JH does very good work. I have used their service a few times, including recently. Unfortunately, I've not been pleased with customer service this time. After my repair, I noticed that my bumper sagged. I returned to JH and spoke with my agent who told me it was an easy fix with brackets. Later I spoke with a manager who said that he would order the parts, let me know when they arrived, and schedule a day to install them. It has been two months and a few calls and messages left, but I've received no correspondence. I really feel that I have been avoided, and I'm really disappointed with this. Good customer service would be to follow up even if the parts hadn't arrived. Do better JH.

The job wasn't finished. I explained to the manager twice that many parts have not been tied up with rivets or screws. I prefer no deal with this situation or more excuses. They have not respect nor empathy at all for people who are going through legal and emotional battles after being involved in an accident.Reaping off my insurance provider today with 7 thousand dollars and showing not regret isn't the way.I was frustrated initially but I had to let go those negatives feelings. I know which battles I am going to win and those that is a waste of time and effort....and this one is a no go for me.

The two young ladies that assisted me were friendly and professional. Getting my estimate and car repaired was done quicker than I anticipated. Throughout the whole process they keep you updated via text. I give them 2 stars because they fixed my car one time and I had no issues other than it being ready a couple days later than I was told it was going to be.The problem came the next time I tried to get my car repaired. I scheduled a appointment for a estimate. I went up there to show them my car and he looked at it, took a couple of pictures and told me a ballpark number for the repair. I was told that he would call me later that afternoon for a exact price and to set up a day for the repair. Never heard from them... I called back 2 days later and told the receptionist that I was still waiting for a price and date to drop off. She said she would remind the guy that looked at my car 2 days ago. That was a month ago.... Waste of my time and gas going to try and get a estimate!

My vehicle was hit by a deer and they came and towed the vehicle as well as doing the repairs. They had great communication throughout the process even though the insurance company dropped the ball by not giving them my contact information. Everyone I spoke with there had great customer service, always friendly and informative. They also sent me text messages throughout the process. I picked my car up and it looks like there was never any damage and someone even washed and detailed my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm thrilled with Stallings thorough repair - not just visually (my car looks brand new) but more importantly, structurally. I appreciate them insisting on taking the extra time needed (due to unforeseen additional damage & part delivery delays) in order to perform a quality repair. With every step, I felt confident they "had my back". More than once, they demonstrated their commitment to doing the job right, rather than keeping the original timeline schedule or complying with insurance company expectations. I'm so glad I entrusted them with my car - the entire team at Stallings Hwy 58W was AWESOME!

Took my two month old car to the Riverside location because somebody backed into me! They did a great job on the repair, looks good as new! Kept me updated via text on the status of the repair, and it was finished in a timely manner! Will definitely come back if I ever need body work again!

Helped my Mom when she hit a deer. She was so stressed out but the customer service was very helpful and made the process quick and painless. Her car looked great and was done days before expected. Thank you to the lady at the front desk that was very professional and nice each time we came in there and over the phone.

Stallings did an excellent job repairing my car. Someone hit it, while it was parked, and I chose Stallings to do my repairs. The other person's insurance company took their own sweet time coming out to look at the car but Stallings always kept me informed on the repair status. They also kept the rental car company up-to-date with the latest on my car repairs. We have used Stallings a couple of times before and always get the same results--super nice and knowledgeable staff and excellent work. I highly recommend Stallings Collision Centers.

Wonderful experience! Expected to wait weeks for work to be done, what a surprise! Only took few days, kept informed every step of the way, everything simple on point, everybody friendly and helpful, work was great! Never would be able to tell there had been a lot of damage. Very pleased , will definitely recommend them

This place is awesome. Excellent work and very friendly staff. Kept me up to date through the whole process. My car looked brand new when I got it back! Definitely recommend them!

Nobody wants to have to use a car repair service, but if you need one, go to Stallings. My car was hit twice this year and both times I went to Stallings on Westover. They were amazing. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was kept informed of the schedule, and my car looked like new when I picked it up. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Thanks!

Great customer service and they did an awesome job repairing the damaged a deer inflicted upon my CRV. I was so pleased that they matched my paint color perfectly! I loved the text messages they sent updating me on the status of my repairs including the estimated date that my CRV would be ready to pick up. They even completed the repairs a day early! Would highly recommend them!

Had a Subaru Impreza repaired here couple weeks ago. Took them 4 days to order parts(they had to take bumper off to see if any more parts were required) and finish repair so I was happy. Car looks brand new!

Stallings did a great job repairing my grandmother's Mazda 3. She had a few doubts at first and made up her mind about buying a brand new car because she thought her car was going to be totalled after her accident, but Stallings brought it back to life. It took about 2 weeks for repair and that was good timing. Thank you.

I heard great things about them already, that s why I chose them. They did an excellent job. Got the job done rather quickly even with part shipments. Matt and Jeri are great. Have had Stallings 58 West on three occasions and very pleased with their work on each repair. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality repairs.
