A+ on some custom exhaust for my LS swapped Subaru. Beautiful work, good communication, will easily come back next time (you gotta think this would look good with some turbo piping right?)

If I could give them more stars I would! Hands down the best, most honest customer service I ve ever experienced with getting a car worked on. They thoroughly explain everything going on with your car, options how to fix it and you never feel rushed or pressured. They truly take their time talking to you and offer you advice they would give to a family member rather than just a customer. I would never take my rover anywhere else!

Awesome place! Took my E90 here because my oil drain plug was cross threaded. At the time I couldn't afford a new oil pan, and asked if they could extract the bolt, and rethread it. They said they'll try their best but no guarantee. Fortunately for me they were able to get it done! They also did my State inspection and tighten one of my control arms (it was loose). To this day their work holds up!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I'm not easy on my 2013 LR4 and Sarek Autowereke's is not a shop of mechanics but a shop of Land Rover enthusiasts and owners that take pride in repairing, maintaining and restoring Land Rovers. This is the place for you if you're tired of working with the dealerships that never answer the phone, keep you on hold and do "as little as possible".This is a premium automotive specialty shop, and the team is a pleasure to work with. Jeff was extremely attentive and easy to get ahold of every time, management was fair when negotiating a discrepancy with our warranty company, and the attention to detail and completeness of the repair was evident.When you walk in you immediately know this will be a different experience than your typical shop.Highly recommend this place. Working with Sarek has been a great experience. They were extremely helpful, honest, and flexible. They advised me on everything I needed in order to achieve my ambitious objectives with my M3 and executed flawlessly. They did a GREAT job on my car. I cannot praise them enough.I was due to PCS out of state in a few weeks and wanted to build the suspension of my E46 M3 so that I could hit the track as soon as I got the car in Seattle. They took the time to advise me on the best parts and other things to consider so that I wouldn't be spending even more in the future. They got everything done on the car in time and even worked with the shipping company to ship the car out to me on the west coast. With such a tight timeline, they really helped me out by being so flexible and working with me as much as possible.I highly recommend them to anyone who understands the importance of a high quality auto shop. There are cheaper shops out there, but you will not find a more competent, friendly, and professional group of guys.

From the moment I spoke to Jon to set up a diagnostic appointment I knew I had found the right place to take my Land Rover too for all maintenance needs. They are worth the 90-minute drive and came highly recommended from previous customers all over the state of Virginia. If I could leave a higher rating I would. Take your Land Rover to Sarek Auto! Received five Star Restoration Service at Sarek Autowerke/ BMW/Land Rover-Mini. Results were proof enough to return yearly for a check-up.Don't hold your breath while some place other than Sarek Autowerkeavoids detail needed for your dependable ride. This the best i've found. I was having problems with my 2009 650I BMW and I took it to a trusted mechanic who gave me all types of horror stories after just doing a scan. After thinking it through I realized that he just didn't want to do the work anymore so I was referred by one of my best friends to carry it to Sarek. I have seen this place before and heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try. I had never gone before because I am usually loyal to people I do business with.. whoever gives me value and satisfaction but my person failed and it was time to find another mechanic. From the very beginning after speaking to John and Jeff I felt relaxed that they would find my problem and fix it. I assured them that I was in no hurry & for them to take their time and they did. They called me with updates and apologized more than once for keeping it in the shop because they were short-handed I really appreciated that but as I told them I was in no hurry at all and to take their time and they did. So far my problem is fixed my car is running great I can't say enough how pleased I was with their professionalism but also with the Personal Touch of having conversation and a few laughs. There is no doubt in my mind that they will be number one on my list to take care of my 2 BMWs in the future. I get calls all the time asking for references for different things especially vehicles so far Sarek will be number one on my list thanks again guys and I will see you again!

My 1988 Land Rover Defender 110 was significantly damaged during shipping. Not knowing anything about Sarek I saw their positive reviews. I had the vehicle dropped off there and am so glad I did. Jon and the team have been amazing and I can t imagine what would of happened if I had not found them. I took my newly acquired 1989 Land Rover RR to Sarek for the first time and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They are meticulous and really made me feel at home. Not only were they very communicative and upfront about the issues they found, they were super easy to work with. I will most definitely be back when I need more repairs I feel that I can't tackle myself.

The guys at Sarek are great, they are an ever improving shop that really works hard to do the right thing with every customer. Although they may not always be the cheapest shop in town they are trustworthy, which is invaluable when safety and reliability are at stake. They perform a comprehensive checklist on every car every time which helped identify a number of major safety concerns. I love that they are trying to change the "industry standard" for the better and I recommend them to anyone that has a Rover in this area.

I highly recommend Sarek Autowerke. I brought my 2016 Range Rover to them and spoke with Jon. He gave me an estimate and also advised me to consult with my insurance as they may cover some of the expense. This helped greatly! The workmanship was excellent, and Jon communicated with me every step of the way. As a business owner who works with small businesses, my experience with Sarek Autowerke is now something I share as an illustration of how internal business processes provide an excellent customer experience.

My overall experience with Sarek Autowerke was simply outstanding from start to finish. From theirhelp with arrangements having my 2010 Range Rover towed to their facility, effective communications, detailed diagnostic reports, skilled technicians and quality workmanship all combined to deliver an excellent customer experience. The final bill was less than the estimate and the vehicle was returned to me immaculate. This is a text book case of how to manage a successful business.

I had a great experience. Jon was great. He treated my vehicle like it was his own. He and other staff that I came in contact with were very professional and caring. They used quality factory parts as well, yes its more expensive than other repair companies but that is expected with the vehicles they repair. Again great experience.

My first time using Sarek Autowerke - I recently brought my 2013 Range Rover into Sarek due to default code that needed to be addressed immediately. They added me to their schedule and I was most appreciative that they have a loaner program; as they had to order parts and wait for delivery to do some of the repairs. Everyone was extremely professional and I received multiple calls from them to keep me informed of progress. Based on this experience I will use them again

Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job! I was stranded off of I-95 with a massive fuel leak and a 6 plus hour drive to get home. Jeff took my car right in and suggested a great place to take my family while they performed the repairs. His tech found that a pervious repair by another shop was not done right and caused the fuel line to come of the fuel rail. We were very lucky that the car didn t catch fire. They repaired the fuel line, checked over the car and even nearly put the truck back together after I made a mess looking for the tow eye. It was a great place to stumble upon on a very hectic and stressful day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband and I are so thankful and appreciative of Sarek. Our LR4 broke down on I95 while traveling home. Not knowing the Richmond area, we frantically started searching for a reputable independent Land Rover Specialist. Luckily, Sarek had many great customer reviews and we are happy to add a great review of our own. Hands down the most thorough and detailed repair facility we have ever visited. The customer service was fantastic. Thank you to John, Seth and all others that helped us on our way.

Very responsive to your needs. I took my Sport to the local dealership and they just pushed the vehicle through without really addressing the issue i brought it in for. The service department at Sarek was very detailed and found my issue and addressed it. They are not cheap but i feel comfortable that the issues are repaired and trust the repairs. No one else will touch my vehicle.

Wonderful experience at this Indy shop! They were able to work me in for a pre-purchase inspection the same day I called. I had driven 2 1/2 hrs from No.Va. to look at a car and wanted to be able to make a deal the same day. These folks love their cars and it radiates throughout the shop. Knowledgeable specialists, loving what they do.Wish I lived closer - they would be my go to shop without a doubt.

I just purchased a Range Rover. I was looking for a tire pressure sensor because one was leaking. When I googled Land Rover to find the part. Sarek came up in the Google search. It was 2 miles from my house. When I arrived I was met by Jon at the big garage door on the side of the building. They keep the front door locked when no one is up front because of COVID. My first impression was WOW. The shop was very organized and clean. There were Land Rovers and BMWs in all phases of repair. Including frame off restoration! Jon was very knowledgeable and explained their process for vehicle care! I was thoroughly impressed! If you have a Land Rover, BMW, or Jaguar you probably need to stop bye and see this operation.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very professional in handling customer inquiries. Jeff was very helpful with providing a detailed understanding of the recommended services to my vehicle. Jeff also provided excellent insight into selecting an effective extended warranty plan. As a Veteran, I was also given a discount for services rendered.I recommend Sarek Autowerke/BMW - Land Rover as a great place for servicing my 328xi.

Ralf Sarek and his team, Jeff and Seth are what i call top shelf. I had a problem i just could not diagnose; they took care of it and the repair. They also gave my Landrover a thorough inspection and a list of things i should think about repairing, which is much appreciated since i bought a used rover that wasn't taken care of very well. Now i know what i need to repair and finally get rid of some of those annoying performance issues. And by the way, Ralf offers to pick up the vehicle if you can't drive it in. I live out of town and was buying a used car in the area. I had the seller drop off the vehicle to Sarek, and they did an amazing inspection and report for me. Very thorough and excellent customer service. Took the time to review all points with me. Couldn t have done it without them, and would definitely use them again as well as recommend to others.

John was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. He arranged an Uber to take me to get a loaner car to use while Sarek did my oil change and brake fluid flush. I have other repairs that they recommended. I will definitely be returning to have them completed very soon. Thank you Sarek for going above and beyond to earn my business! I have my car serviced there numerous times and have been pleased each time. They have been able to keep rolling in a 2005 BMW. I would definitely recommend them based on my experiences! Jeff, Matt, and the team at Sarke Autowerke are awesome. My Defender 90 broke down on I-95 on Sunday evening and I was stranded without a critical part. On Monday morning, the two local Land Rover dealerships said the part needed to be ordered from the UK and would take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. After an Internet search, I discovered that I was less than 10 miles from Sarek. I spoke with Jeff in the morning, and he said they would sort me out. Once we arrived with the tow truck at Sarek, having seen all the other Landy's in the parking lot, I knew I was in the right place. They sourced the part, did a complete inspection, and had me back on the road that afternoon. It was a great experience!
