I bought a bike from them back in early May of 2023. I love the bike, but the dealer experience was just as great. I work strange hours and the team at HSL was very accommodating! Highly recommend Honda-Suzuki of Lynchburg!

Bought a new rubicon and pioneer 1000. Best buying experience for atvs and utvs for our business. Chris and his team worked hard and delivered quickly and followed up. We shopped around our local Honda dealer wasn t really helping us so I reached out to Chris. Super easy buying experience. He handled everything great. Definitely recommend dealing here. Thanks to you Chris and your team for the hard work. We will be needing a couple more units soon and they will definitely come from here.

I m on my third bike purchase from this dealership. They are the best! Friendly, professional staff up front and in the shop! I ve been doing business with them since 2003 and can t say enough positive about this dealership. I just purchased a new 2022 CBR500R and a big thanks to Chris for knowing exactly what bike was best for me.

Went in to get a couple extra fuel filters, air filters, coolant, new riding glasses, etc.. Ya know, your normal trip to a shop for normal stuff you need. The guy at the counter was helpful I reckon, he seemed confused that I did not need a oil filter and after a few minutes he informed me that they did not have a air or fuel filter in stock for my Honda Shadow. That was a real bummer, never would have thought the Honda shop wouldn't keep basic filters. BUT it is 2022 and the world hasn't got over all its problems yet so it could be worse. After looking all over for riding glasses and not finding any, I had to ask, and the guy points at the one single option they carry, I was in need so I bought them. But over all I was not very impressed by place or the selection, they are limited on space and that is certainly a factor in the showroom. Maybe they are just geared more towards the off road stuff, they had 100 pairs of goggles but only one option for glasses. Given where they are located, I would recommend calling ahead so you don't waste a trip for basic things you assume they are going to have. They did have a great selection of full face helmets but after my frustration at the lack of basic filters I was just ready to leave. Maybe the next trip out there will be better. I will update this review after my next trip there. Just bumped this to a 3 star because the owner response was very professional and that goes a long way with me.Update 09/01/23 -Last minute long trip planned and the VTX needed fresh tires. I called them and spoke with Alex. He was helpful and worked me the day after I called and I was good to go. Bike feels great again. Also, they seem to have increased the selection of accessories inside. Had a good experience all around. Bumped to a 4 star! Next good trip there will win the 5 star.

I would give this business 10 stars if I could. They were wonderful to work with, good communication, honest and fair. If you are anywhere close to Lynchburg take your business here whether it s purchase of a machine, service, accessories, parts, whatever. You will be treated great. You all in the Lynchburg area have a gem with this dealership! Support them!

While traveling through Lynchburg, I Broke the valve stem on the front tire of my Goldwing. It happened on a Sunday, had to hotel it for two days til they opened. I explained my situation to service and they got me in right away. 30 minutes later, I m on the road home.Thank you.

Great service! The staff is friendly and truly values their customers. John took his time to answer all questions, help with with proper safety gear, etc. Super easy to work with and a positive experience. Definitely recommend!

High prices and rude people. Not very good to thier customers. Chris is the only decent one there to deal with. The guy who answers the phones is obnoxious and rude.

Just a couple Alaskans riding the Blue ridge parkway and my Goldwing needed a new front tire, called them up and they had one, got there and they mounted it on in less than an hour and we were on our way. I give the service a 10+ out of 10. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with this motorcycle shop for over a year and I think it's safe to say that this is the best motorcycle shop in Lynchburg. They have been very kind to me and every customer that I have noticed them interacting with. They do a phenomenal job at hooking people up at their service department, whether it was chains, sprockets, or even oil, they have been a huge help. Even when it came to buying a motorcycle did they make the process pain free and easy. They don't try to haggle with you like at other dealerships, and they are very upfront and honest about their pricing. I have not had any unpleasant experience whatsoever here and I wish more businesses would follow the standard that this establishment has set.

I've been coming here since 2006 and will continue to as long as I'm in the area and own a bike. Joel, Chris, and the rest of the guys there are top notch!!! They are incredibly nice (which is reflected in their awesome customer service skills) and extremely knowledgeable about literally every area of motor_______. (Insert the equipment you own here). I continue to recommend them to anyone that asks about motorcycles, etc. Not once have they ever tried to "upsell" me on anything nor have I ever been overcharged for anything. They stand behind their products and service. And to top it off... they are truly just a bunch of nice guys. When ever I am there I'm typically greeted by my first name and they will just chat with you (they are not just all about getting down to business) and you feel as if you're one of the family there.Keep up the great work guys!!!

Very personal....very well informed staff, I was a new rider and they advised me with great patience despite my ignorance. Now I am much more advanced and looking back they have saved me so much money, heartache, and more. I come in there and feel like family, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. My bike broke down and was able to make it over there but not until after they closed, they came over and unlocked the shop and took my bike inside to keep it safe. Will never go anywhere else...prices are super cheap, knowledge they share is priceless, and they have earned my trust!

I ve used this shop a few times for inspections and tire changes, but finally had them do some real work on my bike and I was not disappointed. For a while, I was having a cold blooded issue with my bike running too lean and hunting for idle. I tried time and time again to make adjustments, clean carbs, read forums, etc. and never got anything to stick. Finally, after 7+ years of this issue off and on, I decided to take it to some professionals. After one day with my Volusia, they have it running better than it has since I bought it years ago. Thanks Chris and team for the fantastic service!

Great place, small but well stocked dealership. Staff and owner are friendly and helpful, don't try to pitch or oversell you. Mechanic garage is clean and organized. I bought my new Honda Rebel with them and I'm very happy with the experience!

Great place for all you service and parts needs. I have been taking me honda CB900 there for a couple years now. Never ran into any problems, very reasonable prices, good selection of oil and fluids you may need for home maintenance. Also the best local rate for mounting tires, even cheaper if you order from them. They can get all the leading brands in a short order which is convenient.Gentleman there even directed me down the street to kawasaki for fork oil because he didn't think he had what would be best for what I needed.. It just showed they care more about you getting what you need than trying to get your money ..

I brought my 30 year old bike in for an inspection and these guys did everything required to get it legal and inspected. The owner and shop manager took a personal interest in my bike towards the end of the engagement. The job took a bit longer than I would have liked, but they warned me up front that it might- so I'll give them kudos for honesty.

2 years ago I took a road trip from Toronto, Canada to the Great Smokey Mountains and back. I had a front tire blow out on the Blue Ridge Parkway 20 miles outside Lynchburg. I had no cell service and managed to flag down another rider and he made a rescue call for me. With only 2 hours to go to closing time Joel had a guy come out with a trailer and he towed me into Lynchburg. They had my bike in the shop, fixed and back out on the road again without having to keep the shop open a minute late late. The guys were great at what they do and I am super happy with the job they did. It's 2 years later and every time I think about that trip these guys come back to mind. They were the reason my trip was an adventure and not a disaster! Thanks guys, you rock!!!

I went in to get my initial inspection and throttle calibration for my RSV4. Upon entry I was quickly greeted and asked how they could help. I explained what I needed done and I was given the estimated rate and expected completion date without the normal vague answer I typically get from other shops. They gave me a no-later-than date but expected to be done early. I dropped the bike off on a Thursday, they said it would be ready for pickup Monday and they called me that very Friday. I've owned 4 bikes in 3 states and have only enjoyed my experience at 1 other shop. Unless I move again, I have my found my Aprilia Service Center of choice.

Had a bit of a hiccup at first, but Chris and Ted at the shop went above and beyond to make it right. Great service and got a bunch of things I needed done quickly. When it's time for a new bike, I'll be heading here to see what's in stock.

Excellent service, Joel took a look at a used Honda I wanted to buy and gave me his opinion on it (free of charge). Very friendly atmosphere, will definitely be coming here for service and accessories for my bike.

I drove four hours from North Carolina just to do business with them. Joel helped make it one of the least stressful buying experiences of my life. Going out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied without ever pressuring me or make me feel rushed. They loaded my new Vespa for me and it didn't budge on the ride home. 10 of 10, would buy again. I won't buy anywhere else!

I have a hayabusa that experienced intermittent shutting off problems. I took it in to have it serviced (for 1 month) and they said it was the tps sensor. Get it fixed for $130 and drive away. 1 mile down the road my bike shuts off. I take it back in and they keep it for another month and a half. I was told 3 different people in the shop rode it for 30 mins with no problems at all. I pick it up per my request (I was sick of it being there for 2 months not being touched, watched them roll it out of storage literally covered in dust) and sure enough, 1 mile down the road it starts jerking and shutting off. I will never do business with them again after lying straight to my face. They do not know what they are doing and will only fix low acuity problems because it's quicker for them. Customer service is nonexistent, therefore so is my business with this company.

Extremely pleased with service and parts. Have not bought a Mc from them yet. They meet or come close to online prices so I will always ask them before purchasing anywhere else for parts. However.... "Special orders" are nonrefundable even if unopened!!! This bit me to more than $130,so be aware. Since I prefer to use local store versus online when possible I will always go back to them first
