This guy did oil change and used the gun for the balt and it cost me $200 extra to get it fixed. He was working on 3 trucks and charged me for 5 hours while he is drinking tea. Please stay away please

Had air leak under truck..I called and was told to stop by and immediately was greeted upon arrival and they found air leak and fixed right away..very nice and professional on repair..reasonable price..definitely recommend.

All I can t say is WOW , called around 1pm coolent leak issue, yup it was the radiator. Checked myself. Arrived very welcoming, they diagnosed the issue definitely radiator. Checked found several prices and time availability. Someone has today. Yes !!!!! Great price. What s Crazy is he was already replacing a radiator on a 2018 Cascadia, that radiator just had arrived finished that, my Radiator was in stock .. got it and I was out the door by 7 pm yup my old 2005 Columbia was back on the road. Running 100% Great job. I ll Definitely recommend this shop A+. Not only because of the time but the effort and kindness I received. Thanks

Amazing is all I can say. Our Class C motorhome had brake trouble on our way from Minnesota to Virgina. The amazing team took us in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon and we're dedicated to fixing our brakes and getting us back on the road, making sure their work was not complete until our vehicle was safe for us to drive. We are grateful for their welcoming spirit and dedication to getting the work done swiftly.

My truck broke down on the road because of the differential problem. I called the tow company to take it to their shop. They were really quick and professional, and the price is very reasonable. They did a very awesome job. I will absolutely come back if my truck has any problem that needs repairing in the future.

Very knowledgeable, and very professional. I was having trouble finding someone to fix my problems around town, and I call this place and they had me in first thing as soon as I called. Very good work, very fast. Really friendly staff. 100% would recommend to anyone needing any type of work. Will definitely come again if I m in the area.

When I dropped my truck off they seemed like great people. When I picked it up from getting a pm I drove 10 miles to my house 4 days later before I leave home I do my pretrip. And my oil dipstick was missing no big deal mistakes happen but when I messaged him he said what are you talking about i never took the dipstick out and I said you done a pm on my truck and didn t check the oil after you filled it He than ignored me and never would respond back. If he would of just said I m sorry I must of forgot but he didn t He just ignored me That is very unprofessional now I have to wait till Tuesday 1/18/22 to get a new oil dip stick from cat and I have no clue how much oil is in my truck I paid $600 for a pm service now I hav to pay another $100 for a new oil check stick I have all this in in text stay away if they mess up they are not about to take responsibility and resolve it Very very unprofessionalService: Oil change

The carrier bearing on my F150 went out on my into town. Once I tracked down a replacement bearing they had me back on the road in an hour. Compared to a 4 day wait at other shops.They were great to work with I would use them again without hesitation.

Can t say enough good things about the guys here. Had transmission issues with my cascadia and they went over and beyond to get me back on the road faster than I could ve expected. Roadside service call was on point as well. Highly recommended!

After repair they will show you attitude .They charge extra money. Part price cheep but if they will get it from for you they will charge you his price with extra money

5 stars because there's not 10. We just met and he's my friend for life. I called ahead on Saturday and when I got there at closing time, the owner insisted that I leave my semi truck while I used his personal truck to go to ATM. The tire I needed for my flatbed was mounted when I got back.Yesterday, I had my Kenworth towed to him for what I expected to be clutch/transmission problems. Only a clutch brake and I was back on the road in a hour. He will NOT do unnecessary work I'm otw now for 2 more tires knowing my money goes to a family with the maximum amount of gratitude and the best examples of being humble that I've ever seen.

Very high on price charged us 150 to look at why the check engine light was on and the scanner said there were no codes. Therefore didn t help us a bit andThe type of scanner they used cost less than the diagnostic fee. Very hard to communicate with them.

A small family business owed by the most amazing people. The customer service provided by all of the staff members is absolutely the best. Everything is done in a timely manner so that you can be in and out promptly. Highly recommended to anyone who needs any Truck Service done in the Harrisonburg area.

I was traveling through Harrisonburg on Saturday night when I lost all break pressure. I was forced to get a hotel room due to no one being open, and my family grabbed an Uber. The Uber driver suggested this place so I took down the owners cell. I called the owner on Sunday morning to explain my situation. He came to meet me, took my vehicle to the shop, and replaced my break line. This guy is reasonably priced, and has a huge heart. He is a true mechanic and although he specializes in trucks he can fix anything. Thank you again!

Broke down on the side of the road last night manage to get here the mechanic and owner had gone home they came back to the shop work till 9 to help me first thing this morning finish the job one of the best places I've ever being too would highly recommend them for anyone

I would highly recommend this place my clutch on my kw went out and the mechanic hustled to get my truck running the same day he showed me the old clutch and how bad it was i was treated very respectful and the mechanic is a pro.
