My cars engine seized and had a hole in the engine block on my way across the country. Luckily we were close to Wayne's, the work they did was meticulous they did everything they could to assure that any other issue that might arise happened on their watch and took care of it. They replaced the entire engine as well as the turbo and it's running better than before. Wayne is also good on his word and very trustworthy 100% would recommend.

I've had Wayne's do repairs on my vehicle twice.You put a new starter in and most recently because my car was idling fast and they fixed it.I have price matched other mechanics around the area and Wayne's is fair and competitive.This is Randy on my friends phone.

Wish I could leave a Negative 10 stars. After letting Wayne himself Bs me for almost a year on fixing my truck and how he kicked his crew off of it and Doing it Himself! I was left with a torn apart vehicle. Diesel is Not his Forte! I wouldn't recommend him to fix a flat on a huffy bicycle. The absolute worst experience of my life. Better chance calling ghost busters than them fixing anything! From a LOCAL Contractor. Beware.

They are great! We broke down on Sunday on 81. Triple A told us they would only take one person in the tow truck, and the others would need to call Lyft - on 81, really? I was so worried, but Clarence came and got us towed and dropped us off at a hotel. Wayne got everything fixed fast and picked us up. Super friendly, helpful and professional. These guys are absolute rock stars. I m very grateful to them. I had a major issue with my car s brakes while on an 8-hour road trip from northern VA to TN. They were very understanding of the emergency situation and basically dropped everything to help me and start working on my car. They had me back on the road in 2-2.5 hours (on a Friday afternoon), and that was after a full brake job! They were thorough, kind, understanding, and more than fair on price, even considering the emergency/last-minute nature of the repair. I was told this shop has been in business for over 30 years. Go there with confidence knowing they will treat you right!

We were given Wayne's name and number from the woman at ExxonMobil off Rt 81, Exit 195 after losing power steering and leaking coolant. Wayne pulled up roughly 8 minutes after we connected on the phone - popped the hood, recognized the issue, went back to the shop, and within fifteen minutes we had a new "fan" belt and coolant topped off. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for better assistance - especially in an emergency situation.

There is not a single bad thing i can say about Wayne s. Ive never trusted a mechanic shop more in my life. Extremely hospitable and friendly and honest. Oscar, Wayne and the team went above and beyond and out of their way to help us and did great work and had fair and honest prices. I brought them a truck that died on the road this truck belonged in a scrap yard. Fast forward one day and we were back on the road and continued our road trip with no more issues. I would trust this shop to help my grandma! they treated me like family.

Absolutely the best!! My car blew a hose and Wayne showed up for AAA and towed us to his garage. It was a Sunday so couldn't get parts but he had us fixed up and on the road by 1pm we are now on our way home. Excellent work and didn't take advantage or gouge us because we were traveling! Thank you all for your kindness and honesty!!

Wayne saved our cross country road trip. After having a significant engine issue on the highway, he showed up and towed our van to his shop, and had the part obtained and repair completed within a couple hours. He also diagnosed a major problem with one of our tires that would surely have resulted in a blow out during our travels. Grateful for him and his staff!

Our car was broken down just 2 minutes away, at the gas station at 3 pm on the 4th of July. I called Wayne's and they had just closed the shop. Wayne, Oscar, and Larry stayed late to get us safely back on the road to finish our holiday road trip.These Gentlemen saved our weekend. Thank you.

The turbo on our Nissan diesel truck was acting up when towing our trailer up the hills on I-81. Check engine light and loss of power. We were able to limp up the last hill and drop our trailer off at the next exit. We figured we were doomed, almost 500 miles from home and at the mercy of any greedy mechanic. Of course this was late on a Saturday, around 5pm.Luckily, we found Wayne. He worked on our truck for over an hour, long after his staff went home. He was able to reset the truck so it could drive and also gave us the best directions back to Atlanta to avoid hills as much as possible.He charged us less than $50. An honest mechanic, working late on Saturday, undercharging us and detailed directions home. Wayne bailed us out of a very expensive weekend. We were able to make it home, thanks Wayne.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are awesome! We were traveling home to Georgia from Massachusetts when we stopped at a rest area and my truck wouldn t start. I called these guys they came and picked us up. They had us back on the road within a couple hours. I ve been in automotive for 30 years. I ve worked in shops and now in aftermarket parts and I ve seen a lot of bad mechanics and a few really good ones. These guys are one of the really good ones. If you re near Fairfield,VA and you need your vehicle repaired these are the people to call.Service: Electrical repair

What a great service experience. Within a minute of our call for help, a tow truck was on the way to pick us up. We blew a brake line while traveling home from vacation. Wayne, his daughter, and his other mechanic were all awesome! Our alternator quit working on our way from Ohio to VA Beach for our daughter's engagement. They worked well together to go get a new alternator, get it in, while keeping us calm, and getting us back on the road within 2 hrs. Best service ever!!! You guys are the BEST!! Thank you so much. I was stuck on I-81 after my van overheated. In two hours I was back on the road after the guys fixed my minor radiator issue. The cost for the tow and service was very reasonable.

I was picking up my bearded dragon at the reptile rescue in the area, when all of the sudden my car started giving me a bunch of trouble. I had driven 2 hours from Richmond and was terrified I wasn t going to make it home. The gentleman working took me last minute and helped me get on my way. He was so friendly and sympathetic. I recommend their services, especially to those nearby or who get in an incident like me!

I m from out of town and was on a work trip when my car broke down right at closing time. The gentlemen at Wayne s had every opportunity to turn us away or overcharge, but instead they stayed late, and when they didn t have the specialized part, even welded up a fix better than how Ford designed it, then charged a price that was more than fair. Very trustworthy people, very competent work. Thank you so much for getting us right back on the road.

We broke down on our way to Nashville, and Wayne's was the best mechanic experience I've ever had! They took the Jeep, we got a rental and went on our way. He called me the next day and was able to troubleshoot the issue, by the end of our weekend in Nashville, we were driving home and able to stop right in and pick up our Jeep in just a couple days, good to go! They were fast, professional, and extremely honest with pricing, I actually paid more because I know that they were helping us out! I wish Wayne's Auto was near where we lived! If you have car problems, bring it here!

I made the unfortunate mistake of putting def into my diesel tank late in the afternoon. We called Wayne s shop and he was there in a timely manner, gave us a ride to our hotel and picked us up the next morning after the repair. I have heard horror stories about how much this would cost but not only did he do this very quickly since we were coming from Nebraska to NC, he completely surprised me with his quickness and the price of the repair! What I ve heard was more than 1000.00 repair for dropping the tank and cleaning cost me a third of that. He could easily taken advantage of my situation but did not. I would recommend his shop anytime! Thank you! David

On a recent trip from Pennsylvania to Tennessee I experienced a problem with my brakes. I stopped at a hotel for the night and researched auto repair shops in the area. Being a female in an unknown area, I was a bit intimidated by the task of finding someone reputable, honest and available to repair my vehicle. All that to say, the entire experience with Wayne's Auto Repair exceeded my expectations. Customer service was exceptional. They were professional, honest and very fair with their pricing. They communicated with me during the whole process and had me in and out of the repair shop in about 2 hours, with a whole new set of brakes. I cant say enough good about this shop and my entire experience with them.

Y'all these guys are Rockstars. I drive pilot cars and lost my alternator in my van on a Saturday afternoon they were busy and they fit me in and got van fixed and down the road about 9 that night. They went above and beyond to help me and get me back working. Y'all if your in the area and need quality mechanics give these guys a call you won't regret it. We were stranded in the middle of the Blue Ridge Parkway with no reception and was able to get the State Police whom called this service to help us. They showed up on time and gave us much needed guidance and advice on how to safely navigate the mountain drive for future visits. They assisted us off the mountain to a safe location. This was on a Sunday which made the urgency and compassion showed to us that much more impressive. We are extremely grateful to Wayne s Auto Repair &Towing!

I rarely write reviews but in this case Wayne and his team deserve to be recognized for their excellent service. My wife and I were heading to Virginia from Massachusetts with a car loaded with kayaks, bikes and personal items when we broke down on Route 81 near Fairfield. We called Wayne's shop and they were at the breakdown site within about 15 minutes. They assured us that all our stuff would be taken care of and they even left the car and all the contents locked in the shop overnight. Wayne and his team did a great job finding the required parts and repairing the car quickly. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks a lot.
