I was very impressed with the very professional service I received today.I went in this morning about having a low pressure issue in one of my tires. Linda said they could check it out later in the day.They scheduled a 2 PM appointment to repair my tire. Before that, Linda had Chris, one of the technicians, make sure I had enough air in the tire to get home and back. When I went back the tire was repaired in a very timely manner and the price was most fair and reasonable.Thank you so very much for solving my issue so quickly.And, an extra bonus was petting Peanut, Linda and Brian s 11 year old dog. So sweet and precious.

We ve been going to the Gum Spring Automotive shop for over 2 1/2 years. All the work has been completed on time at a reasonable price and we re completely satisfied with their work. Also, the prices are reasonable. Once I had an emergency at closing time they stayed and helped me. It was not an issue. I will return to their shop for future work.

Excellent work and done quickly! I can t say enough about the work you guys do here. When I dropped my truck off . the shop was very busy and I excepted it to be there for several days. I received a call after hours the same day saying that my truck was ready and they were willing to stay in order for me to pick it up. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.The Massey family

I was recommended by a friend to go here for work on my truck. I dropped it off on a Sunday after hours and they were done with it by Monday afternoon. It was very fast service by knowledgeable staff. I couldn t be happier with the outcome and the work that was completed. Definitely will return for future work.

My Honda continued to drain the battery, after three new batteries and another repair needed, I took my car to Gum Springs Auto. A month later, I was told the car handle would be the reason for the battery drain. I paid for those repairs and for their inability to figure out what the issue was prior. I return home and two days later, battery is dead. I call, i'm told to bring back. No thank you, I'm not paying for someone to do work they have no idea what they are doing and then being charge $400 for their being inept OR at least being honest and allowing me to take my car elsewhere that know. The leads were not even replaced which if you google the year/make/model, there is ample enough information to have a starting point.If you need an oil change, maybe breaks go ahead and go there, but if you have other issues, I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. This is not the first time they had no idea.They shouldn't charge if they are cluelessUPDATE: Now the door handles do not work and cannot get in car.My daughter went to take her car there over a month ago, at least they told her they couldn't' help her issue! It would have been great if they just walked away and said to go to another shop that knows what they are doing.

I took my 2007 Mercury Montego to Gum springs auto for an overheating issue. They kept it a week and charged me almost 900$! When I paid and went to start my car and nothing. They tried to tell me the starter went bad! How is that possible when I took the car there the starter was fine.

Always friendly, professional, and fast. I've never had anything suspiciously go wrong with my car after they work on it, which I can't say about every shop. Everything runs well every time. I don't trust many mechanics, but I trust this shop.

Fantastic group of mechanics! My husband and I moved here around the same time that Gum Spring Automotive had their grand opening which was great because we needed a mechanic nearby. The guys here are always friendly and service is quick and reliable. We happened to stop in for a service on their 3 year anniversary and it reminded me I wanted to write this review so others will check them out. Love having this mechanic so close to home.

This Gum Spring Automotive gang consistantly delivers the best service I've ever received! They're always pleasant, they know their stuff, turn-around time is fast, pricing is competitive, and they're honest as the day is long. Their service is, in a word, excellent!

Fantastic service! Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time. Cost of repairs are very reasonable too. It's great to have an automotive repair shop close by that you can trust!

These guys are great. I have been taking my vehicles there for a couple years. Their service is by far the best in the area and I always know that they continually care about my vehicles and my safety. I won t go anywhere else when it comes to automotive care.

Always have had a pleasant experience. My brother owned 2 service stations and was a mechanic. I got use to carrying my vehicles to him since he was my brother and I knew I could trust him! I feel the same about these guys.

This shop is awesome!! Wish we lived closer so we could use them regularly. My family and I were traveling and we needed some assistance. They didn t hesitate to help and check some things over to get us back on the road. Not to mention it was close to the shop closing and they were obviously very busy. I highly recommend Gum Spring Autmotive Repair to anyone that owns a car. They are very nice, honest and do timely repairs at a fair price. I had 4 tires mounted & balanced as well as a front end alignment. It was a lovely drive home with a straight steering wheel and new tread. Great service on my car. Got to it very quickly, sent me active updates and quotes for the whole process, and got everything I needed done for a pretty reasonable price. Highly recommend if you need any automotive service in the area.

Such great people who not only saved my skin on a day their shop was closed, they also helped a second customer who limped in with a flat tire at the same time as me. Its labor day, the shop should be closed, but I busted my tire wall when a truck pushed me off the side of a narrow road. The women running the gas station across the street recommended me here. Not only were the couple that owns the shop lovely, but they diagnosed my flat, replaced the tire so I could get home- at a very reasonable cost and when they weren't even supposed to be open! They were lovely and helpful and I highly recommend them.
