A nice honest quality driven shop owner. Sure sound has been In Business for many years. And has Always done a Quality job.Did a window tint job for me on a 2016 Toyota Corolla and everything is perfect, Will definitely return. His shop has installed several stereo systems in the past for me and has always do e a nice job.

Sterling has tinted every car i have ever owned for over 20yrs. I've never had any problems with any of his work. Definitely recommend...

Awesome work! The owner knows what he is doing & he does it extremely well. Been in buisness a long time & came highly recommend. Windows were tinted & he instructed me on what to do for car for the first 5 day & they came out awesome.

Very Very unprofessional. Took my girlfriend car there tint wasn't done right. I mean it had bubbles all around and the tint started peeling as soon after a week of not letting the windows down. Took it back to him after several phone calls that he didn't answer so we had to show up. Then he told us we had to wait a whole another week before he can even fix it cause he had other appointments set up. His nonchalant attitude is very disrespectful. So when we took it to him he only fixed 2 windows and never corrected the other discrepancies we point out. So we told him about it and he was like rushing us out without even fixing it and he wanted us to come back a week later on top of that. So we was telling him that is not how you run a business. He got upset and tried to give us a ultimatum to where we couldn't come to an agreement that he finally refunded our money. Oh and not to mention that the whole car had 15% tint and we noticed he replaced the passenger front window with 20% tint. Very unprofessional. I would give it 0 stars but it don't have it. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there. I hope my experience with him lead you to seeking a professional place with good customer service rather than Sure Sounds

What can I say about this company other than AMAZING customer service!! In the past three years I've taken multiple vehicles to them and my experience has been remarkable to say the least! If there's anyone in the Hampton Roads area you can trust with your needs, it's Sure Sound! They do phenomenal work at a fair price in a reasonable time! From Audio and Video installations to Window Tinting, it just doesn't matter! They are like All State! YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS! I highly encourage everyone to give them your business before anyone else! They not only garuntee their work, they warranty it! Pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

He is Very polite and reasonable. I was able to get a appointment slot very quickly. The downside was I was not prepared to leave my car due to no waiting area. I was not preveed to this info before arriving. Also, this threw me off because I always wait for my vehicles when I have sounds, rims and/or tint put on them. None the less I will update more once the job is completed.UPDATE: I originally gave Sure Sound four stars but I had to change it to five stars. Mr. Sterling went over and beyond. He worked in extreme conditions for me and I really appreciated that. The tint on my vehicle looks great. I would use his services again.

Great shop! They were able to install my new car stereo in about an hour, and did a really great job with it. The guy who did the install was very friendly. The shop is located out of a garage type unit, so it is small, but I'm sure it helps them keep the costs down so that they don't have to charge you so much!I'll be going back there again for them to install a gps device in my car and I'm sure they won't disappoint!

Sure Sound was excellent !! Sterling patiently listen to what I wanted to install in my 99 Yukon Denali. He did his homework a gave me options and suggestions. Price was fair workmanship was second to none. I see he takes lot pride in his workmanship! Window Tint Flawless, sound system clear as a bell.

I had a rear deck JBL sub speaker that went bad. The sub is in a unit that is extremely hard to get to. I took the vehicle to Sterling and he explained that it was not possibleto replace the speaker without buying the replacement unit. I returned the speaker I had bought and found a repair kit online to replace the foam ring. When I returned, he was able to work the repair into his busy Saturday schedule, which was important because the vehicle is used by my daughter who was only visiting for the weekend and had to return the following day. Sterling finished the repair and reinstall and kept the shop open an extra half hour for us. The labor charge was very reasonable and the sound system works great again. We were impressed with the professionalism and kind service. I will recommend this business to everyone.

Excellent service! I needed a tint job "right now" and they were able to pull it off. I will definitely go back for more things to be done and tell my friends. Great prices!

Go see him if you want good service. I had called him a few days ago because I had some speakers put in in a another state and the guy that did the work didn t do something right when he put the door panel back on the back door driver side because you could only open it from the outside. I just moved up here and didn t know my door was like that not until my niece tried to open the door and it wouldn t open. I called this shop because it was near by and he told me he was backed up with work and to stop by there early and he could fix it and he did just that. The owner is real cool and he wasn t even going to charge me because it was a simple fix but I gave him something anyway. Do yourself a favor and go see him. You will not regret it.

Fair pricing and top-notch customer service. Beat the competition s pricing by a considerable amount and went above and beyond after hours to ensure that the stereo installation was done properly. Highly recommend this business.

I went on Sat. The door was locked but rollup door was open. I called out to see if anyone was inside. A guy was tinting a car less than 10 feet away and would not even acknowledge that I was there. I had cash money ready to spend. So Best buy got my business. If this is how they treat customers I don't know how they are still open.

I asked and the one guy there said they don't do audio anymore, only window tiniting. When I tried to open a conversation about that he was very "short" and unprofessional with me. I definately won't be doing business there.
