I recently brought my vehicle into Larry's Tire after having a bad experience with another local shop. Couple that with my being a female, I was very reluctant to say the leaset. To my surprise, I was greeted with a smile as soon as I came through the door. I let them know the problems my car has been having, and they let me know they would have a technician look at it and let me know. I sat down and enjoyed some popcorn while I waited. About 45 minutes later, they came out to let me know they were able to find my problem. They took me out and showed me what was going on, then walked me back up front to go over the estimate. I called my dad to see if everything seemed right, and he talked to them and got back on the phone with me and said it was a good price, and what they found lined up with my issues. They told me the parts were in stock and would take about two hours to repair. I agreed, and they got to work on my car. Fast forward two hours later, and my car was ready. They asked if I was a student and added a discount to my bill for being a student. I was unaware they had a discount for students, and I was surprised they took the time to save me more money. It has been about two weeks, and my car is back to perfect. I will definitely be recommending Larry's to all my friends!!!!

EDIT: I am currently working on an agreeable solution w/ Larry s. Once complete, I ll update accordingly.I had an appointment for my Jeep 12/4/23 at 3pm to diagnose possible concerns with my coolant level.�By the end of the day, I called at 4:49pm. I was told they didn t get to it so that they would look at it the next day.On Tuesday 12/5/23 I received a call at 9:47am describing the various issues that they found (batteries, oil pan gasket leak, etc.), but have not yet found a coolant leak.�I was told that they ran pressure tests, but would wait for the parts to come in to fix oil leaks before further diagnosing.�I called again this day at 4:54pm to inquire about the general process.�I was told they were hoping 1-2 days.�I asked if I needed to contact my warranty company to determine coverage and was told that they take care of the warranty side.I called on 12/11/23 at 12:07pm to inquire about progress and estimated time of repair.�Advisor and tech were at lunch. I received a call at 4:14pm. I was told they were waiting to receive one more part, but still have not noticed an issue with coolant.�I inquired again about the warranty in regard to the oil leaks.�I was told they had not contacted the warranty company and was told that since it was already past 4, they would contact the warranty company the next morning to determine coverage.I received a voicemail on 12/13/23 at 8:58am confirming that they were hoping to have finished by end of the week and still no information on the coolant itself. I received a voicemail on 12/14/23 at 3:35pm from Brad. I called Brad on 12/14/23 at 3:46pm.�He advised that my car was technically done. �He stated that they conducted pressure tests on the radiator and the coolant held steady for hours.�He stated that the thermostat may be stuck open, but they can t determine without going in there.� He said he priced one.I asked if it had been questioned if warranty would cover.�He stated he would get with Delaney.�I stated she told me she was going to call about the oil leaks on Tuesday, but I had yet to hear anything. I called my warranty company on 12/14/23 at 4:04pm.�The gentleman confirmed that they had not been contacted by Larry s and that oil leaks are generally covered.�The shop needs to provide a diagnosis and causation.�He advised that it typically takes 2-3 days to process. I called Larry s on 12/14/23 at 4:12pm. and spoke with Delaney.�I advised that I spoke with the warranty company and was told that they had not been contacted, and that generally oil leaks would be covered under my contract.�She said that she told me she was waiting to contact when it was determined about the coolant.�I advised of the conversation that we had Monday in which she said she was going to go ahead and call Tuesday morning to get an answer.�She said after I talked to Brad today he told her to call them in the morning, but that she would go ahead and call now if I would like.�I confirmed that I would like for her to go ahead and call.�I expressed that I was furious because now that my car is technically done I don t want to have to wait additional days on the back end because they didn t contact the warranty company like they originally said.Friday, 12/15/23, I finally got my car back.� They did give me an auxiliary battery as an apology.�However, my car was left a mess.�The floor mats were not put back in place and the cover over the batteries was not put back on (batteries in my car are under the passenger seat).I was eligible for a rental car through my warranty company, but because the shop did not contact the warranty company despite my numerous requests, I wasn t able to do this.Flash forward to 3/26/24.�I took my car into a different shop.�The oil gasket leak that was allegedly fixed, in fact wasn t.

I called around asking tire shops if they could adjust the rear camber on my car. The service writer insured they could do it. So, I scheduled an alignment appointment and new tire since the rear camber chopped my old ones. They called me to pick up my car on the way back to work, and I noticed steering the wheel pulling left. After reading the alignment report, the rear camber is still way off, and the toe wasn't even corrected properly. In the manager's defense, he did offer to fix it, but honestly, the technician couldn't even get the toe right, so not going have them fix something as complicated as camber is for them if the couldn't even set toe. Really bad experience overall.

The entire experience was a very good one. My engine had to be replaced and the people at the dealership were more than helpful in finding me a good engine and driving me to and from the shop because I had no other form of transportation. Kate made sure I was aware of what was happening throughout the whole process and gave me updates on the state of my vehicle. Her and all the other people at the dealership effort's to help fix my vehicle made my unfortunate experience into a good one.

Awesome experience, I had to get my car towed to Larry's when i was visiting from out of town. Not only were they fast, but they managed to give me an extremely fair price. Kate helped me through every step of the way, even booked me a rental car for the mean time. 10/10 would recommend. If you need your car fixed, i recommend asking for Kate when you call!

This place is top notch. My transmission went out and per my warrantyI needed to go through a place that they approved of. Larrys was that place. I called and I spoke to Kate, she is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to get EVERYTHING set up for repair, my rental car, every question I had she answered quickly. Kate also went through and helped me understand the process and how my warranty worked and what it involved. They are all very professional and I will definitely continue to be their client and I will also refer everyone that needs services to them. This was an amazing and seamless experience all because of Kate and the crew at Larrys, I can t thank them enough.

I was concerned because I had a big (transmission) problem. I chose Larry's because of their reviews and the professional way my initial call was handled. I worked with Kate who was VERY courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She took very good care of me, calling with updates and returning my calls promptly. Would highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and have zero complaints! As a college student and now grad, it was hard finding somewhere far from home without fearing being scammed. Luckily I found Larry's and have never gone anywhere else. All of their employees are personable and want the best for you and your vehicle. I have has the pleasure to work with Kate on almost all of my transactions and can say she is phenomenal to work with! Check out Larry's for all your car needs.

Recently my husband was in a car accident with some large rock left in the middle of the road on the highway. Hit this rock head on, sliced underneath our Camaro in half and you can imagine the damages. Luckily Kaitlyn stepped in from Larry s Tire and helped us with the estimate to the insurance company, kept us informed on the progress of the repairs and was very helpful and comforting through this process. Our car is back home and in better shape than what it was in before. Thank you Kaitlyn!

I had an amazing experience! The costumer service was impeccable. I was helped my Mrs. Kate. She was extremely kind and hospitable. I was stranded due to a flat tire, and they took care of me. Would Strongly recommend!

Larry's used to be my go to for jobs that I couldn't do myself. After the past 2 times that's no longer the case. They openly lied to me on multiple occasions. I needed a ball joint, and was quoted a price, including them getting the control arm. Their price on just the part was more than double what the arm cost anywhere else. They took 2 days to do 2 tires and an alignment, and would have taken much longer had I not dropped in and demanded answers as to why I was told one thing on the phone and completely different situation when I got there in person. The paper pushers up front have ruined the reputation of the once upstanding business, or maybe that's what they've been instructed to do... They will lie to you and when you call them out on the lies they will lie even more to cover their tracks. For what its worth the guys in the back, the ones who actually do the work, do a decent job, but the paper pushers in the front are lying con-artists. Look for another shop to do your work, I know I will from here on out.

Rolled over a screw at 11:50 AM and had the tire repaired by 1:05 PM! All the competitors couldn t work us in until at least an hour and a half to 3 hours later. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere in the waiting room was calm and comfortable. Their service was fast and work was quality. Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.

Very good experience here! My car had been having issues for almost three years over which time I d get temporary fixes from different mechanics. I took the car to Larry s and they found problems that the other mechanics had failed to notice. It has been running smooth ever since. Kate was very communicative and accommodating to my busy schedule throughout. Would absolutely recommend this business!

Outstanding service. I bought a set of tires-in early February and they came in wrong tires. Mac went out of his way to correct the problem and get what I wanted. Also had front end problems which I didn t know I had ,and they were correct it was bad. I ve had 2 cars there and they never did me wrong. Mac and Kate were outstanding at making me and my wife happy. GOOD JOB Thanks

The final bill actually came in under what they initially quoted. When does that ever happen at a mechanic? In my experience it's always been the other way around. With that display of integrity I'll definitely be back next time I need something. Delaney was super nice and helpful and overall the communication and process was great.

I took my Jeep in and was very worried about the engine. Turns out I needed a whole new engine. Kate helped me out so much! She explained everything I needed to get done with a ton of detail, checked in with me about my vehicle multiple times throughout the entire process, and was super helpful and kind! I highly recommend Larry's Tire & Auto and definitely ask for Kate she is very knowledgable and just the best!

My first experience with Larry s Tire started out a little rocky. I brought my car to get checked out due to an exhaust leak and flex pipe replacement with my car and was given a quote of the repairs and parts needed at my first visit. During my second visit, I waited for almost 2.5 hours after finding out the parts were never ordered for the repairs to be done. This was very stressful for me the day before thanksgiving as I had to change all of my plans last minute. During my third visit, the wrong part was ordered and I was never contacted with updates. I had to reach out twice to confirm the status of the parts for two weeks after thanksgiving. Kate, who was straight forward with me through this entire process, made sure that the correct part for my car was overnighted and ensured costs would be covered for the major inconvenience and called me when the part came in to setup an appointment. This past Thursday, I was able to finally get my car fixed and the wait wasn t as long as the first attempt. I appreciate her and her great customer service so much and for taking care of me and my lil Kia. When you go to Larry s Tire on Murray s Place, ask for Kate. Thank you for making things right, Kate!

Yesterday I ran over a bolt in an intersection and got it stuck in my tire. I pulled into Larry s about a half hour before closing and explained that I was worried about the safety of driving the 30 minutes home. One fella nodded to the other, put out his hand for my keys and I waited. A few minutes later, the first fella came to the waiting area with a four inch bolt in his hand. He smiled, said I was lucky no damage to my tire, and I was free to go. No charge. My heroes! Decent fellas helped this old lady out :)

I wish I could give this place no stars they are the worst place to ever take your car don't do it they will lie to you just to make more money my husband took his car in November to get it worked on they had to do something to the computer and the changed the axles because they said they were bad then this march he had to get his valve cover gasket fixed well here we are again both things need to be done again because they obviously didn't fix them the first time then they make excuses and lie do not give this place your money #beware

This place is one of the best auto shops in the area! They have been so wonderful and were able to help me so much. I thought I was going to end up needing to total my car after taking it to another shop. But they were able to give me a proper diagnosis of what was wrong with my car and then were very reasonable with how much it cost me to get it fixed. I primarily worked with Kate and she was so great and super helpful! I will definitely be taking my vehicle to this shop from now on whenever I need any future work done on my car!

Kate at Larrys Auto and Tire went above and beyond phenomenal customer service to help me as a single mother and not take advantage of my engine trouble with my car with understanding and consideration she was professional sensitive and went out of her way to do everything she could to save me money and get my car fixed and find other solutions to save money during a very hard time financially in my life as a single mother. Thank you Kate for your outstanding,customer service,and understanding.Also thank you to the other team members at this location for their understanding and flexibility!!!! We could not have asked for a better experience! We had a mechanical issue with one of our vehicles and had it towed, via AAA, to Larry s on a Saturday, when they were closed. Kate was quick to reach out Monday morning and inquire about the reason for the tow. From there, Kate CONTINUED to be a rock star! She kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs. Our bill was even less than the estimate!Without hesitation, I would recommend Larry s Tire & Auto for automotive needs! Ask for Kate!

Larry's Tire has a great group of advisors, especially Kate. She went out of her way to find the exact tire I wanted at the best price. She REALLY understands what customer service means. She made me feel like I was the only person in the building each time I spoke with her. I have never been so excited to spend well over 2k to get new tires on my truck and my wife's SUV. My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon as I was traveling a long distance from home and I managed to pull into Larry's Tire and Auto. Knowing they were closed, I went and stayed overnight as I had no choice. I called when they first opened and was helped by a young lady name Kate. She was extremely helpful and joyful on the phone. She made sure I was taken care of in the most professional and courteous manner. It truly was customer service at its finest! I thought something was terribly wrong with my car and come to find out it was a very simple fix. Larry's could have charged me whatever they wanted but they chose to do the right thing and be honest. A $26.00 fix for something I thought would be a minimum of $500.00. Thank you Kate and the mechanic that fixed my car. I was in a bad spot and you saved the day by being honest, timely and ethical. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!! Thank you Kate for amazing customer service and Team Larry's for a job well done.

Was reccomended this place by a friend to get some work done on my truck, i had an extended warranty with the truck i wanted to use and this place worked with me to get that done. The salesperson i had was kate, shes very friendly and will work with you to get everything you want done on your vehicle. They knocked everything out in one day and i was able to pick it up the same day I dropped it off.

I stopped in Monday morning without an appointment and was greeted by Kate. I explained I had a flat tire and wasn't sure if it needed to be replaced or repaired. After a short wait I was told my tire could be repaired and would be ready soon. I can't explain enough how much I appreciate Kate's approach from me not having an appointment and absolutely no pressure to purchase a new tire. If you stop in, be sure to ask for Kate!
