We had a flat tire on a Sunday evening at 5:40 with all shops closing, doctor tires said they would drive to us and patch the tire! Everything was done in 15 mins. Would recommend to everyone. bonus the technician was so kind and light hearted!

I had a leak in my tire and was able to be seen on the same day, which is highly unusual for auto service shops. Munir and Osama were super accommodating, reasonably priced and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend them for all tire issues!

I was not expecting much when I went to this shop to purchase a set of used tires, however, I was taken back by the level of bluntness of shady business practices at this place.I called in twice to make sure that they had a set of 4 tires of the same brand and thread and was assured that they do.Once I got there, they showed the tires, which were good and began installation, which according to them was suppose to take an hour. When I came back in an hour only one was installed. These particular tires had white lettering that were supposed to go on the outside, but were installed inwards, which I thought was odd at the time but didn't give it any meaning until the fourth and final tire was rolled out to be installed...It was a different brand and a different thread style than the other 3. My first and foremost purpose was to get 4 of the same tire purchased and installed, which is why I called several shops around the area, and after being assured that they have 4 of the same, I chose this shop. It hit me later that the reason he was installing the other 3 tires with white letters inwards was because from the very beginning he knew that he didn't have 4 of the same tires in usable condition and the 4th tire did not have white lettering.Then when I confronted him about it, he started with "oh my friend this, oh my friend that" and that it is going to be ok and "you are good my friend"... Mind you there was never an apology or any type of constructive resolution offered. He got aggressive when I said I wanted all 4 of the same tires and he said that he never said he had told me that he did have 4 on hand. Then he proceed to tell me that it is even ok to have all 4 different brands and threads of tire on the vehicle and that some vehicles come like that from the factory... That's when I knew I definitely messed up coming to this shady shop and any further discussion was going to be a waste of my time. Never argue with an idiot or they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.In summary, save yourself time and money and go to a tire shop that is a more reputable franchise, where your complaints might be heard and properly addressed. Another reminder that you get what you pay for.

Came in on a Sunday evening around 6pm due to a nail in the tire. The gentleman was able to plug tire and get us on our way within 15 minutes. Really great service and nice prices.

Lifesaver!!! I had gotten a blowout flat tire, AAA driver Nathaniel picked me up. Calle multiple places for a tire replacement and this place had a full tire replacement for my car. He put it on in no time. He was so kind and I am very thankful for his last minute services!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!Called in advance to check inventory owner confirmed. Took an Uber to the shop, turns out that their tire is damage and he doesn t have the audacity to tell me. Instead hides and won t pick up the phone.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. The owner was pleasant at first, but then became aggressive and disrespectful when I declined unnecessary services. The temper and aggression was at at 10!! Ladies please avoid this place!!

We are not from the area and got 2 nails in our tire on a road trip taking my mom who broke her back home. The owner was amazing and kind, let my mom stay in the car while he got the tire and plugged two holes. Entire process took less than 15 minutes . Highly recommend

Stopped here for emergency caliper replacement and was very disappointed. In the process they lost a bolt, then they overcharged, charging us $1200. After driving off we fully lost the brakes on our car. These jokes are biggest scams

We called on a Sat morning, left a message. Received a call back in 10 mins, let him know we needed 4 tires for our 2011 Honda Pilot, he asked for the size and then called us back in 15 mins and tires were installed that afternoon! Very courteous, fast, A++ over all experience. First time and won't be the last time we use Dr. Tire! Highly Recommend.

I got a flat tire over a holiday weekend, and needing to drive a few hundred miles later in the day, wanted to get my car fixed ASAP. I called a dozen other shops in the area, and nobody was willing to help me same day. I then found Doctor Tires who was able to help me immediately, providing very fast & high-quality service at a very reasonable price. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lifesaver. I visited 2 mr. Tires and they did not have any availability. Thankfully called Doctor Tires and was in and out in just over 25 minutes with a replacement tire. Which leads to my final point, why would you see a mister when you can see a doctor?

I m so glad I came to Doctor Tires in Falls Church VA to have my 8 year old tires replaced, because the very kind and knowledgeable owner saved me a lot of money and time. I brought my car to this tiny garage in the morning. I picked it up in mid afternoon. I m highly impressed as I listened to the owner s advice on tire prices. There s no gimmick or promo marketing going on. This is a tire expert who knows what s important.

Had to have tires switched over provided the wheels and the replacement tires, was told one price which was extremely high for just mounting a set of tires on a different set of wheels, and then change the price up by about $40 saying that we needed to pay for disposal after the fact. Shady place would never do business here again nor recommend it for anybody else

Got a nail in my tire last night and had to drive to Greensboro NC today. I went to the shop but it appeared to ge closed. I called and the owner answered. He said he was helping someone and would be coming back to the shop. He said he d call me when he got back to the shop. He called me about 30 mins later and said he was back at the shop. It was after 8 which is after closing. He couldn t plug the tire because of where the nail was. I got a new tire and at a wonderful price. I didn t have to wait until a shop opened this morning. He was so nice too. Im so glad I called him!!

Great service! I was doing Uber rideshare and went to take a break to eat and when I came back flat tire. I had to inflate the tire before heading to the shop. I got a very good used Hankook tire. Looked gently used tread was (mint condition) good 2 go! Service was awesome and owner and worker were very fast and friendly. Well recommended! Thanks

I am not from the area and got a flat on a Sunday morning which means a lot of tire places are closed. I don't live nearby and can't drive home on a spare, so I had to find anyone nearby ASAP. I called Dr. Tire, verified tire size and he gave me a quote including tax and installation.It was an enormous stress relief to get the tire replaced at a reasonable price quickly and on a Sunday. He went quickly and efficiently and it couldn't have worked out better for what I needed.

Never been anywhere better!!!!FLAT tire go here! Need brakes fixed go here! Most convenient shop! Prices ARE THE BEST. WORK IS FAST.I DRIVE ALOT AND ALWAYS COME BACK HERE. The gentleman was so sweet! I had to ask him to repeat himself a lot due to My hearing issues and he was so incredibly kind about it. I was also having a really rough day and having to buy a new tire was not on my to-do list, but he had a tire on hand, he put my spare away and checked all of my tires to see if they needed air before topping them off. He was a beautiful bright spot in a hard week. I'm absolutely recommending him to all of my friends and I'll be back for future services.

I went to this place and will be sure to go back from now on. The gentleman working there Mr. Minor is such a sweet guy. He took the time to educate my son on the process of replacing a tire with a nail in it. Thank goodness he was there to save the day. If you have tire problems, please visit him. He is such a kind soul.

Fast and effective work. Very polite, too. Just needed a nail in a tire fixed and he did a great job of it. $20, very reasonable. I ll definitely go back to him for other tire work.

Over chargers for tires , gives you one quote and then increases the price for recycling making it more expensive after the fact that you already agreed on a price

For the first time , I had a good experienced with this shop . He gave me good prices for used tires and good service so I come back for the second time when I have flat tires again.But this time, he charged me 95$ for the service , I was ok with the price too so I let him do it. But after he replaces the new tires to the car and take out the emergency tires . He just left the emergency tires outside . And I asked him Can he put it back for me to completed the work and he said No and he also asked me :how did I changed the flat tires so I have to do it by myself to put it back to the car. If I want he completed the work , he will charged me more 10$ because it s will take him to do more works. It s so disappointed what he did to me today.So from now on , I m not coming back this shop .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Called 2 minutes before closing to make an appointment for the following day. He instead offered to stay open late and waited for us to get there. We were in and out quick. Very friendly and knows what he s doing.

There was a little wait since it was just one older gentlemen working but well worth it! He was so fast and sweet in plugging my tires. I definitely recommend him!

Worst Tire shop IVE EVER BEEN too!! Completely unprofessional !! Only has 1 person who can do it all and if he s not there you will be waiting days! Got my tire plugged and it was bumpy I wanted them to put a new tire on I had in the car but they insisted on me getting in plugged I called the next day (Friday) to let them know it wasn t driving good he okay come Saturday my mechanic is not here at the moment I said okay today is Saturday I called and he told me his mechanic is still not here !then tells me, he begins getting smart with me saying I can take my car somewhere else like I ve done something wrong besides do what you said and call back, I ve already paid them to do a job they didn t do !! Now I m back when I should have just gotten my new tire put on like I asked for !! 0 stars ! The WORST tire shop !
