Eric and his team took excellent care of us. Took us in at the last minute. Passing thru and realized something cut the tire of our car. Don't think we would have made it back to NC safely if we didn't come in. Highly recommend this particular Goodyear!

Tim you suck. Rest of the crew trash.I came in for an oil change/tire rotation which is literally just maintenance. Long story short y all LIED saying my brake light being out. When I first got the call about my brake light I said fine. Then it went from 1 brake light to getting all 3 lights replaced I said no. the repair cost went from ~$160 to $400+ like yeah no. If I said no the first time, don t call me back to force me or push me to get the service done. I said no the first time.Upon getting there, they tried to make it seem like they weren t being pushy. If you weren t being pushy why did you call me back to see why I wasn t getting the service done? Being weird about getting my car back to me, too. I ended up only paying for the oil change and tire rotation like I should because after examining my car my brake lights were perfectly fine.I don t go to this location and never will again. But Tim you literally suck. You knew what you were doing. Lying about my car having issues to steal money is sick.

I usually don t care about leaving reviews but Goodyear came through for me. It was a rainy day, seemed like everything was going wrong and I needed a SAME DAY tire replacement. It was 6:15pm, on a Tuesday, when I pulled up. Mind you, the store closes at 7pm. They pulled off a mini miracle for your boy!Shout out to Eric and Muhammed! I appreciate y'all FORREAL!

Sincere thanks to Eric Brown at Goodyear/Glen Allen. I came into his shop today thinking I needed a tire replaced only to learn I simply needed a repair. His honestly and integrity saved me some money today. I didn't expect it but I sincerely appreciate it!

I ve been going to this Goodyear for many many years, but the last few times, I have been extremely disappointed in the service and quality. The manager is very condescending and is only interested in the bottom line. Only benefit is the Goodyear card, but after this last experience, I m glad I found a new place to get my automobiles repaired. I have never heard of getting new tires on an older car and not getting an alignment, nor an explanation of why it can t be done.

I ve been taking my Mercedes to a Goodyear in Florida for the past two years. I was home visiting family in RVA and thought to give this location a try. The guy at the front desk has a bizarre way of customer service. I waited for my car, and I saw him explain things to two other customers including myself criticizing certain car brands in an effort to explain what s going on. Honestly, it was annoying just identify the problem and solutions no need for anything else.The mechanic broke my spring off my hood. They did not seem interested at all in fixing it. The front desk guy proceeded to explain how Mercedes installs unnecessary things like this so it doesn t need to be fixed. I agreed that it was okay and I took my car home because I did not want these guys touching my car again.Beware of this place. The work got done but the customer service was very bad.

Eric Brown, the store manager was amazing. We were traveling from NC to CT and had a flat tire that could not be repaired. He had the tires in stock and started working on the tire replacement right away. Eric was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I observed him handling multiple customers perfectly and he could even multitask!!

Angelo Giles was very helpful and took the time and effort to call me to tell me that the replacement tire had arrived and recommended the best time to come get the tire replaced to minimize my wait time. It is refreshing to see a young man in his 20's understand what customer service really means. He gets 5 stars from me.

My experience was great; got all tires replaces here, hard to find 20r but for some reason these guys have in stock, all done in couple of hours with out any reservations.

Have been getting most of my automotive services that I don t want to do at Goodyear VCC for 20+ years. The other services are typically dealer recalls kind of work. I ve bought tires exclusively from this store. Their master tech, Ward, is the best in the business. I am frequently out-of-town for work and have been fortunate to be able to rely on this team when my wife or daughters need an automobile issue honestly and thoroughly addressed. I m a stickler for work done right the first time and have never been disappointed.

Eric was able to source a 295-40-21 (no other tire shop or Mercedes dealership could get one) for my GL 550 next day to replace a flat we suffered on I-95. Since we were traveling from PA the quick sourcing and installation of the tire meant our vacation wasn t interrupted. A BIG thanks to Eric and guys for getting us back on the road quickly.

We developed a fast leak in a tire during a drive from MD to FL. We found this shop near where we had to stop, and asked them if they could do a quick-turnaround tire replacement. Tim and Eric were very helpful and courteous on the phone and in person, and took great care of us. They finished the work fast and well!

Tim Hawk, service manager, is incredible. We were traveling through Richmond with our three dogs and got a flat on the highway a couple miles from this location. We were able to drive there and although their service schedule was solidly booked that day, Tim took a moment to try to put some air in the tire to try to get us through. He found the tire wouldn t take air so we couldn t repair it with AAA roadside. He found that he had the right tire on site, and helped us get safely back on the road as our options with the three dogs were limited. He went above and beyond, and we will forever remember his kindness in taking on an unscheduled extra job to help us in a tough situation.

Eric, the service manager, went above and beyond to find me tires for my horse trailer. He was very helpful & personable over the phone. Eric made special trips to other stores in order to gather up the number of tires I needed and had them all back at the Glen Allen store for delivery in less than 2 hours the same day. Finding that level of customer service is invaluable and very rare these days. Keith was also very helpful when I arrived for pick up and he courteously loaded my tires for me. Associates like these are a big reason why my husband and I buy our Goodyear tires here! We'll definitely be back here for our next purchase soon!

This past weekend I caught a flat on 95 and literally looked everywhere for a tire. I finally ran into Eric Brown at the Glen Allen location and he took great care of me and my vehicle. He got me in and out in an hour tops. While I waited we had great conversations, he was very pleasant as well. If I ever come through that area again I will definitely stop by at this location. Thanks again Eric!

I am so grateful for the incredible service at Goodyear in Glen Allen. After I got a flat on I-95N I scrambled to find a place that would fix my tire quickly. I tried going to three other nearby mechanics, but Tim at Goodyear was the friendliest and most willing to get my car in and out quickly. I was back on the road in 1.75H. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic service from Keith, the customer advisor. We came in with no appointment with a flat tire. He was booked for the day but he helped us out tremendously. He removed the bad tire and replaced it with our donut allowing us to continue our day. A few hours later he called and let us know he was able to repair the flat at no charge! He even helped us by swapping the donut out for the fixed tire! Fantastic service all the way around.

I brought my vehicle in here because of a cracked exhaust manifold. I had told them what the problem was when I dropped my vehicle off and they told me no problem they could fix it. after charging me for the diagnosis they told me they do not do exhaust work. They also gave me a failed inspection for this and they told me my brand new brakes didn t pass. I took my vehicle to a more reliable repair shop in town, who not only fixed the exhaust manifold, They told me that there was no reason for them to fail my brakes, I have been to this location for multiple inspections and had to pay over $1000 each time for repairs that I thought were questionable. I now know they were just trying to rob me. I will definitely not be using them again.

They bent over backwards to help me get my tire repaired/replaced after I got a large nail in one. I had tried at five other places to get service before coming to them. Every other place said they couldn t accommodate me that day due to being either understaffed or having too much work. I was desperate since I lived two hours away. They were also very busy here, but after hearing my situation they agreed that they would help me it just might take a while. After realizing that the tire later wouldn t be able to be repaired and needed to be replaced the manager drove the work vehicle over to where the tires were to get them three hours earlier than if we had to wait for delivery. I just really appreciated how they went the extra mile - thank you!!

They saved us! We had two flats on our fifth wheel on the same day and called numerous places and NO ONE could get the tires for a few days,Which would have left us stranded as we couldn t drive it at all! Finally we found this place which had a local supplier who got the tires there within two hours and got us on our way!! Excellent service. Great attitudes and they know how to get the job done!!!
