Absolutely had us fooled and strung us along for a week! Vehicle of interest we inquire about fixing an hvac issue, Suzie wants to get a quote but does not follow through. We ask if vehicle will pass inspection- It should. She sends me to get it inspected. I do their job to find out what they knew but did not disclose- it was inspected one month prior and should have Never past . Inside balding tire, ball joints were no good, alignment needed, check engine light on but Suzie did not care to scan for faults and disclose. She knew this was for young growing family. SALES SALES SALES- to HELL with customer safety! Namely that of two young adults, an 8 month old and infant on the way!SHAME ON YOU!!!

Susie took care of me herself. I love my car. It's the right model for me and she made the process easy.

We purchased a 4runner from Susie's and couldn't be happier. Great car GREAT service. They couldn't do enough for us. I won't go anywhere else for our next car and I would recommend Susie's to everyone. Best used car dealer in Danville.

I attempted to sell my car. Poor customer service. Bonnie, (old short lady) the manager, lied to the owner and blocked my deal claiming my car had a salvage title. I wouldn't touch a car that has a salvage title. My rental business wouldn't allow it. The title was clean with no liens. We already agreed to a number. She purposely lied and hated on the deal. Now you don't have to buy from me but don't agree then take back offer. Unethical. All of these lots in Danville suffer from the same conditions. Poor service, older cars, & high mileage. I would never buy a car out here. Also they hate to see a blackman buying inventory and making deals. All these places collude to push smaller wholesalers out.You get treated better in the triangle or Charlotte. In a town that is 49 percent black why don't they have many black owed car lots?

If I could give this place ZERO stars i would. This was possibly the WORST car buying experience that i have ever had! On April 19th 2018 I purchased a 2007 ford edge from Susie's only to be told (after my financing through my lender was already finalized) that the car was in a total loss wreck. air bags had been deployed on the vehicle and everything. I wasn't offered a vehicle report and was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle by the person that sold me the car (Bonnie). Three days later i got a call from the owner of the car lot saying she had to let me know that the car was once totaled after i had already purchased it! Of course my bank was made aware as well and they revoked my loan which caused me to have to give my car back ON MY BIRTHDAY because they will not finance a vehicle that's been totaled. Susie did offer to put me in another vehicle but it was nothing that fitted my needs. There wasn't much compassion or professionalism shown at all. Now I am stuck looking for a car and no way to get to work. The day after my birthday. Thank you Susie's auto sales for making this the worst past few days that i have experienced in a while.

She is at least open during week when no one else was, crazy. All cars were high mileage and high prices, but had some good cars. She was nice, organized. She gives you a printed list of ever car on her lot, price, miles and so forth. Loved that as we had done our research and wanted specific cars in specific year

Great local car dealer! Susie is known for being reputable and caring for her customers. I always enjoy the real deals on this no-hassle lot. You need cheap but reliable--and quality? Go there first!

Just bought our 5th family vehicle for various family members. Our family has always been beyond happy with our purchases, the warranties and friendly/ professional services. Would happily give a higher rating if there was one available. Highly recommended!

Just going to put it out plain and simple don not I repeat do not get a car from them bought a 2009 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo......spent over 6000 to purchase and within 2 months started having problems with it but they didn't care the rear end went out had to take out a second loan for that and then the about a month ater the starter went out and now the muffler and maybe the catalytic converter is gone on it so now having to repair that before inspection we've only had the jeep 11 months and all of these problems already oh yeah forgot we had to purchase another battery also just terrible cars and service and over priced for the mileage!!!! If no stars was an option I would do it!!!!!

My husband and I had been on the search for a new car for a little over 6 months, when we happened across Suzie's Auto Center Via the internet. We decided to give her a shot and boy were we surprised when we discovered the lack of professionalism involved with this staff. Upon arrival (our first initial meeting) we found an adorable 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. We asked for the car fax and low and behold, the information on the paper we were given, was not legit. There were 10,000 miles on this car that could not be accounted for via the car fax. When we asked for the documentation for those miles, Suzie herself, fast talked us to the point of not receiving what we had previously asked her for. Suzie mentioned that she was the one who applied all 10,000 of these miles via several trips to the mountains and that she herself, had NO issues concerning the car. In fact she actually stated "I'd keep this car for me if I could". My husband and I ended up purchasing this car from this establishment and low and behold less than 15 hours later, the engine light came on, the catalytic converter kit had gone out. We called Suzie and informed her of this issue and thus our troubles began. She stated that she would fix this car, but we would have to pay her for the labor. We researched the price of the part that was needed, as it turned out, we still ended up paying for said part and the labor involved. Keep in mind that we literally just purchased this car 15 hours prior...Now step two, we met her alleged top mechanic Josh (from Toyota) supposedly the best in the line etc... Simply not true. His only skill it seems is to reset the engine light just long enough for you to leave the car lot. 30 minutes later, the light is right back on. These two have a wonderful game of good cop/bad cop going with their customers. She will say "I will pay for the part and labor will be free" however, Josh will double charge you for the part, in return still getting paid for the labor. Josh claimed to order the part for our car in February and after numerous phone calls, we were unable to contact him. His reasoning "I was going through a custody battle with my child". At this point the only way I was able to contact this mechanic was to block my number and try for an answer. Here it is April and we were FINALLY able to contact Josh and he stated that our part had finally arrived and for us to bring the car down for him to repair it. My husband took off of work to make the 45 minute drive to this establishment and dropped the car off for said repairs. Only to receive another phone call the very next day, with Josh informing us that he had NOT fixed the car, because he did NOT have the correct part. Now we asked Josh if this part could be purchased at Autozone and he replied "no", but that the company he orders the part from would be open on Monday and to give him a call before 11am to have him order it. He stated that the part would cost 320.00 That did not sit well with us, so we made our own phone calls! To no surprise, Autozone DID have the exact same part and it only costed 156.00 Now, with the supposed free labor, where was this other money going? We have made countless 45 minute trips to this establishment, only to be lied to over and over. I will not ever recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. I just simply would not want anyone I know having to deal with the flat out rudeness of their secretary Bonnie, their useless mechanic Josh, and the blatant disrespect from Suzie herself. We feel as though we have wasted 5,500.00 of our hard earned money. This place seems to be very "fly by night" when it comes to any concern over your purchase. Once they have money in hand, your engine problems are no concern of theirs.

Bought a car that was being sold by Susies Auto Center at a local auto auction. This vehicle is the biggest pile of junk I have ever owned. Someone put stop leak in the cooling resovior when apparently coolant started to leak somewhere. Susies put a water pump, and radiator when they got it, and didn't flush system back out to get all the gunk out. I have no heat, and a local shop said flushing system now could cause a leak in heater core. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
