We had been having some significant issues with our Tahoe & Jerry's is a convenient location to our Campground! Justin & his team are top notch in taking care of our issues, genuinely treating our issues as if they were their own! With a recent trip planned for entire family of over 1,000 miles they did a thorough look over vehicle & advisory that it was in good order for our trip which turned out great! We appreciate the intentionality to go above & beyond for us at Jerry's with very reasonable costs & convenience. I would highly recommend this shop!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance

Everyone is very helpful. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and cheerful! The mechanics are knowledgeable, and I believe they go above and beyond whats expected.

Do not bring your vehicle there. I brought it in because my digital screen on my dashboard didn t work. Now none of my analog instruments gauges are working. They blamed it on the instrument panel all of a sudden. More things to text about the experience but they wasted enough of my time.

Tried them for the first time last year. No problems. Took the F150 in for a State Inspection a year and "140" miles later. All of a sudden Ball Joints are needed. She said must be pot holes. The truck is used to put our boat in the water. One mile round trip. They put cheap Auto Zone parts on and got charged Dealership prices. Same for the Oil Change. Sorry going back to Williamsburg Ford.

I have gone there for state inspections and repairs. They do good work. They are reasonable and friendly. I recommend them.

Kudos Jerry, and thank you so much. The oil hose came loose on the highway, and we had to pull off the road to find a way to get it fixed. Thanks to State Farm's roadside assistance, we were connected to a tow truck driver, and she found Jerry's to install the part (that we happened to have). Even tho Jerry's was supposed to be closed by the time we arrived, they remained open until we arrived, and our vehicle was repaired. Great customer service

We took our new car that we purchased from a private seller to have it inspected before finalizing the sale. The guys at Jerry's Auto Repair were very nice and informative. They showed us all the signs to look for if the car had previously been damaged before purchasing a used vehicle. And ensured us we were getting a good deal on the vehicle. I went to Jerry's Auto for an alignment on my husband's truck and had a terrible experience. I had to go back several times in an effort to get the job done correctly. They tried to tell me one tire on the front was newer, and that's why it kept pulling to one side. So I went back again and had the tires switched. Still out of line. Basically if your a woman on your own don't bother with this place. Yes im a woman and believe it or not I can tell when a vehicle is out of line. It wasn't until my Dad called that they started taking me serious and by then I was absolutely done with this place.

These guys are top notch! Highly recommend them.They diagnose quickly and accurately and are also reasonable and affordable on their pricing.I typically do my own vehicle work and have still taken multiple vehicles here for diagnosis and engine/radiator/drivetrain repair.They also do state inspections!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning

I was a walk in end of prior day. They quoted me full transmission fluid replacement & new filter for a little more than Chevy dealership & others to do transmission flush. Service was great as Mike ordered my parts & I was able to drop Tahoe off next morning for service. We're staying at local campground & headed of town for 2 week trip. Not only did they get me in next day but offered to drop me & pick up at campground for couple hour job, so I could be with family. Thanks again & when I'm in Lanexa, I'm using Jerry's for my automotive needs!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Great place to have your vehicle repaired. Got 4 tires with Mike's recommendation. Great choice now I can roll down the windows to hear the radio. Had a battery installed....perfect.Real happy about Jerry's.Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

Disability friendly!!! There is not even a step up to get into the office. I have muscular dystrophy and currently have a broken ankle so getting around can be hard. This shop was amazing no step up to get in from parking lot. Not even a mat to trip on. I was in and out within 20 minutes from giving the man my keys for my inspection and they allow appointments for inspections! Worth driving a couple minutes out of the city of Williamsburg for how great the service was. They even pulled my car up close to the door after and closed the door for me since I am walking with a walker right now. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back.

My family has been bringing their cars here for years. Jerry and his wife are very friendly, and they get the job done. Their prices are very reasonable and the mechanics here work quickly. I've had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but this place has been great. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic.

My car almost broke down on a drive from Richmond to Norfolk, and I just managed to pull off the highway to get to Jerry's. These guys knew I was in a time crunch and dropped everything ahead of me to get my car in good working condition as soon as possible. They unfortunately needed to order some parts, so it took a while, but I would NEVER hold that against them - these folks were kind, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and - considering how crazy busy they were - extremely quick. Since I wasn't able to get lunch and this was a very unexpected stop, they even gave me pizza and a water. Amazing customer service and mechanics that really know their stuff. If Lanexa wasn't so far away, this would be my go-to auto repair shop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Keep on being awesome, folks! :)

Awesome shop! Friendly, courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Even though we will mostly only be doing the state inspections here - they have won us for anything else that we cannot do ourselves.

We bring all our vehicles here. They're honest, quality parts used only, and fast. From the mechanics to the front desk, we love dealing with them all. Vehicles they have repaired for us include F350, F150, Suburban, Dodge Challenger, Ford Tracker, Ford Mustang, Jeep Liberty, Ford Transit Van, and even a trailer!

I have been a customer here for 6 years. I am afraid that I no longer can be. They changed owners at the beginning of this year. I took two of my vehicles in to get inspected and ended up with problems. One vehicle passed but that check engine light came on as soon as we picked up the car. The other failed and needed brakes and what they determined to be the airbag or clock spring. I had them replace the breaks and got a qoute for the clock spring ($300) I did not have the money yet but needed the car. On my way home my car started acting funny and making noises when o touched the break. I ended up stuck at the end of an exit ramp because my brakes locked up. Luckily I was not hit. I ended up getting a tow to back to Jerry's for them to look at it. A bolt had backed off one of my brakes and it came loose and ended up pinching the break line. The shop fixed the damages saying "it MAY have been related to our work. So we will take care of it" they were upfront about the issues they found and fixed it. They offered to take care of something else to earn back my trust. I thought this was really nice and good practices by them especially because what had happened could have been EXTREMELY dangerous with me on the interstate. We made an agreement for them to just take care of my airbag issue so I can be safe in the road again and pass inspection. They explained to me that of it was the clock spring they would change it but if it was the airbag they couldn't fix it because of the cost. Which I understood (even though I used AAA and they did not have to pay me back for the tow from Newport News to new Kent and luckily I wasn't hit) I get a call after a day of them having it already saying they need more time with it can they keep it another day. This was on a Wednesday. They ended up keeping my car till the following Tuesday afternoon (Monday was a holiday in their defense.) I get a call on Tuesday afternoon letting me know they turned off the light and went ahead a passed my car but if the light comes back on it is probably the clock spring.... Why didn't they fix it after having it for 6days (3were working buissness days) at this point I really needed my car back for school and work. They were always polite but didn't do the work properly or at all. I'm very saddened and disappointed. I always had good honest service in the past. Oh and my airbag light is back on...

Never had any issues or pricing issues, bought 4 tires in Feb 2021 and he didn t charge me crazy but I also didn t get the pricy ones.

Had to get my car re inspected. Going back next week to finish last repair. They are very courteous , friendly and honest. Would refer anyone to Jerry's auto repair. Worth the trip.

They had awesome customer service! I broke down out of town and on a tight schedule to pick up my son. Other shops had said they would not be able to fix the blow spark plug. They fix my truck and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!
