This is the second vehicle I bought from Elite Auto Sales. I keep returning because its a no hassle process and vehicles are in great shape. Jamie is honest , patient and on top of everything. I conducted most of my transaction via email and he was super responsive. I would rather give me business to Elite than any other dealership in town.

Won't let you test drive, No Carfax, didn't put the 30 day warranty in the application to the finance company, and the whole situation just felt wrong with no care from the guy running the place. Would not go here ever.

Chris and Jaime were great to work with! Drove by one evening and saw a super cool yellow Jeep. Reluctant to turn around, my boyfriend insisted, since we just bought a green Wrangler, he wanted to know the price to compare. Thinking it would be way out of our price range and not really in the market for another Jeep, I turned around. It was almost dark and Chris was still working in the back. He came out and gave us so much information, he knew every inch of this Jeep, it had been turned in on a trade. After about an hour, we left with the intention to return the next day to meet Jaime. This was a bad a** Jeep and we had to have it but didn't want to get rid of the Green Jeep. The next day we met with Jaime and although we could not finance in-house, he referred us to Brooklyn at OneMain Financial and we got the deal done in a couple hours. Elite Auto even took it to get new inspection stickers while we were processing the loan documents. The whole process was easy and we feel like we got a more than fair deal for our new Jeep! We will return for more transactions.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Promaster with higher mileage. Was told vehicle was checked over thoroughly that I would get good use out of it. That it ran great. Engine light came on 40 miles out of the parking lot after purchase. Called dealership was told it was probably something small. The van was never driven after getting back to the shop. It was immediately taken to get logo put on it. The very 1st day out after getting logo the transmission went out. $800 tow bill later to get back home 2hrs away. Just found out today it's going to cost over $4000 for a rebuilt transmission not counting taking it out and putting it back in. I'm $5500 in the hole just after 150 miles driven

I was looking for a nice reliable SUV for my kids and I. I went to a couple places before I came to Elite Auto Sales. I m very glad that I decided to go to one more dealerships because it is the best place I have gotten a vehicle from. There is a awesome group of people there. They are not pushy on just trying to get you to buy just anything. They make sure your comfortable about what your buying. They also drive everything on the lot so they can tell you everything about the vehicle your looking at. There s a very good mechanic that works there. I have had NO problem with the SUV I got from them

Bought a used Toyota 4Runner from Jamie last week and the experience my wife and I had purchasing the vehicle could not have been better. The vehicle is in great shape and worked out a very good deal. We were looking at the same vehicle from another local dealer but the additional fees they tacked on to the final price were ridiculous. Anyone looking for a used vehicle should check out the inventory at Elite Auto Sales. We are going to recommend this place to all our friends!

I highly recommend Elite Auto Sales. I was dealing with a loss of wages during the pandemic and Jamie was always very understanding and worked with me. I ve had my vehicle for over a year and have had no issues what s so ever.

The only reason this is three stars is because I haven t actually been in to see Jamie yet. My dealings have strictly been by email, but even this was made easy and was done quickly. Can t wait to see how the rest of this goes and will update my review when all is done.Update: Have updated from 3 to 5 stars. Jamie was outside when we arrived and immediately stopped what he was doing to come and greet us....WITH A HANDSHAKE!!! I really don t care what anyone else thinks of this, but where I m from and how I was brought up, it speaks volumes. For that if for no other reason, I would buy from Jamie again. From that to the end of of the sale, he showed nothing but what I consider a caring for his customers.

I got a vehicle from Jamie when he was in Culpeper Va and got amazing service and was when I noticed that he was gone from Culpeper I thought maybe he had closed his business. I then was in an accident which totaled my vehicle and I was in desperate need of a vehicle ASAP and Jamie worked with me in order to get the vehicle I wanted. He takes great care of all his vehicles on his lot and has an outstanding inventory. I would Highly recommend going to Elite Auto Sales if you want outstanding and friendly service. I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 stars all the way around. I will go to Elite for any of my vehicle needs if I ever need another vehicle.

Excellent customer service, very nice selection of vehicles, the men that work are very professional they are there to help you find what your looking for in a car they are very knowledgeable and help you get the best deal possible I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car, I will continue to go back there and buy from them. Excellent people, excellent service and excellent customer interaction!!!!!

This place is the WORST!!!! They sold my friend Tiffany Long a Chrysler Aspen and it was nothing but junk. Problems after problems. They would claim to fix it and never did. They lied over and over again made many promises and never followed through with them. She lost 3,500 to this place. The car was back at the dealership every week with problems and it was a never ending thing. They made me believe that s this vehicle was so great and that was a lie. They told her if the problems kept occurring then she could bring the vehicle back and they would put her in another vehicle but once again that was a lie. Go figure. I willl get to the bottom of this one way or another. We will just let the judge decide.!?***WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OFF THIS LOT***?!

I'm from southern West Virginia, and was willing to travel for my next pre-owned car purchase. After months of searching, I found something that fit my criteria. Elite Auto Sales, in FRONT ROYAL, VA., happened to have what I was looking for online. I'd never purchased a vehicle online, and was quite nervous about it. The whole process ended up being a breeze, from the beginning to this present time, after the purchase. What I really appreciate is the simple fact that Jamie, still answers my text messages AFTER the sale. Now, to me, so far, THAT shows the dealership has nothing to hide. And, just for that, he'll get the strongest type of advertising from me, which is WORD OF MOUTH, to all my friends/acquaintances. So, if you don't want the typical, slick-talking shyster, used car salesman-types involved in your next pre-owned car purchase, give Jamie a call, at Elite Auto Sales, in Front Royal, Va. And, MAKE SURE it's THIS Elite Auto Sales dealership, due to that often-used name in the car sales biz......

I have been researching for a suitable F-150 for my husband who travels far too much to work. My list of criteria meant that I have been researching and looking since June 2018. As I recently had to take the day off for a home service call that was cancelled by 10:30a.m., I thought that I would take a 2nd look at a truck on Elite's lot. It drove well, off and on roads, per CarGuru the price was right on, and the salesmen didn't pressure us, in fact they even gave us a little wiggle room. The experience saved the day! Elite Auto was a pleasure to work with. We were looking for an affordable, reliable option and we found it in Elite. Thank goodness we finally found a place that did not make us feel a commitment was a requirement before walking off the lot. We were given time to think over our decision, weigh options and make a choice best for us.. not the dealer. Thank you, Elite; you earned our trust! We will be repeat customers, for sure.

Terrible experience. Took my only day off to drive to the dealership to test drive a truck to only find out it's in berryville being personally driven by the staff. Also sat there for awhile before anyone could give me a damn price. The gentleman in the office who waited with me was very kind. Overall just incredibly disappointed in my experience and inability to purchase a truck.

Don't buy from them. I purchased a truck and before I made my first payment on this vehicle, the transmission went out. Jamie is not interested in helping with the cost at all. He's even lied to me. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!

Now that they have this new person Linda in the office it sucks. She will over charge your payment she will talk to you however she wants. She will threaten to kick your butt. I have bought several vehicles from them. Not any more with that womam in the office.
