Following a tire blow-out on Thanksgiving morning, we knew very few shops would be open. When we called, the phone was answered promptly and Adam arrived at the shop in a timely matter to repair the tire for us and get us back on the road quickly. Adam was exceptionally friendly, the services provided were quick and cost effective. Anyone who is welcomed the opportunity to have their vehicle serviced here are exceptionally lucky. Thank you!

They came when we needed them. We were broke down with a flat tire having to be at a job asap, and Adam's Tire was there for us. If you ever need a tire give Adams a call!Thank you for your help, it was definitely appreciated!

I had a flat tire due to one of the valve stems being cracked. The tire kept deflating no matter how much air I put in. I got it towed to the nearest mechanic in Harrisonburg and I waited 2 hours for the valve stem to be replaced. I was on my way home when the tire pressure sensor came on. I tried calling the mechanic that originally "fixed" it but they kept putting me on hold when I called.I decided to call Adam's Tire and Towing and they asked me to send them a picture of the issue. They gave me the quote which was reasonable and they came to my house and they were able to get my tire fixed in about 20-25 minutes. Their service was fast and reliable. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you have tire issues.

I had a trailer tire go flat, at night, on rt 81, about 40 minutes away from his shop. Not being from the area, I called around to different shops and they declined to take on the repair, but recommended Adam's Tire.He and an assistant showed up quickly and did a great job sourcing me the correct replacement tire and installing it.I'm very thankful to him.Would recommend!

Had a slow leak in my RV tire, they came out 20 miles to the RV park, they were able to remove tire, find a nail in the tread, fix it with a patch and remount the tire. Service was great and the price was very reasonable. Adam the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Great shop, great service, and quality value. I stopped by on my way to Atlanta from NOVA and Uriel took care of me with diagnosing an old tire and wheel, the team got me back on the road quick after finding a large crack on my wheel and taking care of me with a temporary tire. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are AMAZING! We were stranded in New Market, Va with a load of horses on a big living quarters trailer. Blew two inside tires on the dually truck. Adam's Tire & Towing Service made us a priority, arriving within 45 minutes of our phone call. They were able to change the tires quickly and professionally. They eased our stressful event with compassion and knowledge. Reasonably priced & smooth transaction. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you for saving the day! We appreciate you.

Turned a difficult day into a easy stress free day. Kept in touch during towing and had a good price for tires. Was actually 24 hours unlike many listing that say they are but really aren't. Strongly recommend

We had difficulties with a tire on the freeway which came off. Tow truck driver Brandon with AAA took us to this small place. They were very friendly had us in and out in 45 minutes and the price was very fair

In June, on a Sunday, we blew tires on a dually and these guys were the only service willing to help us! It seems for most, 24/7 doesn t mean anything! They were so pleasant and helpful and quick it was amazing! They are amazing!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Good guys, fair prices got me in Friday afternoon Labor Day weekend when other shops wanted to go home early. Only needed two tires but the service was so good I got 4 total. Definitely added them to my contacts

Adam went above and beyond to help with towing and servicing my car. After being declined by multiple other companies, Adam was there to help in a moments notice. I was able to be on my way in no time after he quickly diagnosed and fixed the starter in my car. Would definitely recommend going to him for any towing and repair if you want excellent service at a great price.

We busted a tire while on vacation and this was the only tire shop in the area that was open and had the tire needed to replace it. They got us fixed and moving very quickly!

Was quoted $400 for a tow and tire change around 8pm. After it was all done, we were charged $526. Have no clue what the extra amount was for. We live 4 hours away and would have been stranded otherwise- and by this point it was 11PM so I just paid it and went on because I just wanted to go home. Love that they are open 24 hours, but it would be nice if they kept their word or at least something close to what was quoted.Service: Tire change

Actually was recommended by a coworker of mine after she had taken her car there to get a set of tires .I just needed one used tire and they had the size, I was ushered into one of the most cleanest, open and airy waiting areas I ve every been in! The customer service was impeccable, the price was more than reasonable, and the time it took was even better than I anticipated (15 mins or so) One of the other employees, Tux, introduced himself to me while I was waiting, and he was a joy(the family dog) All in all I had a most pleasant experience there at Adams and will most definitely use them again!! Changed jobs and hired there rollback on Jan 20, 2023 to tow my Snapon toolbox across town. Told me on the phone they could move them no problem. Rollback showed up, driver seemed clueless at what he was doin, asked the driver multiple times if he if was comfortable towing the toolboxes considering the boxes are expensive and have alot of money in tools in them, driver told me he's was okay to do it. Driver ended up hooking his winch cable on the handle of my Snapon toolbox(supposed to hook up at wheels) and winched it up almost ripping the handle off the side of the box, denting the the side where cable was pulling handle down, bent the handle. Driver acted like it wasn't a big deal. Paid for the tow and went to speak with the owner adam. He refunded me my money, Snapon representative said box was damaged and can't be fixed, adam gave me the insurance information and told me everythin would be took care of and filed a insurance claim for the damage on Jan 23, 2023. On February 8, 2023 adam contacted me requesting I sign a tow invoice backdated for Jan 20th the date of tow and damage to my toolbox. On the invoice under the signature line in bold letters relieves there company of damage to property. I didn't sign it and heard nothing else from adam. Spoke with the insurance adjuster multiple times in last few months on an update on the claim and she informed me she hadn't been able to make contact with adam, and on April 21,2023 I received paperwork from insurance stating that adam does not have the insurance coverage to cover the damage to my toolbox. The toolbox that was damaged was purchased brand new in September of 2022 for $17000. Will be pursuing further action. Highly reccomend NOT using this towing companyService: Local hauling

Adam helped turn a nightmare situation into something that was better than I could have hoped. He had a tire for my car on hand and was able to change it when my original tire got flat on Interstate 81. I was driving back to MD from VA on a Sunday and his place was the closest one open at 7:30pm, which is usually unheard of. I am so glad that we stumbled across his shop on the internet because he saved the day! He is also a really cool guy.Service: Tires

We've been looking for a new mechanic, because our trusted mechanic retired.When my son had an accident, we were recommended to Adam's and what a fortuitous day it was.The tow, quite a distance from where the vehicle was moved after the accident, was only $75. The repairs were honest and the pricing for parts and labor were so fair, it was astonishing in this day and age. A.nd Fast, we had our vehicle back in less than 24 hours!Payment was painless, they take cards, venmo and cashapp.We will be loyal customers for life.Need a mechanic you can trust? Purchased two used tires for an older model car that s used on a mail route. We did have a little waiting time because it was a busy Saturday around lunchtime. They were very friendly and did great work. Definitely recommend checking them out if you re ever in the market for used tires as they seem to have about every size sitting around the lot! There is a bit of a language barrier as everyone there on that day spoke English as a second language but honestly it should not be an issue for any decent human being!!

I only go to Adam to get work done on my car. I went to him during the peak of covid to get my alternator fixed. Plenty of other places tried to change me miscellaneous fees, and he was the only one that cut straight to the chase and gave me a fair price. I ve been back plenty of times since then and never any issues with my car. I recommend everyone go to him. 10/10 recommend

Adams Tire Service is the BEST place in Harrisonburg, Va for anything you need for your vehicle, especially tire service! All the techs are AWESOME and very FRIENDLY! Sylvia, front desk, is so freaking AMAZING!

He tried to over charge the white couple in front of me paid 50.00 he tired to charge me 120.00 for a used tire. It was easter Sunday so i was desperate and i gad 1 drive all the way to Baltimore just to wake up this am again to flat bad tire

Very unprofessional rude nasty management. There's full story why ...I set up an appointment came from Lexington with my own used tires, they refuse to do anything because my tires they said it's bad .I asked them at least maybe one cuz my one tire was very bad. The owner says, it's all of them no good So I went to return the tires and the way back my bad tire blow up , literally less than the mile before the shop. I put my spare tire it was not enough air .I called them that same shop and tell them I'm on the way to buy it from you five tires and I have a problem I have not enough air , they told me it's $65 to fix that, on that road service .I called friend of mine he came fix it and come back to the shop before closing time and.. I go like... I made it... the owner said no you saved $65 but now after this last car what we doing right now we going home , You can come back tomorrow with the smile........ so I called all the shops around and one shop across the street was able to help me and this guy refuse to help me and he knows I came from Lexington . Also when I asked before did they have four tires same size they said we have only two and when I come to the point to buy it and change it somewhere else they don't have that size. And on top of that he trying to throw some words in his own language and everybody else was laughing in the middle the conversation between me and him ,and most of them pretty much 99% doesn't speak any English any questions I asked or just don't want to. I'm traveling a lot, and I came from Europe 25 years ago in this country, been everywhere pretty much and never seen and heard about that kind of experience of that kind ( wet backs or scratch backs.) I'm sorry.People came to this earth to help each other, what the others do here ....I don't know.
