Last week my daughter had a tree limb go through her back glass in a wind storm. She is a student in Harrisonburg, so we did not know what company to call. After looking at some reviews I contacted Adam at VA Auto Glass. He was very helpful. Worked me up a quote and said he could have the new glass the next day.With some rain in the forecast he offered to go pick up her car and keep it in their shop overnight to avoid any water damage. My daughter then contacted them and set up a time they could pick her car up that was convenient for both of them.They had it ready the next day around noon.Very pleased with the service and price. They even cleaned up the broken glass!

I had a windshield in my VW Rabbit replaced in 2022 and was very pleased overall with the service and quality of work. However, the windshield began leaking water on one side recently so I called and asked if they could take a look. The person I spoke with seemed put out that I called but after brief discussion stated they could test it Thursday after 4 and to just come by as no appointment was needed. I went by as planned and the door was locked. After calling both numbers I reached an employee who said they left for a while and someone would probably be back soon, about 10-20 minutes. I agreed to sit and wait. Multiple employees did return after almost 30 minutes but no one spoke or acknowledged I was there and the door remained locked. After several more minutes I left. As of now, even after leaving a voicemail with my number, I have not heard back. I got the distinct impression they were purposely avoiding checking my windshield for issues that might be their workmanship. I m not sure what happened but I was really disappointed because the original experience was very good. I guess if you have work done that develops an issue it would be best not to expect to receive the same good treatment as when the work is originally done. I referred multiple people to them and they do have great prices, but I truly hope for all the positive reviewers that the work holds up better than mine and that if they do have an issue that they get treated better.

Very experienced, fast, friendly, above and beyond type of service, AND prices that can t be beat. Great guys! Highly recommend. My windows came off track and Adam took my door apart, fixed it, and put it back in 15 minutes or less. He helped me get back on the road so quickly and stress free. Thank you!

I called around for quotes, and they were by far the best price. We were scheduled with another company, and VA Auto Glass saved us over $100! They were scheduled to come out around 3 or 4. They were able to come early, and were done by 2pm! Wonderful quick service. We hope we never need this service again, but if we do, we will be back! Thank you so much!

Guys seemed nice and all, I had to leave my house while they finished. Came back and under further inspection they never put the windshield cowlings back on. The reason for that is because they broke and bent the metal tabs that hold it on. Also left broken glass everywhere. So all in all they broke the cowling tabs and instead of telling me they just never put it back on. Very poor job and very unprofessional.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I drove in from WV for a windshield. Had made an appt. They were ready for me. Told me one hour. Lots of good restaurants walkable. I came back an hour later as they were pulling it out of the garage.No frills. Excellent service. Half the price as some others.

Mixed review. Best pricing for windshield replacement I received and they were able to do it on a Saturday which was great. Only took an hour or so...once they got the glass. We discussed which glass we needed on the phone and set the appointment for Saturday morning. When we got there, they didn t have the glass. We were going to take the car somewhere else but they called me and said they would go get the glass right away and we could come back in an hour, so we gave them another shot. When we picked the car up, the windshield looked good, no scratches on the dash like some other customers experienced, but the rubber sealing around the windshield was all chopped up and not properly put back; big gap on one side. When we talked to them about it they acted like it was fine and were unwilling to fix it. We re having to take it to another shop for the sealant repair.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I am writing this review 6 months after i got my windshield repaired. I wanted to give it time to make sure the repair held up and it is still perfect just like the day they fixed it. I had 2 cracks on my windshield and another company wanted over $200 to fix them and would have to wait a week to start. I called VA Auto Glass and they were able to repair my windshield within the hour including repair and driving to them. Excellent service and pricing was great. I will definitely be recommending this company for any future glass repairs.

Customer service here was through the roof! I needed my back windshield replaced and he took my car right away, two hours before closing.. They realized they didn t have the right replacement so they ordered it and got it the same day and stayed open late just to make sure I got my car the same night. They even went out of their way to do some extra work for me. Pricing was also very reasonable too! I am so happy I came here to get my car fixed! Will definitely recommend to everyone, including friends and family!

Better prices, small business, great work initially. I fully expect their work to last. I was a few minutes late because of traffic and the owner was understanding and very easy to work with. I would recommend.

Quick service, but they didn t properly secure my windshield (and broke it in the process), lost a piece of the windshield assembly, and damaged the paint on my car and played dumb about all of it without offering to make it right. Super pleased with my experience with VA Auto Glass. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly, and they have free mobile service so they come to you. The man who came out was done replacing my windshield in about half an hour, and he was very polite. It looks great, and it cost significantly less than what Safelite had quoted me. Definitely recommend.

Best place to have your windshield replaced! I called on a Friday and he had the windshield in on Saturday morning and did the replacement as soon as I pulled in the shop.My windshield was replaced in just an hour and they cleaned up any debris or fingerprints left behind. I'll definitely use this facility in the future!

Excellent service. Called them driving down the road to have them fix chip in windshield. Ended up needing a new windshield fixed it on the spot in less than 1 hour 2014 volvo vnl 670.

My son's dashboard was seriously damaged when VA Auto Glass replaced the windshield. A huge, long gauge was cut across it. They wouldn't admit that they were responsible for the damage. They refunded the cost of the windshield but repairing the dashboard will cost more than the refund. Also it is difficult to find parts because it's an older car. Great place with fast and friendly customer service, and reasonable prices. My wife and I were planning to get our windshield replaced at Safelite, but VA Auto Glass was able to do it at half the price! Highly recommended!

2nd time using this business and I thought I reviewed it before but apparently not. My auto insurance uses Safelite and they wanted an obscene amount of money for my windshield and it was not even a Ford OEM windshield but a lower rated one. Safelite said the Ford windshields were on back order with no clue on when they would be in. Called Va Auto Glass and they said they could get a Ford OEM in by the next day and in fact they did. Quick install and for much less than Safelite quoted me. Will no hesitate to use again if need be.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Years ago they did a good job but NOW THEY DO A BAD JOB! LAZY Won't look at any issues after paid they are done with you! WONT ADMIT ANYTHING THEY DID WRONG.
