Last week, I called Walmart Auto Care. A very nice gentleman answered the phone. I was inquiring about having an oil change done and getting my tires rotated. He told me the best time to do it was Tuesday when it wasn't so busy.I went in that Tuesday. Had my oil changed, but they didn't rotate the tires because the front tires were too worn down. However, they informed me of a good deal on tires that's coming up. so I will be back to get my tires and have them rotated. So far, great service!

Horrible service. Beat hammer weights on my polished aluminum wheels and scratched all of them. Told me I was wrong and had no idea what I was talking about when I made them take them off and use the right weights. My tire pressures are all different and way off from where they should be. Did not relearn my tpms. One person in line ahead of me and still took over 2 hours Wouldn't recommend anyone go here!

Ryan had AMAZING! customer service. He was polite, respectful, and really helped me understand what had happened to my tire. The work was done pretty quickly, especially with how many people were there. He took time to explain different options to me and what the benefits and cons were to said options. Not going to lie, I had a terrible experience about 15 years ago here and I haven't been back since. With that said, I received INCREDIBLE service both times I was here in the past month. Once for a new set of tires put on my car, and again for a tire repair. They were professional and courteous both times, with great prices. I will definitely visit again.

Just brought my boyfriend s car in for an oil change and we are very satisfied with the service. Staff was super nice and they got us in and out very fast. Brought my own car here earlier this year to have 3 tires changed and rotated and they were very fast and nice then as well. My daughter and I went there today @2:30 trying to get a tire plugged she had ran over a nail. At first one guy said he'd do it than another guy said no I'm going to lunch . Then was told the tire couldn't be plugged nor did they have the size she needed. I knew the tire could be plugged and went to Walmart on Lee Jackson hyw. And got her tire plugged .. The laziest and mosmmomost dishonest people I met working in on place thavthe tire size she needed .

Went for a tire repair (slow leak) and 4.5 hours later left with a new tire with no evidence of why they couldn't make the repair instead. Also, they were unable the match the brand of tire, so now I have 3 Kumho tires and one non-descript brand. Lastly, they failed to ask if I wanted road hazard coverage for the new tire, and had a HUGE problem adding it afterwards. That said, the new tire seems good.

The servii went in for a front two tires change. This would have cost me $250. However the service manager suggested that I have 5000 miles on the tires left and suggested me to just rotate the tires so that I can have more life time or potentially 10000 miles on those tiresService: TiresService: Tires

The staff in the auto care were to my surprise friendly, polite, helpful. Having said that we wanted a oil change at were told that there supply of oil was out and the would have to use bottles off the shelf and the oil change went from there posted price of $36 to "approx" $70 something.I felt like I was being hustled at walmart and passed on the oil change.

It s impressive because they re always short staffed but regardless of that, they get the job done as a team!! Effortless, quick, efficient, and kind! And they re never stressed or rude! Had a busted brake light and asked for some assistance in buying the correct size Allen wrench to replace it. Turns out I would ve had to buy a whole kit for $20+, so they offered to service it themselves for $5. Took longer than expected, but I was able to shop for the other things I needed while I waited. I d come back if I needed something small done like that but if your car needs more strenuous servicing I d recommend a different auto shop, there s a million of them around here.

Won't give me refund or discount 1 week after new tires and have tries problems again .... so nope not come back again... disappointed

Very suprised by the low reviews. I think this may be the case of people not understanding the issues of a big box auto care shop and of a car shop in general. I come to Harrisonburg every holiday and have had a nail in my tire the last few years. This walmart has had adequate turn around and the tires we needed; even a rare Z rated tire. Thank you for your hard work around the holidays.

The staff was friendly, however the service was very slow and it seemed as if they had never worked in this department before. The price was nice, but for the slow service it isn t worth it. I had to wait 30 mins just to pay after coming to pick up my car after an oil change.

Would be less than one if I could. Called about tires and tried to give me the run around on price match with Walmart.com. Then can't make appointment for them said to come and they would get it done. Well drove 37 mile to be told it would be 3 hours before they could do it if the could get them done before they close. They are a joke and only had 1 person and a trainee helper.

Have been to several Walmart service centers.This one is the worst by far.No professionalism,rude employees,and my new tires are not balanced properly....so I am gonna have to return after waiting 3 hrs.Saturday to get tires mounted and BALANCED .These tires have a shimmy to them that even my old worn out tires didn t have.The tires are so out of balance they shake my extended tow mirrors making it hard to see when changing lanes.I will probably just go to a actual tire place and have tires rebalanced on my own money.Will never go to Bugess Road Walmart for tires again.

Opened late. Managers are disorganized. Shop worker seem to have no direction. 2nd in line for oil change. Completed at 10:43. Not an Express as advertised.

Waiting for 3 hrs for one tire just to be told it's thier policy that for an AWD vehicle you have to change 3 or all 4 tires. You can't just change one

Went to the other Walmart location they were closed way before their actual close time called this Walmart up they had the tire that I need so I went there on this day no issues with employees got me in got me out within 20 minutes another customer or two was in front of me
