absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. dropped my window off almost 2 weeks ago for repair and some scrawny guy said he call me in 45 minutes it's been 2 weeks still haven't heard nothing mean while the cold is getting into my son's bedroom i will never do business here and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Really unprofessional people. Rude, terrible front desk woman. Tells my boyfriend they can tint his car over the phone. Telling them the exact car he has. Just for him to come in person, and the guy acts like he can't tint the windshield. What was the purpose of saying the model of the car even on the phone. Seems they just wanted his money. He could have made another appointment somewhere else and saved gas and time. Big waste. They couldn t even latch his backseat back properly. Then they called during the tinting, wanting to charge him an extra $50 fee for his windshield which was not discussed/brung up during the phone call. Or when he left his car.

Went here to get my windshield replaced, super quick and cheap. However it cracked literally 30 minutes leaving the parking lot and they said it was user error. I think that s ridiculous and unprofessional.

I literally just left here, my appointment was at 11:00 a.m. I was 30 minutes late and they still took me only charged me $200 for a navigational windshield and had it done in an hour and 12 minutes I highly recommend this place the owner Edgar is very very polite, and the secretary Liz one of the best humans I've ever met. So long story short this is the best place in Danville Virginia to go to get any type of automobile glass work done.

Edgar and his team are very skilled and genuinely nice people. Very prompt taking care of an issue in a side window in our vehicle. It's nice to have people like them in the community. I would highly recommend them for any glass related needs.

The business came to our house the same day we called them. They gave us a free estimate. They were able to fit us in for a repair within a week and charged us one-third of what the other glass places in town quoted us for. They were very courteous, professional, and did quality work. Thank you!

I had a cracked windshield and then my passenger door window got shattered. I called Clearview Glass and got in the very same day! Within an hour and a half, they replaced both the windshield and the passenger door window at the same price that Safelite quoted me for the passenger door window alone. Great service, great folks! I will be using only Clearview Glass from this point on!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They were very professional and they helped me with my rear view mirror issue when another company wanted me to have a new windshield installed. They are very friendly call to remind you of apt. They misheard my year of my truck ordered wrong glass but they did have the right one by the next morning they assured me that it would be put in by a certain time it was they also paid the difference in the cost of my windshield very happy with them have brought several vehicles to them prices aren't high and they are very honest people

Worth the wait every time. The workmanship is fantastic. No bubbles or hair in between the glass and film. The people answered all my questions. This is the second vehicle I have had them tint, and the job was done perfectly both times. They have also tinted my sister's car, and did a wonderful job with it too. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for has always been a mantra of mine. I prefer quality over a "great deal", but let me tell you that Clearview provided me with BOTH! A quality job for an affordable price! I was so impressed! Edgar did an amazing job replacing my windshield. Remember to request him when paying this little gem a visit, you WILL NOT regret it!!!

Nothing but professionals!!!! Whenever you can call an establishment and get a friendly voice like Liz, an appointment within a week and they save you $200 on a windshield, why would you go anywhere else? THANKFUL for this business being in "Our Town" - ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL!!!

Had windshield replaced in my personal car. I have been in the flat glass and storefront business for fifty years their workmanship is first class! Very professional you will not find a better shop in town. Five star and more rating.

I am very happy with my experience with Clearview Glass. The customer service was excellent and my new windshield looks great. Their price was competitive and my repair was completed before noon the following day. I would certainly recommend Clearview Glass to anyone needing glass repair/replacement.

I paid for an item in Cash two months before it was needed and expected it to be delivered before time to install. It was not delivered until 2 weeks after my vehicle was ready for it because it was not ordered until "THEY" were ready to do it. The got Black glue from the windshield on my BRAND NEW DASH. They do not do quality work. Haphazard work is more like it.This company has now been purchased by someone else. They are much better at quality work but still need to work on a "Professional Office" atmosphere.

This place is ridiculous. My husband went in to get his window fixed. The people took his car window out without making sure the replacement window was in food condition. Then when they realized the new window was broken the owner wanted him to pay for the broken window because he didn't want to be out the money. Only after enough debating he put the broken window in for free with the promise of returning when a unbroken replacement window was available. I'm not exactly sure what type of business etiquette this is but you don't ask your customer to pay for broken items. Especially ones they did not break.

I haven t been here yet but my insurance company was gonna charge me $250 for a new windshield and I call them bc my insurance company said they were amazing and I could probably get it cheaper, they were right $170 hey that saves this mama some money! And the women I talked to was so sweet and helped me and answered all my questions I had to ask.

Excellent customer service!! Called at 8AM for busted drivers window with electric motor for an 18 year old vehicle. Appointment for 1PM. 3PM I get a call they are finished. Professional and friendly staff..

Went in to get the front windows of my truck tinted when i got it back there were holes n both door panels...so at first when i told them about it i thought things would go smooth cause the offered to buy new door panels but it took over 20 days before he finally came up with some and they ended up being used ones from a junkyard. Then told him i rather put them on myself cause i have experience in removing/installing door panels and even told him that he could take pictures of the replacement panels so i cant come back claiming those to be broke too but he told me either they put them on or else. So after arguing back n forth i allowed him to but of course after getting it back i still had to go home n fix some lose places myself. Unless its a car you dont care bout i definitely dont recommend them
