Top quality work. Keith really cares about his business, the customer and the workmanship coming out of his shop. Attached are before and after pics of my 1985 Mako 171 console. The pics speak for themselves.

Dropped the Stella Ann Robalo 2120 off in March to get a new lift system installed on the original Mercury 225. They contacted me and said parts are not available but we will keep checking. I checked in every couple weeks. Ashley was very helpful and the parts became available the third week of August. They had to pull a 1996 saltwater motor off the boat. They contacted me to let me know that shop time was more than expected. I expected that to be the case. Repairs were completed 10 days after parts arrived. A lift relay went out in the mean time and Keith's covered the part for me. Nice folks and reasonable price for the amount of corrosion.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I waited a while to post this review, but at best I can only rate Keith s with 2 stars. The only reason it s not 1 star is they are nice people.I had my boat with them for over 2 months. They said they were backlogged. Then once they did look at the boat and the engine code, they told me I needed a new ECU. They could not find one, so I did. It was $1,300 and when they replaced the unit it did not fix the problem. Then they said the new ECU was bad.I finally decided to pick the boat up and fix elsewhere. The final fix was a bad spark plug. A set of new plugs and it was fixed. I lost a lot of money and time on this.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Absolutely one of the Best boat repair shops in the state of Virginia. AWESOME work ! Had a friend bump a bridge pyling and bust the side of my boat open. They closed the gap and fiberglassed it back and repaired my wrap around rubber!

Very reliable and friendly! I just had my pontoon worked on at Keith's and I couldn't be more pleased. The work was done as requested and on time. Ashley in the front office was great to work with; scheduling, drop-off and pick-up were super easy.I will be dealing with Keith's for all of my pontoon and fishing boat needs from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Accessory & electronic installations, Battery inspection/service, Oil change

We took our boat to Keith last fall and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. He did it in a timely manner and his prices are extremely competitive!! Him and his employees are friendly, honest and hardworking! We will not take our boats to anywhere else!!

Keith recently completed service repaires and sold a boat for my wife and I. Keith was very honest in his diagnosis and more than fair with repair service cost. I can t say enough of the integrity of Keith s character. Keith means what he said and does what he said. He was able to sell our boat 2 days after his service repairs. I would recommend Keith Boat Service for anyone looking for above exceptional service and friendliness. If and when I buy another water craft, Keith s Boat Servive will receive my business. 5 stars is not enough for the service we received from this establishment.Glenn/Pam

Keith is a very respectable owner who takes responsibility for his work and back his service by a personal code of ethics. Keith s Boat service provides a custome relationship between the company owner and the Customer. My recommendation is to have an open dialogue about your expectations and desires of what you want for your boat. The company has endless maintenance options and services it can provide.For example: Boat storage, cleaning, unscheduled maintenance, schedule maintenance, interior and exterior upgrades, electronic and the ability to order custome parts, and decals. I could go on for hours about everything Keith offers. He has even spoken to me how he provides a mobile service to customers that owns houses on lakes and don t have the time to bring their boat to the shop. I have been a customer of Keith s boat shop for over a year and have had a very positive experience from this local shop.You won t be looked at as another customer, your face will be recognized and your name will be rembered. I also recommend that you give them a call before you show up, Keith has a loyal following of boaters that depend on his experience and exceptional technical ability to diagnose and repair boats.

Very courteous and attentive. Great guys all around. Keith will be the only person getting my business from here on out. A+ service. Had me in and out in less than an hour which is unheard of in the boat repair business. Thanks again guys

Keith performed engine compression checks and scans on a boat I am planning to purchase. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, on time and the price was fair. I recommend them and will use them again.

Nice people but never got service because my boat is over 10 years old. Called me back & basically said Don't Bring It By. A little butt hurt but it's all good. Probably thought I didn't have money. All good. It got done & someone had a decent payday

They couldn't get to my boat for 4 weeks so Justin the ski mechanic said he could fix it so I dropped it off and 2 weeks later got it back 450.00 and carbs were not adjusted correctly or handles or idle or air fule ratio black smoke on rear boat and for bad review I get a threat to contact lawyer I just want some of my money back for poor jobService: Engine repair

Dropped a motor off there in late March early April now it's July he never looked at it. Made many calls couldn't get a response went buy and picked it up. Would highly recommend as a storage facility they don't work on moters they just store them by the way it's now July what a joke
