Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. Definitely using them for all future needs and would highly recommend. 10 stars.Service: Tires

After my elderly parents blew a tire on 81 at exit 323, my sister and I stopped in 3 different places looking for assistance that would be faster than the 2+ hours the roadside assistance had quoted. Though they were busy, Nate told my sister he'd try to find someone to send out, and we left without much optimism. Much to our surprise, about 15 minutes later, Jeremy shows up and TOTALLY saved the day!! Such great service from these guys and my parents (who were on their way home to NC to celebrate their anniversary) were able to get back on the road in under an hour. We're SUPER grateful for these guys and will certainly be bringing more of our business here!

My tires started sliding on the interstate so I pulled over at the next exit. I googled a tire place and came across them. I called and asked for a quote on a size 16 used tire. Nate tells me that he doesn t sell used tires( in an nonchalant way) so I then say ok what s the price of your new tire? And then he begins to tell me that : THERE ARE A 1000 DIFFERENT 16 AND I MUST HAVE ALL THE NUMBERS FIRST! Which could be true be it s HOW he talked DOWN to me INSTEAD of just explaining!So I said I ll write them down and call back. But I will gladly take my money and business somewhere where it may be appreciated. I ve never seen a business DISCOURAGE a potential client from shopping with them!By the way Nate, just because I CHOOSE to buy a used tire doesn t mean I CAN T afford to buy them new.I am a business OWNER who appreciates ALL my clients maybe you should try that.I will definitely NOT recommend anyone of my color to this place. It is what it is.

WOW! The guys and the service at Stateline Service and Sales are AMAZING! If you re looking for a shop who knows their stuff and who will give you the best price - you gotta come here! They treat everyone s vehicle like they re working on their own! I m a mom with a super busy schedule and I have taken my car there for regular maintenance and for service like AC work and when my car wouldn t go over a certain RPM and they have always fit me in, fixed it right and treated me good!! Nate and Josh and their team are truly a BLESSING!! They are super nice guys and they always treat their customers soo good! You gotta go!!!

My wife , myself , and our 2 dogs were traveling to Southwest Virginia on Christmas Eve, (7.5 hour drive) to spend Christmas with her family. We had a wheel come loose and break 3 of my lug stems off. We were screwed. Drove up the road from the gas station about a mile and saw their shop. Lights were on, they were not open.They were supposed to be shopping for Christmas presents, but decided to help us. They couldn't call for parts because everyone, including them were closed, but they had old parts they used to repair our trailer with. Not only did they help us, when they were closed, but they said it was the best gift they could give for Christmas, and wouldn't take money , because the parts didn't cost them anything and said Merry Christmas.There aren't enough people like that in the world. Great guys. I wish I could do more for them to thank them.I hope this doesn't encourage anyone to take advantage of them and think they aren't in need to make a living. I am just trying to do what I can to let people know the kind of honest , respectable guys run this business.Thank you again guys.I hope you enjoyed your Christmas.Because of you, we did , and so did my wife's family.

Good communication everything appears to be functioning properly now. Gave me a quote actual invoice was less than quoted. They seem very transparent and rustworthy. They are no nonsense no high pressure up sales all to common with the big chains and Dealerships. Dropped my car of in the a.m. ready that evening as promised.

I acquired a used Peterbilt modified as a custom motor home. Stateline went through the entire truck to ensure it was spec. They discovered a discrepancy in billing from Cummins for injector replacements and saved me thousands! These guys are absolutely first rate and incredibly good people!Just completed a 6600 mile trip and it ran flawlessly.Can t say enough good things about Josh and Nate! They will treat you right!

The guys at stateline are needless to say some of the best in the business. Me and my family were traveling south on 81 when I blew an injector line on my diesel. They where able to point me in the right direction to find parts that seemed impossible to get on a weekend. As soon as we got the parts they got me right in and did a fantastic job fixing my truck especially with no notice. If your in this area you would be crazy to go to another shop me and my family thanks you guys big time!!!

Its so nice not to have to deal the big box stores, and have a a local company who actually cares. I'm the 'elderly parent' Megan spoke of and if I lived closer I would do ALL OF MY BUSINESS with Stateline! Jeremy didn't charge us a thing because HIS boss, Nate gave the ok. We don't even live there! Stateline totally saved the day for us and we can't thank them enough! I don't know what the lady was complaining about with regard to color....my children are very obviously children of mixed heritage and we had no problems at all! Again, thank you very much to Nate and Jeremy and Stateline!

Saved us from our vacation headaches! 40ft toy hauler camper blew 2 tires right before their location within miles of eachother. 1st tire we had a spare once other tire blew we found their location a couple miles away. They kindly loaned us a spare so we could use it to get camper to them to replace all 6 tires to keep us safe. They had proficient quick service replacing all 6 tires. While waiting out 2nd vehicle shreaded its serpentine belt. They quickly got that vehicle in garage replaced belt and got the 11 of us back on the road to our destination! According to the "house of operation" listed here, you are open today, Saturday. However, after driving just over an hour to you to purchase some Rev-X because you're the closest dealer to my location, I find out you actually closed. You might want to consider updating your hours here on Google maps because round-trip I wasted almost 2.5 hours based on this listing. Lesson learned.

A friend recommended this place and I certainly wasn t disappointed! Great and fast service!Got new tires here awhile ago and now I come here for all my oil changes. Very reasonable prices.
