I went to them to get some rims of course and the staff was awesome and had well acknowledgement of the product I was interested in, I was very happy with the out come, the Manager of this location was AWESOME!!! THANKS RIMTYME, I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!!!

Had a flat with no spare, stranded. Panicking. Called talked to Beckah and she got me right in right before closing. Josh found the last tire available. I rolled in and got my tire replaced. Awesome place. Awesome people. Saved my day. I highly recommend RimTyme Colonial Heights, VA

Purchased used tires from them at the end of October 2019. Three of them had chunks of rubber missing from the sides, but I was assured that this wouldn't affect the tire.Within a month of having them on the car, I had one blow out on me, requiring a tow and a new tire during a roadtrip. Now, 4 months after purchase, another has a bubble in the sidewall and a 3rd has 2 major cracks in the sidewall. Both of these tires now have to be replaced as well.I understand that used tires are just that, used. But for the money I spent, they should have lasted longer than this. I should have just bought new tires and saved myself the hassle.(The mark on the rim is just road dirt and mud, I just wiped it off. There is no damage to the rim in either area.)

Went in a 2/18 and spoke with Bill the guy with the braids on a set of cash price wheels. Unfortunately they had already been sold, but he went above on beyond and found me a set on the showroom floor that was a decent price. I came back the next day and got setup up. It was a very quick and easy process. They fixed me up.

This was my first time at RimTyme. I must say that the experience was very nice and uneventful. Bill was the gentleman that assisted me with my rim choice. I had an entirely different rim idea than he did but I didn't know anything about them. He was very good at explaining the do's and Don"ts and helped me pick out a very nice rim that made me happy. Thanks

Very helpful! I recommend everybody in the state of Virginia that wants to have style for their vehicle and wants to have their vehicle like new. Come here. They are professional and very friendly. I feel like I m at home for my rims for my vehicle. I look to build a long relationship with these people. Thank you RimTyme!!!!!!

Every time I come here the service is always professional and helpful. Derrick and Ron know their information and always provide excellent customer service. The store is always well-maintained and I never have to wait for help. When I got my rims and tires put on, I didn't wait long at all. My car was in and out. I recommended this site to everyone I know. If you want professional and friendly customer service this is the place to go.

Very nice staff. Had lots of laughs with them while going through the whole process. Desmond was my sales person. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and even helped me to pick good looking rims for my vehicle. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new rims but can't buy them flat out. The prices aren't crazy expensive like most rim shops.

This was the first time I ever purchased rims and tires. The employees at the store really made my experience really plesant. They were helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase. The 2 guys in the back Lucas not Ryan made me feel like I was apart of the family and I will definitely be back. Thanks

The customer service was OUTSTANDING. The people that worked their was honest and very friendly. The prices at this rim shop is very reasonable. Great people and very professional, love the customer service. I recommend everyone go purchase rims from them.

Bill provided exceptional service!! He answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable!! He made my tire purchase very easy and even interacted with my son while we waited!! i definitely recommend RimTyme and ask for Bill!!

I recently just bought a set of rims and tires and the employee Sam was a great help. She walked me through everything with a smile on her face. I sure do recommend. And the installers had everything done in less than 25 minutes.

Great customer service, super informative, the staff knows what their talking about. I spoke with Kevin through my visit. I was nervous / skeptical about this place but Kevin made it simple, he was a great dude to work with. Will go back! Thanks guys!

Very dissatisfied. I went to Rim Tyme in Colonial Heights on the boulevard. I understood they were busy and it was about an hour til closing, but it seemed as if they didn't have time or want to deal with me at the moment. I was looking for a particular wheel, which they weren't sure if they could find. The associate mentioned that he wanted to check the following day since it was about an hour from closing time. The associate who was 'helping' me gave me what I suppose was his personal email and said he would follow up. I had to reach out to him after not hearing anything for two days. I never heard anything back after that initial follow up. I guess he/they gave up looking for the wheels and since no transaction took place at that time, my money or business was of no loss to them. Oh well...

the guy the George was super nice and very understanding, he helped me a lot with the tires i wanted to get and the payments. they give you everything you need when buy the tires or rims you want, they also keep the maintenance up for free on your tires after you buy. this is a great place to by tires:)

Kevin was very informative about the 20 inch rims that i needed. Took care of me swiftly. Very good business. Shouts out to Tom also for taking care of a tire issue. Will return in the future.

I used to be a loyal customer for years with Tom. But this RECENT EXPERIENCE I doubt I will return. May 5th was there just about 4hrs, after doing a 12hr shift overnight and had to return to work shortly......to do a repeat service I had done a few years ago. Hardly anythg listed or displayed was in stock so I had to just pick smthg. I left my own rims there (again) due to waiting on a new shop to ship in one replacement.......I'm thinkn I'm in a monthly schedule, but regardless, I received no text due to my number being incorrect on their paperwork, no email no letter no bill in mail. Just friday evening heading to work I did receive a paper notice stating renew my lease or else....why? Saturday I woke up to see my car posted on stilts. No knock on my door. I called in remembering the paper and was told very sarcastically can no longer do business even though this is on them #Rude so of course we argued. And I have my receipts. 2nd day I couldn't go to work so I stayed up all night just to get this handled. I want to speak to someone higher up bc i refuse. Effn RIDICULOUS. David, the new guy, totally bad for business.

Great service! Had tire trouble traveling through Virgina on vacation. Stopped in and got four new (24 low profile tires hard to find) and had them put on within an hour. Couldn t be happier! Great people and service!

Went to purchase 2 NEW tires..after tires were put on asked about warranty and was told THERE IS none. Asked why for new tires and was told only certain brands have warranty. Told dude at counter to take them off and was charged $25...POOR customer service specifically as I wasn't initially told about the warranty issue. Will not be purchasing from them EVER again. Wifey has bought new tires and rims from them in the past year. Wouldn't suggest anyone purchasing new tires get them from there

Joey and Lucas took excellent Care of me. I came in with a cracked rim and 2 dry rotted tires. Lucas helped me find nice rims, Joey made sure they were affordable and I left an incredibly happy Customer. My car looks great and is now safe for me to drive. Rimtyme Colonial Heights is amazing!

Sitting here once again to get tires put on, since they put the wrong ones on to begin with! Was supposed to be priority whenever I came back, but 45 min later car still sitting out front. The only thing I can seem to count on with this company is that whatever they tell me, they are going to do the opposite. Would love to speak to the owner! Definitely would not recommend this place, unless you feel like being lied to is NORMAL. Something else that's funny to me is the owner responds to negative reviews, but where's the thanks to all the good reviews? (something to think about before YOUR sitting here time just a wasting!) 2 and a half hours later, they bring my car back out tire pressure 43,28,25, and 32. WOW REALLY! Not the brightest crayons in the box, for sure!

Amazing guys! Came in unsure of the previous pattern I had purchased and they helped me find the perfect rim and switched them out fast and easy! I rate this business definitely a 5 star shop!! God job guys!!! And thanks again!!!
