I cannot say enough great things about Danville Toyota. Juan and Eli made the whole experience amazing. From the communication, to the understanding of the process, they were kind, respectful, and they listened to my needs and my wants through the whole process. I would highly recommend going there if you are in the market for a car.

Update needed: While the sales experience was great, they dropped the ball for my out of state purchase title work. I initially financed the vehicle, because the dealership wouldn't/couldn't take a personal check/ACH/Cashier's check. I then paid it off 10 days later. They dropped they ball on the titling the purchase....Purchased it 11/9. Paid off the loan 11/20. Finally got title on February 12th... 3 MONTHS later. When talking with the bank and my state's DMV the problems always went back to the fact the paperwork was sluggishly and inaccurately processed from the dealership. I had to call numerous times to get the ball rolling on their end.Jane Martin was an excellent salesperson. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and answered my questions. She went out of her way to give me a video of the car because I was coming a very long distance to pick up the car. She even shot video of the underneath of the vehicle, when asked. Jane was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I knew what I wanted and Danville Toyota had the exact car I was looking for, so it was an easy transaction. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't exert pressure on me to buy things I did not need with the vehicle. All around it was an easy car buying experience, coming from out of state.

I can't even begin to say how wonderful Jane was in helping me get a car, she went above and beyond to get my into the best car possible. And I'm absolutely in love with my new car!! She was so helpful and friendly, texting me and making everything so easy working around my schedule which I was so grateful for. Thank you so much Jane for everything it was an absolute pleasure meeting you and having you as my salesperson during this adventure.

We purchased via online and telephone with Amanda B, and it was an easy and efficient process, including on the day we picked up our vehicle. No surprises, and we got a great deal on a car in high demand (24 Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited)

I usually do not write reviews, but after I had the opportunity to experience Danville Toyota I had to share. I had the opportunity to work with Jane and Eli to purchase a vehicle for my mother, and boy did they do everything they could to ensure the process was smooth! From their wonderful customer service, knowledge, and ability to do their jobs utilizing the utmost service excellence, I would recommend Danville Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to seal the right deal!!! #DanvilleToyota #YouGuysAndGalsRock

Ordered parts over the phone . Didn't get my complete order due to wrong amount. Parts manager made it right. Saved me 2 hour drive. Highly recommend them.

Went for VA inspection. Everyone was nice. Lady asked if I needed shuttle service (I did not need), she was very nice also. I had toyota wipers installed because they are better than ones at auto parts store and worth the extra money to me. They got me in and out good without a long wait.

This place is incredibly awful. The salesperson, Cortez, performed poorly in his role and had us to endure a wasted 10-hour drive. He lacked knowledge about his job and neglected to inform us about the car state registration and rebate. It's not just Cortez; the entire sales and management team are incompetent in business matters and lack the ability to close deals. They discuss rules and policies, but their dealership rules are deeply flawed in every aspect. Unlike other dealerships that were willing to exceed expectations by offering rebates and accommodating state regulations, they were unwilling to do so. Normally, Toyota Highlander Hybrids get sold like a bread due to its demand, however, they still had 2023 new one in the lot, sitting over 3 weeks. They had a good deal, which puzzled me why the car wasn t sold for a long time. I figured they lacked a good businessman skill and capability. Cortez initially appeared agreeable and positive in response to my questions, but as I got there, he became inflexible and repeatedly refused in several matters. If you re thinking about getting one of their rebate offers, I save you time - they will not give that to you. Although I had all verification of my recent graduation documentation, they would deny them. What a joke! I strongly advise against doing business with them. If you plan on traveling from a distance, I would advise you to save your time, gas, and energy and avoid going there at all costs. While I was at the dealership, I witnessed two elderly women complaining about their recent transaction, which raised another major concern. If possible, I would rate them zero star, as they do not deserve even a single star. AGAIN, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Me and my wife, less than better situation on our behalf. My credit is much less than perfect, hers is far greater than mine. When I say the people at this facility pulled off a miracle, it s a Christmas came twice type situation. Chase Tate was very responsive and Knowledgable of all situations at hand and when put in a tough situation hePersevered and got me and my wife in our dream car. So that being said Thank you Danville Toyota we will be back!

If you belong to a racial minority, they will treat you unfairly. Their incompetence in handling business matters led them to deny our right to register the car at our out-of-state address and receive a rebate. Cortez was initially accommodating and willing to meet our needs over the phone. However, once they realized we were Asians, they began discriminating against us at the dealership, constantly denying us by enforcing their written rules that restricted our rights. Despite our qualification for a rebate and out-of-state car registration, as stated on the government website, the Sales Manager appeared reluctant to sell us the car. It comes as no surprise that their weak business skills have resulted in unsold inventory. In Virginia, we are filing a discrimination charge against Cortez Barksdale and Douglas Hall, citing race, color, and national origin, with the Better Business Bureau and Government Agencies. They do not deserve any positive rating, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

I love taking my vehicle to Danville. I will not go to Rice Toyota to have my vehicle fixed simply because they like to cheat people. I took my vehicle to Rice Toyota. They told me what the problem was but then when I took my vehicle back to get it fixed they said I didn't have a problem. I took it to Danville Toyota and they fixed the problem. Oil building up around a plug.

I just took my Toyota Rava 4 into the dealership for service at the beginning of September 2020. I take it every 5,000 miles. I am now at 33,000! Each time the fluids are checked, the tires are rotated and balanced (OR) at least I thought they were. I noticed a rumble sound in the tires riding with my wife this morning and she said she had been hearing it since her last visit. She did not know what it was. She thought something was wrong with the tires, so I took the car today to Smith Tire in Danville and they said the tires had not been rotated and they were wore out, the steel was showing in the back driver side tire, but the other three tires are just as bad. I did not know about this until today, that is why I take the car in for service, that was part of why I bought it for good service, I thought. This tells me the tires had not been rotated at all each 5,000 mile service as bad as they are. This tells me the dealership did do what they stated on the form given to me each time that they had done, which was not done. That also tells me I have been lied too by Toyota and the service staff. When I bought the car, it was stated over and over again, I am buying this for my wife because she travels and that was told to the office manager when I bought the car for her. This is very important to have good tires on the car, good gas mileage, and a reliable vehicle I don't have to worry about. Nothing, absolutely nothing was said in September about the tires, nor have they ever said anything about the tires. SO, I went straight from Smith Tire to the Toyota dealership and the service department said there was nothing they could do, the tires are only good for 30,000 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!Have you ever heard of such a thing? I was not told this when I bought the car, although they went through hell and high water to sell me every type of warranty they could, but nothing mentioned about a tire only being good for 30,000 miles. I reached out at 5:30 when I just arrived home to the Manager of the Dealership to make sure he knows what has occurred, the paperwork I have showing work that had not been done, and what he plans, if anything to do about this. I will wait until tomorrow - 10/1/2020

I bought a home in Danville 4 years ago and retired here finally this year. Only visiting on weekends and when off. I bought a Camry in Richmond at Loyalty last August. They give lifetime oil changes, inspections also powertrain guaranteed for life of vehicle. I would never go here. I drive to Richmond yesterday to get my inspection and oil change. I was going to get it at Danville Toyota but was treated very rudely ! Never ever will I return. If and when I get my 4th Camry it won t be with them. By the way . If you want to appeal to all people. Start by posting pics on your commercial of what an all inclusive population looks like.

I was traveling through the area yesterday and had an emergency light come on. Fortunately for me, I had just passed a billboard alerting me that Danville Toyota wasn't far away. When I got to the service department, I told Jacob the Service Advisor I was traveling through the area when the problem occurred. He immediately got me in for service, and Austin the mechanic took over to diagnose and resolve problem. While I was waiting, no less than half a dozen different staff offered me snacks or beverages. And in no time at all, they had me back on the road again. This is THE BEST service center I've ever visited! My only complaint is that they are three hours away from where I live, so I cant come back for any additional services. THANK YOU Jacob, Austin and Danville Toyota for doing it right!

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Everyone I ve dealt with has been very responsive and helpful. I bought my truck from Jane and she made it a wonderful experience. After the purchase of my truck the bed liner started peeling off. I took it to my local dealership to see what could be done. After 6 weeks or so with not response from the local dealership I contacted Danville Toyota and spoke with Jerry (service manager). They called my local dealership and got the process moving. Jerry followed up immediately and called every couple days with an update. Today I found out they will fully replace my bed liner. Jerry made this happen and followed up when needed. He went out of his way to make sure the customer was taken care of. I know where I will be purchasing my next Toyota.

Do no waste your time at any other dealership. Whether you are purchasing or just browsing Doug the Gm and his team Eli and Cortez and Buck at Danville Toyota will make you feel like you are on paradise! No pressure and no feeling like you are at a time share. To start Doug the gm is awesome he is a sweetheart and will show you all the cars you want before you make your final decision he will even bring your final two cars and park them side by side to help you make a decision and it was and never will be a rushing process with him he told me I can take all the time I wanted. So before leaving Cortez did my final paper work not only that but he open the car door for me and adjusted my seat he went above and beyond to make me feel really special after my big purchase. The team also gave me a full tank and a free car detail! I recommend both Eli and Cortez even through Eli did not do my paper work he made sure I got a new battery for my key and before I forget the warranty guy buck stayed after hours to help me pick out the best warranty and he will make you laugh and will answer any question professionally. Overall hands down the best dealership in Danville. I do not even live in Danville it takes me 30 minutes so the commute is well worth it. For future I will be using them to upgrade thank y all for taking care of me.

The oil is very smooth and delicious. The rear bumper is very crisp to eat, and the leather interior is artificial leather, which can not be bitten.

My experience started off rocky reason why I gave only 4 stars. However it ended very well. Reminded me to be patient and let God/Universe do what they do. Heath in the service department really stepped up and I appreciate his patience with me and for helping me out. Will be back.

I went back week & explain the issue to them & service advisor said bring it back Monday & we will check it for you no charge I bring my car today to get it checked out & they said it's the coil pad & $115 for diagnost the car !
