Bought a used mustang and sold my Jeep cherokee here last month, both Ayhan and Anis were really helpful and professional. The best thing I liked about being here is that they offer no pressure at all for me to make my decisions, which is rather rare among used car dealerships.

We had a great car-buying experience at Jerry s Chevy. Everyone was professional and very knowledgeable about all of the features in the vehicle. Although they didn t have the specific vehicle trim we were looking for, they were able to get us the desired vehicle in less than 24 hours! Finance department process was a breeze. Most importantly, our salesman, Anis, was absolutely pleasure to work with during the car-buying process. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He likely played a key role in having us do business with Jerry s. I highly recommend this dealer.

Great experience purchasing a used car from out of state. Ayhan was an excellent salesman, addressing all of my concerns, answering questions and simply took care of everything throughout the entire process, giving me peace of mind. Jim, Carlos and Donovan rounded out the team (special thanks to Barbara as well). I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle once a deal was agreed upon, we did all the paperwork, and then I flew in to take delivery and drove it home. Highly recommend the entire team at Jerry's. 5 stars for sure. Cheers.

EDITED TO ADD:MARYLAND BUYERS, think twice!Virginia inspection is like a joke compared to MD. I put nearly 2k in to my used car from Jerry's to make it Maryland legal. This isn't necessarily their fault. Like I said, it's a difference in inspection process. Just save yourself the time, money, and heartache and look longer in Maryland for a used car. Even if it seems to be selling for more than you could get one in VA, trust me when I say it will all come out in the wash, and you'll end up saving!!Found the perfect car to suit my current needs and ran there as quickly as possible to test drive and work on the deal.Everyone was very accommodating and kind!Felt ridiculous at first diving over an hour to look at this car.I know now I made the right choice!Highly recommend this dealership!!

I don't usually post a review. But I think buyers in local area need to be aware how this dealership runs their business. Long story short, I had a deal (on paper) on a used vehicle. I contacted them within a few days to move forward, but they told me the vehicle was just sold. After a while, during my search for a vehicle, I noticed that they have the same vehicle for sale (they increased the price from $27k to $29k). So I contacted them again and let them know that I had a deal. Jim Davie, general manager, responded and said that they have the vehicle and he would honor the deal. So I scheduled a visit in a few days to close the deal, and Jim texted me saying the vehicle was sold (to a customer out of state) a day before my scheduled visit. This is how they run their business and treat potential customers. I would definitely avoid dealing with them again.

Great customer service with no hassle. I've purchased many cars in the past, and this experience set a new record for the fastest paperwork completion. I was in and out in just over 1.5 hours. Ayhan was extremely helpful throughout the process as the salesperson. Thanks!

Called the parts department, Scott answered. I asked for a part and had a part number. Was told that they didn t sell them. Was extremely rude. Said they didn t offer them separately and hung up the phone.I had the part number. They are sold on Amazon and rock auto. I called back and another parts person and they were very helpful, solved my issue and I got the exact parts I needed. Let me know they would be there the next day and called when they arrived.

My sales rep, Melanie was incredibly easy working with and very polite with my mother and I. We came in and she quickly attended us at the door. We test drove with Melanie in the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and the vehicle was comfortably nice. Her and the manager made it so easy for us to finance the vehicle with with one of the lowest rates out there. We signed all the paperwork, paid a down deposit and gave us a receipt. We reviewed everything multiple times together. Thank you for a good experience.

I'm leaving a one star review based on the fact that they still have not refunded my $500 deposit on a vehicle I am not purchasing one month after I've requested the refund. We were told it'd be absolutely no problem at all to refund the deposit, but after asking for it three times we still don't have our money. Also, the salesman was awful, we kept asking about certain features regardless of make or model, a perfect opportunity to upsell, and he just said he didn't know. Didnt search or try or anything. If you're getting a Chevy go somewhere else.

I was really happy with the kindness, knowledge and experience that he showed about the car. One amazing thing is it that he wasn't pushing us, gave us time to think and talk. Also, he founded the information when he didn't know it. Great service, great people

Sales process was an absolute breeze thanks to Anis Aayouch my sales men. Got straight to business, straight to the numbers I needed. All around great people person, and heck of a salesmen.Now that being said I did buy a truck, it broke down within 3 hours of me owning it. It took about 30-35 days for my vehicle to be fixed, the warranty company wanted nothing to do with it ( I bought a warranty ). Jerry s Chevrolet however footed the bill and paid for all the work to be done on my truck because of the fact I had only had it 3hours. Carlos, Bryan, and Jim, along with Anis keeping me updated all made the process easy, simple and they hooked me up by doing what the warranty company wouldn t do. Jerry s is an awesome dealership.

Bryan Jackson (the finance manager) was very efficient and professional. We negotiated all of the details prior over the phone. We were in an out in less than an hour to purchase our new vehicle. What a great car buying experience!

This is my third car that I have bought from Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg. Everyone in the building were so nice and friendly. My salesperson, Ayhan was a complete pleasure to deal with. A very nice and personable young man. Would highly recommend him.

My husband and I were shopping around for a truck and saw a used one we wanted to check out at this location. Unfortunately it had been sold on our way in, but ended up leaving with an even nicer truck than we anticipated!! We shopped around before hand at other places but ultimately came back here to Jennifer and Evelyn! They were excellent, both very patient, and didn t pressure us into anything. Prices were hard to beat compared to other dealerships which was a huge plus. All around a great experience with the whole team!!

Unfortunately our first experience with this dealership was very negative. Their sales manager Jim, showed us a vehicle to purchase, we asked to sleep on it, then in the morning, I communicated to Jim saying we wanted the car. Proceed to put in the financing information, and with no heads up, he sells the car. Completely unacceptable customer service. As a local resident, will not ever support this dealership again. If I could pick 0 stars I would.

We had a great experience buying our brand new Traverse thanks to Yousef and Moe, the sales team who were both highly professional. Not so much the finance officer who was circumlocutious and at times adversarial. Moe was able to help clarify our concerns. We're very satisfied with our purchase and definitely recommend Jerry's Chevrolet.

Avoid service department at this dealership. My truck was throwing a check engine light and I couldn t troubleshoot the issue myself. Got a call less than an hour after dropping off my vehicle that they d discovered a missing speed sensor connector. Picked up my truck less than 3 hour later and the labor bill came to $540 for 2.5 hours of labor. Asked if $216 an hour for labor is the norm and was told that the price for my repair was discrete and there is no labor rate. Was told by a manager that the labor rate is $179 and he was surprised when I told him that I was charged over $100 more than that rate. Looked up the part and it was a connector with pigtail and crimps provided - realistically took 30 mins to replace. Shady business practices.Update: I have left my name and phone number twice now for the service manager to discuss and never received a call back.

Oh my God!!!! that was easiest quickest, purchasing the car from the dealership never been that much short time to buy in the car in my life that was total I spent hour and a half in the dealership then I pick up my car and leave that was so amazing I recommended to everybody Please see Israel. They are the amazing people A-to-Z. Everything was great thanks to them.

My husband and I had the best experience with Melanie getting our new Tahoe! She was unbelievably responsive, flexible, and listened to what my husband was looking for down to every detail. She was so great to work with and if we are ever needing another vehicle, we will for sure go back to Melanie! She made the entire car buying experience enjoyable when it s usually stressful! Israel was very nice and answered all of my questions. I was also greeted by the internet salesman who was also quick to respond. I never felt pressured to buy which was unique and a much more pleasant experience. The only suggestions I have are to update the women s bathroom, fix the faucet and add diaper station.

Did a 3 minute test drive on a used Corvette. All was fine, Evelyn was wonderful. The next morning, the sales manager Moe calls me and starts harassing me and threatening to post my photos online for apparently having driven "his" car too hard; in other words 31 mph in second gear. Also mocked my buying ability, telling me off to go buy a Honda Civic when asked about their sourcing services, and it seems like he's the one who replied to this review as well.

Anis did a great job, as did GM Cam. Fair price, and bought with confidence from South Dakota. They lined up fair prices shipping as well. I recommend Anis and Cam for your next purchase.

Service shop team was very responsive, personable, took care of our 2022 Chevy Tahoe service request quickly, and at the same time looked into and fixed the open recalls without anyone mentioning it. My wife was with me and they treated her as a valued customer, listening to her concerns, and explaining what they would do. We have been to many service departments at dealerships before, and I have to say we usually avoid them because of many bad experiences, but the professionalism we experienced at Jerry's service dept was a very rare thing. Simply excellent, got it all done with no complications. We were very happy with the repairs & the costs were exactly what they said (they even buffed out some paint scratches for no charge, amazing). We will definitely be coming back to Jerry's for all our Chevy vehicle repairs going forward. Thanks again for the excellent customer service!

Just recently purchased a Roush stage Mustang And Jennifer was my sales lady And she did an outstanding job Of getting everything takin care of So the day I came into purchase It was a in-and-out Very pleasant experience Cannot thank her enough, Moe was also very pleasant to deal with And took me for my test drive, I am very pleased with the service I received And the gentleman who did my final paperwork Made it very painless Cannot thank everyone enough, So thank you Jerrys Chevrolet, For selking me the Ford of a lifetime, It was kind of different buying a Ford at a Chevrolet dealership But they definitely made it a very pleasant experience thanks again, Carl W
