The only reason for 1 star is because it wouldnt let me post without it. Very poor customer service. We took 2 seats to have them repaired. Explained in detail to the lady up front what we wanted done on both seats. She made a note on her calendar in a random area. No formal repair slip nothing for us as the customer to take home. I would say yes that is my fault as to not have asked for that nor an estimate. BUT my husband called 3 months in advance to get a rough estimate just so we had an idea of what we were looking at. She assured us both seats would be done in exactly 1 week. We called a week later to inform her we had someone coming in that day to pick up the seats. They were not completed. They had 1 almost done and the other had not been touched. When we asked about how much it was they charged us for 1 seat $550.00. What she ended up doing was the COMPLETED opposite. She flipped flopped the service that was needed on the seats. While I was speaking with her on the phone because I was the one who spoke to her explaining that what they had done was wrong and that it should have been the other way around she told me this was a he said she said situation and she wasnt going to call me a liar. The conversation was between her and myself no he said she said conversation. My husband then just asked for them to repair the other seat so we could get it back asap. They have since then had the seat for 3 weeks. He has called every week to check in and everyday this last week. When he made a drop by this morning to get the seat even if it wasnt completed, it was sitting there ready. We do not recommend this company for any type of service. The front lady does not know how to run a business the man in the back doesnt care. The entire place was filled full of cigarette smoke so all your items come out with the smell on it esp leather. Take your stuff to the person who is backed up for 3 months there is a reason he has a wait. These people have zero business running anything they do not care and dont care what they charge you and will call you a liar she took zero blame in any of this.

Not honest on when to do the work and let my truck sit there for a month. Now it's not running right and hope it's not the transmission. Which trans was rebuilt 2 years ago, could be bad gas in it, hope that's all it is. Still if you're that behind then tell me you that behind besides saying you may start on it next week and then don't then say again maybe next week after and don't is uncalled for. They seem a little unorganized. They did do my dashboard and did pretty good but not perfect and didn't paint the color I asked them to do. All in all it's ok but does have a scratch mark on it and to me it was high priced on what they did. Years ago when they had help they did good on my trucks roof interior. I'll probably find somewhere else to go to cause this place stays behind and insurance claim vehicles are more important than an individual no matter when that individual came there, your last in line regardless. I was going to give them 2 stars but they do decent work so I'll give them 3 stars and hope they get more help soon and get more organized besides writing in a notebook, then lose the page in the notebook that has your information on it, that's mixed up with other clients informations.

This is a picture of my seat after 2 months. they did nothing to my seat. Except let there dog lay on it. now i have hair on my old seat and the covers that i gave them to put on it. I will never use them again and i will tell anyone who asks me not to use them.

Had my headliner redone here and through the process my electrical line for my rear dome light was seared, a support for the headliner was not re-installed & the plastic trim to the sunroof control panel was broken and the clips were broken and now my visor wont hold properly.They denied every bit of the damage that was done in the process and would not own up to the dispute.Overall the quality of the upholstery job was ok but I had to go back and tuck some of the fabric under the seams and trim some excess away.Sloppy work for the price you pay.Would not recommend again.

I took my vehicle to have convertible top replaced. To make long story short, my car was returned to me in shambles. Some parts were broken, missing, improperly installed. Workmanship was far below professional standards. Definitely will not recommend. But will give this business one star because the owner and the ladies were nice.

If you are doing a ground up auto restoration, I think Hailey will be able to meet your needs. Just make sure the upholstery work is done before any electrical work. If it's your daily driver, you may want to think twice before you go there. My rear view mirror was knocked off and overhead console was damaged during the headliner repair, breaking the overhead control module. As a result, my vehicle would not run and had to be towed out of there ($1000 repair). The light for the heated seats no longer illuminates now either. They took no responsibility for the damage because I had previously had some electrical work done to the vehicle (not related to the overhead console).The sewing work on the upholstery was very well done. Sue did a great job. The headliner work on the overhead center console was mediocre. Glue in some areas were still visible and lines around the overhead console were not crisp.Personally, I will not be using them again. If you choose to hire them, pay with a credit card so you have dispute rights.

Haileys did a good job on my seat cover I was going to tackle it myself but I got the experienced people to do it for me they jumped right on it with no problems

Car set up there for a month and never got work done , had an appointment for the week of January 14 I even got it up there earlier the week before so he said he might get started on it before the week of January 14 . Had to mark a star but not even a one
