Always had a great experience here. The AID tire folks are friendly and knowledgeable with fair pricing. Keep in mind that services are done first come forst serve rather than appointments, so it's best to drop off early.

We ve taken our cars too AID on three separate occasions, all for very different things. But with each time, we were impressed with AID s professionalism, honesty, and expertise. They provided us with honest assessments as to what was wrong with our vehicles and what would be the best way to repair them. We fully trust AID and are thankful to have a wonderful repair shop that we can take our vehicles too. Highly recommend AID!

Arguably the best shop around. Every time my family has work done on our vehicles here we are never disappointed. The customer service, professionalism, and work is second to none. They are honest and will not do work if it's not needed. AID Tire & Auto is the best auto shop I've ever been to. These folks are knowledgeable, honest, and quick. They consistently provide top tier service. I would recommend them to anyone.I'll continue taking my vehicles here, and recommend them to everyone I know.

This shop offers fast service at great prices. I dropped my Mustang off for a tire repair without an appointment and the job was finished within the hour. While working on my car, the mechanic noticed my oil change reminder was on and inquired if I would like to add this service as well. I agreed and he asked if I wanted synthetic or regular oil for my vehicle, which was appreciated. I was able to pick my car up within a few hours and was pleasantly surprised by the pricing and pleased with the service.

Clean for one.Went in for 4 tires and alignment. They were pretty backed up so I was there a while but it was a nice environment I enjoyed the peace. Card got double charged for over a thousand dollars. I was very upset about this as it could have been rent money or whatever but it took just 1 day for my refund which came 8pm Saturday night. Overall 8/10 will be going back. Reminds me of Lynchburg tire days.

My daughter needed her brakes and rotors replaced. They were able to get the vehicle in, fixed, and out within the day, all at a fair price.

Got my vehicle state inspected and was rejected for a brake light. Got the light fixed and tried bringing the vehicle back 3 time to get them to check the light was acceptable and install the inspection sticker. They kept telling me they could not fit me in until tomorrow. I would come back the next morning and get the same answer. This went on for 3 days until I ended up taking it somewhere else. How does someone get completely booted to the back of the line for something that they already paid for and would only take a few minutes? Take your business else where for a more professional and organized atmosphere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Aid for auto repair for at least 15 years. That's a lot of interactions. Especially with the age of the vehicles I've had. Time and again I have found Aid's service to be honest, fair, competent, and friendly. Jeff Knight, the service manager must set a good tone there, because my experiences have been very consistent the whole time I've used them. It's pretty remarkable to be able to say that about an auto repair shop that undoubtedly has different mechanics come and go over the years. They are professional, but they also treat you like a true neighbor, which is probably why I was actually happy for them recently when I heard they would no longer be open on Saturdays, even though I had really liked having that option. The folks in the office, Woody, Tony, Dusty, Vickie, are great to deal with and will help get you in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I have had 2 wonderful experiences with Aid Tire & Auto Repair Inc. The first incident was when I needed an emergency tire because one of mine had a slit that was not repairable. The staff was very friendly and speedy when it came to getting my car back in motion and letting me get on my way. The second incident was when I wanted to get the remaining tires to match the one I received a few months before. They made sure I was able to get the tires put on within 2 business days of me calling to inquire on the availability. I will definitely be using their services in the future for all tire needs. Plus their location is right near my home, which makes it easy if I have to drop my car off overnight.

Took my vehicle in February to get an oil leak fixed and a power steering leak fixed. Neither were fixed and I verified that my power steering pump was under warranty for 3 years. I take my car back yesterday to have my power steering pump replaced. Now they are telling me that they won't warranty the pump because it appears something other than power steering fluid was used, which is completely untrue. I have to constantly put power steering fluid in the vehicle since they didn't fix it the first time. I paid almost $1,000 to have both issues fixed and got neither one fixed. This place used to be the best around. Now, not even close.

Looking for trustworthy establishment to work on your vehicles, look no further. Aid tire and auto is the place to go. Best place in the Lynchburg area, if you ask me. Time and time again they have done a fantastic job for us, and most times charged less than quoted. They won't put the screws to you like the other guy's, who tell you all the stuff you need, when you really don't. Trust me, and trust them!!! And I am not a relative of any one there, I am just a happy customer.

Swapped out my tires with tires that I ve already had, added weights to balance them the weights were rubbing on the caliper drove off the lot turn back around to get them to move the weights so they would not rub on the calipers they said we would have to wait because they had other customers a head of us. we are the customer!! very poor service very poor it says fast and friendly , I don t think so !!!It took them a full day just to do that job I picked it up the next day unbelievableWarning warning warningtry going somewhere else first if you can !!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My family has taken our cars here for 15+ years and I feel that this company has always been fair and never money-hungry. Most recently my alternator went out and while they could have replaced it and cost me 600+ dollars they found there was a recall on the alternator from Chrysler and that it could be done for free but would need to be taken to a dealership. I would have never known about the recall and to think they could have been an opportunity to make money but instead informed me shows what kind of people they are. Last time I needed new tires to pass state inspection the tires were very reasonable and the labor was so cheap. They only charged me a dollar to redo the inspection. I think they are fair and in business for the right reasons.

They repaired my AC system 3 years ago. Haf a hole in the condensor. Now I intend to bring my vehicle in for an AC compressor or Clutch. I like how quick and cost effective they are.
