Wonderful experience at Autozone Riverside Drive. Jersey was incredibly helpful, kind, and quick. I needed a new battery and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Epitome of great customer service from Jersey and the rest of staff that assisted me! Definitely will return with all my car needs.

This is a fantastic place to bring your vehicle. Jersey is an awesome person that knows exactly what to do to get your vehicle running properly! Patrick is an amazing employee that also went above and beyond to help install a battery.Autozone is blessed to have great employees like Jersey and Patrick.The next time your car needs some maintenance, get in the zone, Autozone!!

I'm a frequent visitor to the store. The store on riverside is fantastic and their team is very knowledgeable! Jersey there is always quick and willing to help me in my automotive adventures. Great place great team and I highly recommend!

Every time I come in to Auto Zone I look for Jersey! He is, absolutely ,one of the best. It s seems as though everyone that comes in speaks and calls him out by name. Excellent service every time.

Jersey has always been very kind to me when I go to this store. He s helped me when I ve been in bad situations and has went out of his way to bring parts to me. I appreciate him so much! He s by far the best that I have delt with at this store

I contacted AutoZone and spoke with Jersey about my battery. He was very detailed with his responses and provided superb customer service. When I arrived to the store, he remembered our conversation prior to that moment and was able to accommodate me within minutes regarding my battery. I would also like to acknowledge Grayson which placed my battery in my vehicle with no issue. They were both extremely helpful.

This Auto Zone is AMAZING. Some of the nicest people ever!! Came in with a flat tire, Jersey didnt hesitate to help me out and show me how to plug it. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!

I called all auto parts stores in danville, they all had item in stock. But what sold the deal was the impeccable phone customer from Camden was amazing and I decided to go there. Upon getting there lershaun helped me and he was just amazing. Whenever you need auto parts check them out. GREAT JOB

I needed my oil checked and air pressure in my tires. I purchased a quart of oil. After all was done, I tried to give the air pressure gauge back to the clerk that helped me. He expressed that I had been charged for it because he thought I would need it . The service was good but I didn't appreciate being charged for the air gage without knowing at the time of the sale.

Had a window broken from a smash and grab at the YMCA. Your staff helped get it covered under cover of their awning...Jersey was the one who helped me, thanks for having awesome and caring employees. Safelite couldn't get it replaced today and it's raining. Thanks again for caring staff when I needed it the most.

Me and my husband came in because I needed new headlights. Jersey was a great employee as he helped me find the best ones for my vehicle. He explained all of my options and helped in making my decision. This is a wonderful place with even better customer service.

I fell this morning and I needed a spark plug for my weedeater. The managers came to my car and helped me get it out of the car and change the plug. They even tried to help me start it. I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me when I really needed it.

Ok to start my family and I were traveling from Lynch Station , VA to Rockhill ,SC and busted the rear universal on my driveshaft on the interstate. We were stranded. I called the closest store to me that was about 6 miles away.I spoke to Jersey and checked to see if the parts needed to repair the driveshaft was in stock. Explained our situation and asked if they offered delivery to a person through somewhere like door dash or something like that. He took my info and pulled my parts and was able to process my transaction for me and offered to bring me the parts as soon as they finished helping the customers there at the time. I was very surprised to see someone that dedicated to helping his customers as he did that day. He brought me the part and I was able to fix our car and get back on the road. If you guys give a award for outstanding customer service and loyalty to his customers and company then this man deserves to be recognized by you guys as well. Looks like his reviews are obvious and speak for theirselves. Thanks Again Jersey!!!!!This store was located 3426 Riverside DrDanville, VA 24541United States

Needed new wiper blades and to fix my washer hose. Stopped by and Jersey was super helpful in helping me choose the best for my car and then not only installed them but gave me tips on how to fix my hose issue. Jersey is super friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back thanks to him.

Ended up here because I was having car trouble and with my kids. Thank god for Jersey! He was absolutely accommodating to my best friend, my kids and I. I could literally not have asked for a better customer service here. He made sure we stayed cool and had everything we needed. My alternator needed to be replaced so we got that and then it didn t work. They even made sure we had the tools to fix it! He went out of his way to make sure that we got one from another location and that everything was working smoothly before we left. Absolutely outstanding and thankful for Jersey!

Hi I've been coming to auto zone for years and a company should know by now that when you have great people representing your business you should do everything you can to take care of them. I've got to shout to the one they call Jersey. He's got the greatest attitude when it comes to services and helping customers. He goes the extra mile everytime for people. My go to store whenever I need something. Jersey has always greeted me as if he s known me forever. He knows the store inventory well and I can get in and out fast without wasting time browsing the aisles. He s the main reason I choose to come here first before any of the other stores around town.

We found a screw in our tire and really didn t want to make the 70 mile trip home at 8:30pm. Stopped in and Jersey greeted me like he had known me for years. He really went above and beyond to make sure we would make it home safe. It s so nice to encounter someone who truly cares rather than just being there for a paycheck.

Had an issue with my brakes so I stopped here. The employees were awesome. They had everything I needed in stock and were willing to help out in any way they could. Grayson, one of the employees, even stayed after his shift finished to help me bleed my brakes after I finished my repair. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Jersey was great. Didn't treat me like a woman in a man's shop, if you know what I mean. Helped me get wipers for my vehicle and all season washer fluids & put them on. In and out less than 5 minutes. Thanks for your help!

Amazing customer service! Jersey and Seger are excellent employees, they assisted me with a tire problem and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend Autozone Danville to anyone
