One of their employees (Austin Barnett) came into Advance Auto in Gate City in oreilleys uniform and screamed and cussed the employees here because they couldn't make a return that he was told on the phone prior to coming up here that it couldn't be returned due to literal company policy. I would be so embarrassed to employee this guy.Disgusting behavior!

I needed roto tiller air filter and a v belt spark plug they had it all. They take interest in your parts. Great group of men.

Really helpful staff, that honestly did their best. Can't complain at all, except for the fact that their 80$ loaner tool for removing a fan clutch won't work on an old Cummins Ram.

Love the guys that work here. I feel like family when I walk in. Love the chit chat helpful, informative, sometimes a ear, and they help me with the small things sometimes I'm incapable of doing. I really appreciate that about going there. I will continue to shop and go. For the familiar faces.

If I could I would give them a half of a star my reason is that my husband ordered a pulley for my lawnmower the first time it was the wrong one so we took it back and then brought the old one with us to be able to get the right one. We then were charged twice the price for them to get it shipped to them and we paid in advance. I called the day it was to be there and it wasn't they kept telling me no its not here and to call back tomorrow.. Finally after over a month we go in and the girl that works there is the only good thing about the place seen on the computer screen on the main screen that the part wasn't even ordered all they had to do was click the order button. I got a full refund & haven't been back!!

The place is small but organized The guy behind the counter isn't a know it all The reason for only four stars and not five there's very limited parking

Small store and a lot better than it has been in the past. Actually have people that know what they are doing. They also know how to help diagnose the problem with the vehicle.This store in the past had the problem of rude customer service and uneducated intelligence.**If you haven't been back in the store go check them out. Very nice and friendly crew now!!

Should close doors stop by get two batteries in truck guy looked at them said we dont have nothing like that said that one has foure post on it but then again stopped by advance didn't have a clue so took both out going to batteries plus and get ur done

They give you the right part the first time. It s so frustrating to buy parts from competitors, only to find out it s the wrong part when you go to put it on.

Cheapest & best parts around. His wife divorced him and took Stop Zones and he built O' Reilly to make her mad ..he will match or beat the competitor prices
