Ok for those wanting to take a risk! As is no warranty is a huge risk! We knew that we were overpaying for the car BUT expected it to last at least a year! We paid it in full and a month later it was completely broken down!!! Pretty disappointing to know that we got a lemon and an Idk response! Just our experience; maybe the dice will be in your favor.

I don't know how this company works I can only tell you I called and the man who answered spoke two seconds which I didn't understand him and he hangs me up then I called back two more times which he hung up both times. So how can anyone ask questions if he hangs up? I know I won't buy nothing from them. Not friendly service.

Going to a car dealership is not one of my favorite things to, but Family Auto sales was an exception. They took my trade, offered an affordable budget and I left with a beautiful Dodge caravan. The experience was fast, painless and had a no-haggle environment

I got a 03 Tahoe from them three days ago! It is currently not run and cutting off randomly and now has a knock in the top end my mother reached out and the man at the desk was nasty and said to take it to a mechanic I wait over a month for them to fix it for it to be ready for me and then not even three days later they leave me with no vehicle and still want 6000 . It hurts to write this cause I have spoken highly of them until now I see how they run their business and it s hurtful .. least they could swap it out but no ..

Great place to get a vehicle. Shelly is amazing. I've got 2 vehicles from here and will probably get another one soon. They even have layaway.

Absolutely wonderful people, As long as you keep your word and make your payments on time they will be happy to work with you. Easily the best car shopping experience I'I've had. 11/10 would recommend them.

Awesome is the best way to put it. She does no interest, low prices on reliable vehicles, she let us pay our deposit and then tell her what we could afford every month. She does everything with DMV for you so you do NOT have to stand in line to get everything legal and paid. Her prices are reasonable and she tells you from the beginning that she will work with you BUT if you do not pay she WILL get her car back. It isn't hard to make the payments as she WORKS WITH YOU!!!

they sale LEMONS. i do not recommend anyone in VA to buy from them. they will sale you the worst car first. i do not know what kind of scam they have going on here but the cars are terrible. i would rather ride the bus then deal with the terrible cars here.

Great place to get your car ...they work with you when you have to be a little late making a car payment ...the people are very nice I m happy to have worked with them ...I just paid my car off two days ago & happy...good car lot business

Since I bought a car from them I have been having problems I didn't even have the car for a month, this is what they do fix the cars up a they look presentable then once you hand them money and drive off and if some happen they act like they don't care I had my car for 5 months and ever month something is wrong with it. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON.

Professional and courteous service they hold you to your word and biggest thing is make those car payments on time or they will come get it. Communicate with them they will work with you
