend them to others for any body work they need on their vehicle(s).Service: Body & Trim
