My mom's car broke down. I had told her not to drive there would not make it back, bc I had said it was dead battery but cables also need cleaning, what she drive. To your store. Where it had to sit. I had already jumped it7x in 3 days.Guess I know a little of what I'm talking about.

O7 1/2 hazard signal flasher not in the normal location. Manager quickly responded and stated that I had a 07 and a half. And the flasher would be located under the which is the body ecm unit. Always wondered what that box was under the seat. Spent a good day or so questioning where the hazard signal flasher was. Big thanks to these guys!

Thank you Maurice! Outstanding customer service! You saw us struggling to install a bulb in my 4 runner and came over and assisted showing both my daughter and I how to do it for the next time this happens. No other employee has ever taken the time you did to go step by step and show me how this is done. I had no idea it was so easy. Thank you so much. You have a customer for life!!

The Karen name Summer, was very rude. Most people who pick up deliveries are only there to do so. If someone stole something it shouldn t be relayed to me. She was very nasty for no reason, her face was turning red because I refused to sign something that was already paid for. Remember that you are the Help. It s not your store Help. I also asked this white lady who dashes also, was she ever asked to sign something and she said no. So it s blacks sign only.

I went in and was able to find what I needed. Also one part they we're out of stock at this store but found it at another store and we're able to call and make sure it was there. I buy a lot of my parts here because they are always friendly and on point. Always able to help me.

Manager Keith Brown would rather lose a valued customer than exchange a $30 set of headlights that the website showed as an exact fit in error. He offered absolutely NO HELP even after I offered proof and told him he would lose my business. Thankfully corporate refunded me but only after I had to waste 3 hours of my day. SMH@ Keith

Every time I try to deal with this chain here, I m disappointed. The communication factor of the employees end in dead ends. I m told wrong dates for delivery to store, part recognition is poor and I have trouble getting mechanic specialty tools that are available through Advance. I m a humble person but how humble do you have to be to shop there?

Traveling from Out of Town. Rep was very helpful. Arrived at this location at 1420. Needed assistance with oil cap to put in a quart. Top of cap broke off. Rep came out to assist. Also advised where to get a new cap. I wish I took extra time to get his name. From travelling over night. Wanted to eat and check in hotel, Rep eased our worry of our travel home.

Was a quick visit today, helpful staff. Was about 5 people in front when I got there and by the time I was done browsing they had all been served. Very pleased with the speed and service. In and out in 7 minutes.

The battery went out in my 2016 Ford fusion. I called around advance Auto gave me the best price and warranty for my battery. The salesman was helpful. Sincerely Richard Catterton

Staff was rude and didn't know much. I ordered a product and even with computer they ordered wrong part. When i took it back they ended up giving my money back but refused to give me the $16 shipping cost back. My advice...go to Autozone where they know what they are doing

The 4 eyed white girl is a bit* h and doesn't know any thing about vehicles. She is one of the worst employees I've ever ran into...ADVANCE AUTO PARTS shouldn't be flying flags of the Armed Forces because they are ignorant, rude, and inconsiderate to Veterans...SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!

I had the trailer connection stop working. I called and they had the parts I needed waiting for me. Friendly would be a understatement!They even helped to secure the new lights on my trailer.I will be back to THIS store if I am in the area and need anything again.

I've always had a good experience with this store. This one visit I made this week all of the employees were standing towards the back of the store talking. There was only one employee that was working the front. That's a little frustrating.

Great place to stop in for a car check in. You may need to go to other hardware and auto part stores for what you need, but all in all, pretty good here.

These associates know there job!! I have three stores close by..if one doesn't have it, one of the others does..if not..next day by noon!! Gota love Advance Auto!!
