I would've given 5 stars, except the lack of communication was a bit unnerving. But Jeff was very nice to work with, and they did a terrific job repairing my car - paint blend is perfect! Overall paint quality acceptable. Driver side seat tilt control broken during service. Manager promptly addressed the issue and covered the repair cost.

On the surface, the repairs look great. But when you start looking closer you see that they only put in the minimum amount of bolts or push pins to hold the part in place. I counted 9 bolts missing just between my two front inner finders, and the ones they did put in seemed to be all loose. Along with some other frustrating bits that were found. Great customer service, just not so great of Techs putting things back together.

Maaco is the go-to place if you need your vehicle fixed. My family and I have taken many vehicles over there and they have done wonderful work, very pleasant to work with and very reasonable on their prices. Jeff and Neil go above and beyond trying to help you get the best experience there is. I would never think about going any place else in Lynchburg but to Maaco. Be sure and give them a try.

Very pleased w all facets. Finished product identical to pre-accident condition. Excellent communication and customer service throughout. Took a little longer bc the car is 32 years old and the parts were a little tougher to locate. Props to Jeff. Highly recommend .

I'm very pleased with the quality of work done, but I am very displeased with the amount of time it took.I was told 7 to 10 business days were it took 14 business days. When I called to see if my vehicle was ready they would say it would probably be ready later in the week,and it wasn't. I called the next Monday they stated probably Wednesday and I never got a call that day either. I called Thursday and they said it was ready but had to do a final inspection. They called back 2 hours later. Poor communication and 18 total days without a vehicle Is a long time.Service: Painting

Actual paint is good. However, this I what the inside of my truck looked like. It also took 4 weeks to get it painted. I don t understand why you drop a truck off and it takes that long. To me, just let me drop it off when you have time to paint it. My dashboard lights also do not work, which I assume is a problem with the plug.

I had some body and paint work done here recently and I was VERY pleased with the work they did!!Neil Andrews the service manager I dealt with was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The painter that did my painting was a master of their art! The paint match was perfect! Thanks again for such good service! Took a 2005 Toyota Tacoma in after it sat in the South Carolina sun for years. Jeff at MAACO gave me an honest and fair assessment. The results are beautiful. They painted the camper shell as well, painted grill and polished headlights... it's a brand new truck!

I had my Lexus painted and a front fender replaced. I am overjoyed with the finished product. My car had some minor scratches and some were to the primer. My car looks spectacular!! Like it's brand new again. I was helped by Neal, he was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He returned my calls and kept me informed as my car was being serviced. I hit a deer and called multiple shops and Maaco was the only shop that offered to not only help, but get me in with a couple week's. They were super friendly to work with and kept me informed the entire repair. When I picked up my vehicle they had cleaned it as well! I highly recommend Maaco and will continue to use them for future needs!

Paint was ok But they didn t do what they said they would do had a problem with door an the gentleman got a little huffy with me I was trying to explain what probably happened but he didn t want to hear it so no I m not happy with them an will most likely not use them in the futureService: PaintingService: Painting

Was hoping to get an estimate on some work that was needed because I m from the area but live out of state now. Not going into detail but found services very unprofessional pertaining to accommodating my needs via phone call. In fact rep was very rude and I quickly determined my services wasn t needed! Doesn t deserve a 1 star rating based on my customer experience, good luck!!

Neil was very helpful in guiding me in the process and helping me choose which paint plan to go with. My total was very close to my estimate and the paint turned out amazing. There were some flaws (not caused or because of the Maaco team) but Neil and I both knew going into the job that it wasn t going to be perfect. They were very prompt and had the vehicle completed on time.Service: Painting

I went to Maaco for repairs following a deer collision. The staff was courteous and respectful. They projected a reasonable time for completion and brought it home on time.
