I sent an email on a Sunday with several questions my husband and I had and, amazingly, even though they were closed, the manager responded that evening and we went back and forth regarding options. This was all over email. Next thing you know, we esigned documents and our tractor was delivered. We have our check to the delivery man. The entire experience was great!

Great customer service! Our experience with Kubota of Lynchburg so far has been the best! Walter explained the 60-inch 30 horsepower mower in great detail, we took a test drive around the parking lot. And he has been there for any questions. Dolly and Emily have been right there to get financing and paperwork done and also answer follow-up questions immediately. I would give them a 10 in customer service. The mower is much better built and operational than the exmark that we had had for several years. We would never go back to exmark.

The manager of this store, Zach, single handedly saved my son from a terrible house fire. A true hero, he also sells quality equipment for all of your needs and is extremely inviting and friendly along with his entire staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone was nice! Huge tractor selection here! I ended up buying a Kubota L4701 and trailer package in Stuarts Draft VA as it was a little closer to home and worked better for me. But hey these guys got a huge selection and you can always come in look around and figure out what suits your needs best! I sure am loving the orange best darn tractors out there!

I have been fortunate to buy a BX23S and an implementation on separate occasions from Keith in Lynchburg. Both times were through email. Keith and team had paperwork ready to sign and pieces delivered to me. By far, way easier than any John Deere equipment I have ever bought. Highly recommend this place for equipment and service.

Purchased a new Green Mountian Grill from Kubota, the sales team was great! They showed me how it operates, hooked me up with all the cool stuff I needed to Grill when I got home. This thing is awesome, it grills, smokes, roasts, I love it! Shout out to Kubota of Lynchburg, Grill game strong!!!

Price was average. Delivery sucked. Gave them my phone number twice and they never called me before delivery. Found out it had been delivered when I saw it sitting in front of shed. They had dropped it with three point too close to shed to hook tractor to. Had to get loader and strap it to swing it around so that I could hook tractor to it. Average dealership. Not very customer focused. May buy from them again but I ll look everywhere else first.

I bought new cub cadet zero turn at kubota dealer. I had several issues with the new mower. They would send someone out to fit the mower with each call. Zack replace the zero turn I bought with a new one . I like to thank Zack, Bonnie,Mat, and Campbell for their superior customer service. I do recommend the Kubota dealer in Lynchburg if looking for a new mower.

I rarely write reviews (I believe a company should always do right by their customers) but Kubota of Lynchburg and Zach the point of contact went above and beyond to fix a couple issues I had with the tractor I bought.Some background: I live in Fredericksburg VA and have desperately tried to work in detail with my "local" Kubota dealers. Some of them have very nice and helpful staff at the parts counters, some of them have mechanics that seem to want to be helpful but in my 30 years of owning Kubota products I have never found a dealer to pull it all together like Zach and his team.It is nice to call them up and have a response so quickly and documented so well. If they do not have an answer they actually call you back with their progress and keep you updated.Finally - pricing - their price was better than anyone else so my trip down there pays for itself. Cannot say enough good things about this dealer.

Great place to deal with . Ive bought 2 tractors here . Also purchased attachments and parts here. Walter Smith has been my salesman on those big purchases and i must say he is very knowledgeable of the Kubota product line and wont just tell you something to get the sale .

I needed a new trimmer head quick today so I called and spoke briefly to Alex. When I arrived about 30 minutes later he had it in the counter waiting for me. He noticed quickly it needed an adapter and grabbed the exact one I needed off the shelf.Had me in and out in less than 10 min! Not to mention there is a 2% cash discount for those that still use it. I wouldnt have thought about it had the great young ladies at the counter not eluded to it when I paid. Thanks for the continued great service y'all!!

General manager is a great guy. Helped me out after they were closed, answered all my questions and made it clear it was no problem. I checked out several other dealers and came back because of his customer service.

These guys are top notch. They helped me out on short notice when our family faced a hard time. They were respectful and equipment was in great condition. From setting up service having the equipment delivered and then picked up. I definitely recommend this location. Will use again. Can't say enough good things about them!

Not sure who was driving your white GMC Sierra thru Charlottesville at 7pm on January 4th, 2024, but he/she was doing about 70 in a 55 on route 29 southbound, tailgating several cars. If you're going to drive dangerously, not a good idea to have your company name plastered all over your vehicle.

Would highly recommend them . We purchased a super series trachoe we had an issue with it almost a year later we called themAnd they took it in rather quickly and repaired at no additional cost.

Best experience I've had at any type of dealership.They are my closest dealer for Green Mountain Grills.Zach and the team are great, Thank you. My next farm tractor my be Kubota Orange instead of Massey red.

I went in ready to buy and Walter gave me a good price . He told me when they could deliver it or when I could pick it up and it was ready to go when I got there. They had a great selection of tractors and made the purchase very simple.

The customer service at Kubota is great. Everyone is very knowledgeable, which made our experience even better.Martina was awesome! She took her time to explain all of the features of the machine, as well as safety tips.. Walter and Jed made the purchase seamless..Highly recommend Kubota of Lynchburg.

My husband and I just purchased a RTV 1140 at Kubota of Lynchburg and couldn't be happier with the friendly service we received from Zach and all the guys in service. I can't imagine a better dealership. Zach was patient with all of our questions and handled everything he said he would handle. Delivery was on time and overall we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this dealership.

The entire experience with Kubota of Lynchburg has been outstanding. We reached out to tractor companies in October and Kubota was the only one to respond. Their response was helpful and brought me into the shop. Delivery was on-time and Martina spent the time I needed explaining both the maintenance and operation of my tractor and implements.

Man, what a group of professionals. Was in the market for a new zero turn mower and was very impressed with Kubota's selection of models, including a wide selection of Cub Cadet. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable and made the buying process a breeze!

Zach (the store manager) is both knowledgeable and extremely patient. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of all the variations of the tractor class we were searching for. The purchase process was seemless, and delivery was prompt. Would reconsider to anyone.!!

Great place to do business with. I'm a first time tractor buyer, and our salesman, Walter, was great to work with! He really took the time to make sure it was the right tractor for our unique needs and circumstances.He was friendly and very professional.Also, he taught us a lot about tractors! Highly recommend!
