Had some body work done here on my Alfa Romeo. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Everyone was so nice and the work they did was excellent. It's really hard to find someone reliable to do work on Italian cars in this area, but these guys did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them.

Im leaving a review because my satisfaction with this whole experience is through the roof. I truly couldn t be happier. It took a couple months for the parts to be available but once they were there, the whole process only took four days. I was initially worried the paint wouldn t match because I have a unique blue color, but upon arrival, it looked the same as when I bought it at the dealership. Not only that, but it looks as if nothing ever happened to it. (Was there to begin with because of a deer). Everything functions as should and I feel proud to drive my car again. They take great care of your vehicle and do fantastic work. The staff is also knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely easy to talk to. Thanks again!

I hit a deer a while back in my new Telluride. But thanks to Harrisonburg Auto Paint and Collision Center she s back and better than ever! I can t say enough about the great service I received. A part was back ordered and my insurance wouldn t cover the extra 3 days of a rental so the auto body shop went above and beyond and covered that cost for me!Also, the vehicle looks soooo good! 10/10 rating from me! Julie was so friendly and helpful during the entire process.

i faced a worst service from a collision even they did not fix most of the things after a year i still get trouble on my car.

The worst place I ever been , it almost took one month to fix my car after I had collision with a deer and on top of that when they give me my car back , one of my turn signal lights was not working and it took almost another month to fix it and when i took it back i have to wait like six hours for them to fix my signal lights and that lady in the front very rude to treat some people I will never comeback to that place anymore i will not recommended. .

My car smells like urine after i got it what the hell is this who does that i Dont know what they did but it smells like piss and the front desk woman was rude. Horrible

Car repairs are finished and the quality of the work is awesome! Paint match is perfect and it was finished more than a week early.Friendly, professional. They haven't completed the repairs to my car so I'll update when they do. Also, it is taking a month to repair the car which I consider way too long.

They fixed both of my vehicles after a driveway accident. Oops. They fixed our 4runner quickly and it looks perfect. Our Honda sedan was worse but they chose to rebuild even though they quoted me to replace the entire door. They put in a horrible handle but replaced without hesitation after complaint. Tom was great and heard my issues and fixed it quickly. We had delays in parts but that's to be expected. I only gave 4 because the communication is absolutely horrible. I would call and ask about progress and be told they would check the parts list and call me back and would never call back. (4 SEPERATE TIMES.) I also told them several times to always call my cell as my husband works and they would always call him (when they did call back.) The lack of communication was frustrating to say the least but they were able to get the vehicles in without a 2 month wait so what do you do? .

They had it fixed up in less than a week. I only asked them to fix the inside though but I plan to use then to fix the outside once I have the money. They hammered out a dent in my car without being prompted. It was a delightful surprise. The staff is friend and attentive and I deeply appreciated being taken such good care of.

This shop did an excellent job on my car. Customer service is also very friendly. My accord looks like it was never in an accident. It was very evident that the tech treated my car like it was his own vehicle. I highly recommend them over some other shops in the area that try to get you in and out quickly without quality in mind. Thanks again.

I wish I could give this place no stars. The staff was rude and messed up my repairs not once but TWICE. The second time they replaced parts they shouldn't had even touched. When I asked why, I was told to leave and not return. Once I left and started driving I noticed I hardly had power once I stepped on the gas. The steering wheel is tight when I turn to the right and as soon as I let go of the steering wheel, I automatically go to the right. I am now having issues with the right headlight (not hooked up) that I have to pay someone else to fix because they are worthless at "fixing" anything. If your insurance wants you to take your car there for repairs, please save the trouble. They are there for a paycheck and do not care. I wish I would've found someone else to fix the damages in the first place. I have two small children and am terrified to put them in the car now.

Worst shop I've been to to date. I wouldn't recommend to them to change a tire. car sat over a week. My car was reported missing from the place, but it was sitting in the same spot I left it. Staff was rude and insulted me. They also lost a customer's accessory for their car when I was there.

These people are very nice. They make time for everyone that comes in. Honestly, I don't know how they keep their cool with all the traffic through their center.
