My car looks AMAZING! I was without my baby for just over a week and she looks new. Thank you so much for washing and drying her and vacuuming the inside. She looked a mess when I dropped her off, but I didn't want to wash any evidence away from the collision. Thank you Progressive for footing the bill, you deserved it.

Wow.Fast quote. Worked well with the enterprise down the road for rental pick up. Worked seemlessly with Liberty Mutual.Got my car back cleaner than it will likely ever be! Obtained an estimate from this shop because they write estimates for the responsible Insurance Co, I'm familiar with this shop & their great reputation,. The estimate seemed spot on & if additional work was required the shop deals directly with the ins. co. Additional work was required, approved and all ended well. My vehicle is 16 years old & I could not be more satisfied with the repair, and in particular the paint match. Really impressive. Also, shop repaired a bumper end cap in lieu of replacing that part because it was no longer available. Outstanding job! Looks new. Another part of the exhaust was not available so the shop sublet that exhaust job to Midas to build exhaust as needed. Auto In the shop longer than expected but was able to work around the delay. I highly recommend this auto body repairfacility.

Great experience, all the employees were amazing, my adjuster kept me abreast every step of the process. Final inspection was great, the boss came out an asked if I please with their work and if I found any problems just bring it back. Great to know they stand behind their work.

The work was good and the staff was nice, but they could have done better to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Would give a negative star but doesn't exist... took my car in was told 5 to 10 days and ended up being 2 months and a week later have texts saying car was almost complete and an hour later was delayed again.. not worth taking your car too no communication from my service rep until completed then he didn't even come out and walk my car with me... Never again 3800.00 in rental fees and they knew it was out of my pocket for anyone looking Go Somewhere Else....

Excellent work! Professional. Anytime you call during business hours, someone will be there to talk to. No answering machines! Highly recommend. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do get in a fender bender (or worse), Downtown Garage & Auto Body is my only choice!

We have always used Downtown garage and it s always great. The only issue I had was this last time there wasn t much communication and what I had to do was call for updates and it took much longer than estimated. But the work done was perfect. My 21 Subaru was involved in a very bad accident on 09/30/22 ( it was broadsided) and Downtown Garage did an excellent job of repairs . It took a while due to parts shortages but the job was done correctly the first time. Needless to say I still highly recommend this local shop to any corporate shop out there. Beware! Unless you are willing to pay out of pocket for a rental for 6 months while they do nothing to your vehicle and then take the risk of your tire coming off after they fixed it.My husband was in an accident with his work Suburban on June 15th. Because of the company s fleet service, they sent it to Downtown Garage and Auto Body. They were told that it would be finished within a reasonable amount of time. I don t remember the time promised, but it was around a month. Apparently, someone did not order all the parts the first time. When they went to install the parts (several weeks after they received the damaged vehicle), they realized their error. By that time, the part was on backorder. After months of this part being on backorder, my husband s employer found vendors that could personally drive to a supplier in New York and pick up the part. Last Friday, December 17th, exactly 6 months after the accident, he picked the vehicle up. If it had been up to them to get the delayed part, who knows how much longer it would have taken. Today, December 23rd, his front passenger wheel was making terrible sounds and was angled out. Fortunately, he was next to an NTB and they were able to tell him that the ball joint was, in nice terms, screwed to hades. This was the exact location where the other driver had hit his vehicle during the original accident. If he had continued driving, his tire was sure to have become unattached to the vehicle. Most insurance policies only pay for a rental for 30 days. This means that his employer has had to pay $100 per day for a rental replacement for 5 months while these guys have had his vehicle. $15,000 for a rental vehicle while these guys did not seem concerned one bit. And then they let him leave with a faulty ball joint. (If it was his personal vehicle, it would have been moved to another shop in July.)If you DO use them, I would recommend staying on top of the progress and do not hesitate to move your vehicle if they start giving you lies about estimated progress. My husband and I now have a tongue-in-cheek joke mocking the it will be ready in 2 weeks line that the guy gave him each time they talked.*Pictures included of the normal driver side and the damaged passenger side. In June, a vehicle collided into this passenger side wheel.6/17/2022 Update: Paint is peeling on the front bumper. I m not sure this place does anything correctly.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, this garage was our option after a deer ran out in front of my husband's car. We had just gotten work done on the car and it was functioning perfectly before taking it. After they had it for over a month, we got it back to have my husband's door not be able to lock and for it to have an issue with spark plugs that we had just gotten fixed. However, they deemed it unrelated to the accident and so they refused to fix it. On top of that because they didn't deem it related to the accident, our insurance wouldn't cover it either. My husband also said his head lights were not properly put back in, one wasn't even connected, and the other has since needed to be replaced. They also were pointing really low and so he has had to fix them to get them to actually light his way.I would not recommend this garage to anyone and can't believe an insurance company would contract them. We were also lied to about when we would get the car back multiple times. Until finally after a long conversation they relayed it wasn't just paint they hadn't done, but they were still waiting on a part. A little customer service goes a long way and unfortunately they missed the mark in more than one area.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This auto body garage was used for repairs on my dads car which included a paint job, electrical repair (back camera sensors) as well as other replacements. The reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is because of communication, professionalism and overall lack of customer service. I assisted my dad to get this service done to his car, he was paying out of pocket for the repairs. During the initial visit, we spoke with the estimator Desiree. My dad and I pointed out on the vehicle what needed to be done and left our trust in the garage to ensure all repairs were listed on the estimate. This garage takes a 50% deposit first before scheduling your vehicle for their repair. After the deposit was paid, the car was dropped off about 1-2 weeks later. The service began going downhill when I started receiving notice of the status of the vehicle and how a part had broken and in order to be fixed, it had to be added on to the estimate. This was unsettling to my father since we did not expect for a part to be broken while the car was serviced. When this happened with other garages, the garage repaired the part with not charge due to the damage being done by then. With this garage, I then received further clarification on why the part broke and we proceeded with the repair, fully trusting the garage. The phone call for the second update on the vehicle was where I had to speak with the manager to get further clarification on the service with the vehicle because there were holes in the message relayed as to what was going with the service. The lack of professionalism occurred when speaking with the manager which was not what I wanted to do or get anyone in trouble but there was just missing information that my dad and I needed to know and have clarified before moving forward. I was told the vehicle was ready and we could pick it up. There were some repairs still needed when we first came to pick up the car so it stayed at the garage until completely finalized. The camera sensors were not working properly and we were told that it would be fixed. A few days later I received a call from the garage for them to tell me that in order to fix the sensors, they had to order a part. So now that meant more money, more time wasted and we were not trusting whether this garage would repair the sensors fully or if I would get a call later on telling me that another part broke or they needed to order another part to complete the repair.Overall, my dads car was not fully repaired when leaving this garage. I had inspected the car before leaving the lot and there were faults in the paint job and the sensor was not working properly. The service was not great. The customer service was not present as well, no one was there to check with me to make sure the car was in good standing. The estimator just left when I told her I wanted to inspect the car and even if I wanted to speak with someone, they had just left inside. What I took from this business is that it seems it is wrong for a customer to speak up and ask for clarification on what is being done on the vehicle.On a final note, my dad went to another garage the day after getting his vehicle back and they informed him the sensors were installed incorrectly and no additional part is needed if the sensors were correctly installed. Which meant if we moved forward with the repair, we would have wasted more money. So whoever their technician is, just be weary.Services: Painting, Electrical
