I got some work done at this location 14760 Hull street Rd The front office workers was pleasant and helpful.Carlos V was my contact Person.. Carlos kept me aware of my repair every step of the two wks . Caliber Collision is where I take my vehicles for repair. Hopefully you will do the same. Kudos to Carlos Thanks

The mechanics at Caliber Collision did a wonderful job reparing my son's car. Paul was in charge of handling our service and everyone was nice and friendly and very professional. We are very satified with the service received. We got the car back almost a week early. I was notified everyday with text message about the update of the car.

Good customer service. The work done on my car was excellent and timely. I thought the price was a little much but worth it in the end. This location is near Enterprise and I was able to drop off my rental at Caliber for Enterprise to pick up. Would recommend to anyone.

It was a great experience! Things were handled very well and the customer service was great. We had a supply chain problem with getting our parts in over a period of three or four months but once the parts came in, it was repaired even though they were unexpected, damages that were not caught with the initial inspection.I will say that the key fob that we gave them for our Van was damaged once it was returned to us and it won't work anymore.

This is our second time using Caliber and they have been perfect. This small fender bender was taken care of within 4 days including painting and replacing plastic moulding! They have been great and we will always come back here for any work.

Great staff and great work! This is only body repair shop I will use in this area! Our vehicle was done days before projected return date and the vehicle looks brand new.

Had some work done here with a projected time of a month repair (pretty bad damage), they got the job done in almost half of what they said which was great. They also work with enterprise so I was able to drop my rental off with them as well when picking up my vehicle. Only had some minor discrepancies but the GM personally called me to fix whatever was wrong, Also Paul was great!

Caliber Collision did a great job on my RAV4. Had extensive damage from hitting a deer and the vehicle looks and run like new and they finished the job over two weeks early. Great customer service!!

I have used Caliber many times throughout the years and have always thought they were a great company; however, I was hit by another vehicle and was told by Progressive that Caliber is not in their network, but that I can choose my own repair shop, and can choose them if I'd like. Soooo I chose Caliber per usual, only to call and find out that they won't repair my vehicle because their corporate office does not allow them to work with Progressive because of them being out of network!! Just sounds ridiculous to me and is a major let down!!!!!

The entire Caliber Collision team was great to work with. They made the repair process easy and stress free. All with a smile on their faces. Adrian and his team went above and beyond to help me get my bumper fixed during an incident at a local service shop. He was able to place the order for the parts they needed and get them in a timely manner to get my car repaired. Since the color is unique they needed my car a few days. My bumper looks brand new like when I first got the car. I really appreciate the open communication through the whole process. Being my first time needing body work I didn t expect my car to be cleaned inside and out. Such a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend this location. Adrian and his team will get your car looking brand new!

I had them rated at a 4 stars, but now it is 2 and soon gonna be 1 or -5. I had work done to my truck 2018 Ram 3500 color Black. The work they did looked good until I saw it in a different light, and then I could see a haze and swirl marks. I have taken it back 3x, and it is absolutely the worst it has been yet!! I had some damage by a careless person fixed, and while it was in the shop, I asked if they could fix their previous blemish that they caused. Third time trying to fix it. "Sure can, no problem!" Now it is even worse after having for 12 business days. In the picture, the truck is wet due to rain, but you can clearly see how ugly it is!

If I could give less than one star I would. I contacted them for an estimate on two items I wanted repaired and was told because I was private pay they wouldn't even consider helping me. I was told they are only doing insurance claims. How stupid... you just turned away easy money!

My car insurance company did not give me a choice and it was very automated and convenient to take my car there. Get an appraisal. Get it fixed. And they did a good job. Prior to turning this over to my insurance company. I had a couple quotes to get the work doneand they were less than half the price. So if I was paying for it out of pocket, I probably would not take it to caliber.Service: Body & Trim

I do not recommend this business. After getting into an accident, it is already a headache and they do not make the process better. I took my car here to get an estimate and was waiting for a date to drop off for repairs. I waited two weeks and called back and they told me they cannot repair my vehicle. If I didn't call, I would have not been aware of their intent of not repairing my vehicle. The general manager got on the phone and used a rude tone of basically telling me oh well. To avoid the headache and nasty customer service, take your vehicle some where else. This location specifically do not care about customers nor providing great service.

They went above and beyond on my insurance repair. Not only did they do an outstanding job on my repair, they also cleaned a significant amount of tar of my vehicle, unrelated to my repair.Outstanding service.
