Jeremy and Carl were absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped me with all my concerns, and ensured I was taken care off. I had my car ready on time as promised. Absolutely will recommend this location.

Great customer service! Free tire check and service guy dedicated to putting air in your tires at no charge!....located on Mall Drive next to Costco in Midlothian.

Booked an appointment online (love that) to get my tire checked out because there was a screw in the tread (didn t love that). Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and helpful and I m sorry I didn t get their names to acknowledge them. They were able to fix my tire while I waited and no one tried to upsell me on things I didn t need. I ve been to a few different locations and every single time has been exceptional. I will always love you, Discount Tire.

When I needed new tires for my vehicle I thought they didn't matter that much. But to these guys, they matter, A LOT! I've never been to a business that was so excited about something as boring as tires (no offense). Point is, don't shop anywhere else because I can't imagine any place caring as much about your tires as these guys.Karl was the manager/owner when I went there. He walked me through all my questions even though he was clearly very busy. The customer service reps offered me tires at different price ranges and didn't pressure me into any I wasn't comfortable with.I brought two of my vehicles there in the last year and I will be back any time I need tires. The wait times were very reasonable both times I went. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Stopped by to get my tires filled with air and as usual discount tires team didn t disappoint. Fast, courteous and friendly. I worked with Ryan and he was awesome! I will always bring my vehicles to discount tire and that s from someone who works at a car dealership.10/25/23 update:Another completely satisfied customer. Got 4 new tires on my Mercedes and I gotta give a shoutout to Karl Rhein for being top notch on customer service. HIGHLY recommend.

Always love discount everywhere I go. The biggest complaint I have when I do go into a discount tire is that there is not a lot to communicate to the customer how to get help. When they are not busy usually someone will help you immediately but when the line gets long a ticket system would help customers feel like they are being recognized and employees from having to hold back the onslaught of customers. Just a suggestion.

I knew I would be needing some new tires soon, so I stopped in to price them. Patt was so awesome, he had so much patience with me, he took some wheels out of the box so I could see what they would look like on the car. It was right before closing Jayden and the crew worked quickly to get it done. Eric gave me a great deal! 10/10

Everyone was friendly. They appeared to have my best interest at heart. They were very efficient finding the problem with my tire leaking. Sadly, I needed a new tire but their explanation of why was factual. They quickly installed the new tire and I was on my way.

Every single person I interacted with was extremely nice and genuine. The manager was so kind and explained everything to me. I might just start purposely getting nails stuck in my tires just to experience that again

Great customer service by Ethan today. Took care of the nail in my tire and also bolted a loose plate back in place when I noticed it hanging under the car. Above and beyond!

I can't sing Discount Tires' praises enough. I have used DT for years and have yet to find a location that stinks. The gentlemen working there are kind, respectful, quick, and reliable. I needed four new tires and an alignment done asap. Not only did one location call ahead for me to another location when they didn't have my tires, but they got me in last minute, no questions asked. They were also done in a little over an hour, which was amazing. The price was right and the cheapest in town. I will never choose another tire place. Ever.

Anthony was my reason for coming back with my second vehicle. He checked my first car tires and said they were in great shape. I brought my second car in and he checked them. Both my rear tires needed replacing. I got them done the very next day. So fast and efficient. He was so kind and so helpful!! 10/10 service.

I must admit I drove right past this place many times. One day I finally stopped in and I've never looked back. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't try to upsell you like many other places. On top of that I cannot begin to find a vendor that beats their tire prices. And I'm not talking junk. Name brands. Don't make the mistake I did. Don't drive by. Stop in.

Excellent customer service! I was met at my vehicle at my appointment time and the gentleman did a quick survey of my vehicle. They took it in quickly and went right to work. By far, this was the most efficient tire shop I've ever used. Two techs worked in tandem and had me wrapped up in 30 minutes with 4 new BF Goodrich Radial All Terrains and 4 new TPMS sensors. Tire balancing is spot on. Communication was really good, with only one minor little glitch; they did not ask what pressure I wanted the tires inflated to. However, they set the new tires to the same PSI as the old ones. In all, I would highly recommend this Discount Tire location with no reservations whatsoever.

Would highly recommend this place! I bought four tires for my Tacoma and the service was incredible and the price was the best around! I had interactions with Carl, Sam, and Heather and they were all so friendly and I was in and out in no time!

They are very quick to sell tires but I came in to get my tire pressure checked and I had to wait 30 mins. Ridiculous.

I went in to get a tire sensor fixed that another service center price gouged me for AND failed to actually fix (looking at you, Dance Service Center ). I didn't even have an appointment, I just walked in and got quick, professional service. The attendant was informative, helpful, and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unneeded stuff. I was given an estimated completion time, and they came within thirty minutes.While there I went ahead and replaced two worn out tires and rotated the other two. Two weeks later I got a nail in one of my old tires. I took my car to Discount Tire and they fixed that tire (it wasn't even one of the ones they sold me) FOR FREE!!!Discount Tire has won my business.[Side note: they also will replace your windshield wipers if you want them to. I think it was a reasonable price for a premium wiper]

I used Discount Tire near Costco on Mall dr. for the first time this week and the experience was excellent. They have a great website where you can select the tires you want and set an appt. I showed up, the service tech was very professional and I was out the door in only 30 mins. with my new tires. I will be back!!

I stopped in today at the Mall Dr location this afternoon to see what needed to be done with a potential slow leak in one of my tires. I had -0- expectation that they would actually act on it today. Ryan checked out all of my tires, gave me a good overview of what he was looking at, didn't hard sell and showed me which tires might need replacing and why. He factored in a warranty credit as well. But the awesome part is he had someone look at the problem tire right then (I offered to return tomorrow)- they took out the implement causing the slow leak, patched it and I was on my way in 30-45 min. Cound not have been more customer-service friendly. I will return in 2 weeks to replace 2 other tires for what I thought was a reasonable cost compared to what I had investigated prior to going there.

Ethan, Jaffari, and Jaden were are exceptionally kind, polite and attentive. I had to buy a new tire because the tire (purchased at discount tire) couldn't be repaired. The tire was ordered and received the same day at a discounted price. Communication was top notch!

Ryan and Karl provided exceptional service! Despite a busy day with a line of customers, they demonstrated outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and kindness, making me feel like I was their top priority. They approached my situation with expertise and a respectful attitude, making sure that I fully understood the necessary repairs and maintenance. Their friendliness and kindness were refreshing, especially in an industry that can sometimes feel impersonal. Jadfari in Midlothian VA store was so nice, so helpful, so kind. He set me up with the logistics for an install for 4 tires in Nevada, with location, date and time. It could not have been more smooth and efficient. Price was better than anywhere else and customer service was second to none.
