John was great and gave me his honest opinion on how I should move forward with the hiccup I had with my current tire size. Their trimming for wheel placement was clean and professional. Moving forward I ll be getting my aftermarket parts from them. Some cases pricing was cheaper then online.

These guys are SOLID Every single thing they ve done to my Jeep has been done thoroughly and completely.My goodness, local shops should be GRATEFUL that these guys refuse to become a full auto body repair shop! They would RUN THE TABLE Salute to the whole staff over there!They know EXACTLY what they re doing

Great recommendations on tire upgrade on OEM rims. Quality work on installation of Westcott Designs lift kit. Will be back soon for front bumper, lights, and winch setup! Excellent customer service and expertise.

MY 22 Bronco Wildtrak came in and couldn't wait to Trick it out.Met with John and he put together the right package wheels and tires to go with the lift i already purchased. Once everything cam in they installed the AMP Power running boards, 4" Lift from Maxlider, 20in fuel wheels with 37in Ridge Grapplers as well as 6 Rigid Spotlight Cubes in front bumpers wired to Aug switches. Couldn't be happier with they way it came out. Highly recommend getting your aftermarket add on's done by Trick Trucks in Chantilly. Go speak with John.

The boys over there at TTC Chantilly did a fantastic job. I brought my 2014 Taco in for a lift and auxiliary light job. The guys behind the desk knew exactly what needed to be done and explained every step of the process while the guys behind the tools executed with perfection. The techs were very accommodating and listened to all my requests. I will not hesitate in using them in the future, and neither should you.

Took my 2012 4Runner in for a lift kit. Both Johns I worked with are awesome! They were very quick getting parts! Had a small hickup with getting the wrong parts for rear suspension but they were replaced quick with no real inconvenience. John installed my mudflaps for free! (Thanks man!). Highly recommend! They know their stuff!

I've always kept my vehicles stock, and am new to the world of truck mods. I stopped in Friday w/my son, and Mike took the time to walk me through art of the possible to keep things clean and stealthy while also avoiding unnecessary spending. Thanks to Mike, I have a working budget and will be back soon for some install work!

I cannot speak to the actual work they do. I requested a quote online a few months ago for $10K+ worth of work. By virtue of unresponsiveness, this vendor lost 10K-15K of revenue, and is only worthy of a single star. Work was completed elsewhere. I make this comment not to bash this business, but because it is important for the owner to be aware.

Trick Trucks in Chantilly is the best truck shop I have ever worked with. I am 56 years old and have taken my cars and trucks to many different shops over the years. I have been taking my trucks to Trick Trucks for 15 years. I was just in there today to have the Air Bag suspension on my truck serviced. And as always, I got the best service anyone could ask for.I've scheduled most of my service with John who always has a solution, gives reliable recommendations, and is very responsive. I've found that all the guys there are great to work with! All the mechanics and service advisers are friendly and highly skilled.Customer service is first-class and the expert knowledge on products and skilled installation are second to none. I can't praise this shop enough. I wish all businesses would operate at the same high-quality level as Trick Trucks. Thanks for all the years of outstanding service!

I rarely write reviews but these guys are incredibly professional and have done a fantastic job on my Jeep Wrangler. They helped install my aftermarket tail lights, headlights, fog lights and more. Prices were reasonable for the quality of work done

The place does great work and is very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with the work that has been completed on my truck very happy. However, the way they spoke was very degrading which is not abnormal for that kind of place. If you can get past that they are worth every penny. On a side note when I price shopped the labor they were very competitive with other places.

After only briefly speaking on the phone to my new Bronco some upgraded wheels and tires the guy who I spoke with did not seem enthusiastic. I could not reach them for over a month after calling a handful of times. Finally got through after 8 to 9 weeks and they seemed reluctant to even have my business. Overall not the easiest to get a hold of, I will update once my wheels and tires are on.

I've been in communication with the guys in Chantilly and they have been amazingly helpful as I am in the process of customizing my Jeep Gladiator. I've been going back and forth with John and he has answered all of my questions thoroughly and timely. I will update my review once all the work is complete but the customer service has already been fantastic.

Trick Trucks did not do any work for us, but today I went to their place hoping to find a solution for the stiffness of my new truck.Like everyone else, they said there is solution but they recommended putting some weight in the back. I spent $50 on a few bags of gravel and my ride improved 100%. I m thankful for their advise.People that care, is worth doing business with.

John at the Chantilly office was unbelievably helpful. I purchased a new Jeep Rubicon over a year ago from a dealer which had installed a back country lift kit. Long story short, I ve had problems with lift since the day I purchased it and it s unfortunate that Jeep and it s employees have been literally zero help in resolving the issues. Not only did John take a bit of time to re-torque the suspension, (which the Jeep dealership in Tyson s refused to do for me and told me I had to take it back to the original dealer I purchased from in Leesburg) he did all of this for me without me even having to ask. He also went out of his way to resolve a few other issues he noticed. He was so beyond incredibly helpful I can t Thank him enough. His knowledge and customer service was just awesome. Thanks John!!!

These guys are the best in town for aftermarket truck/jeep modifications. I brought my truck in for a new lift, wheels, and tires and they not only had it done quickly but also arranged another shop to help out with a few things that were broken on the truck as well. Highly recommend and will be back for my next job!

Second time getting wheels and tires and there will be a 3rd. They are really helpful pointing you in the right direction, work and care is top notch, and you can tell they love what they do. Compare their prices to the equivalent online and you will be surprised how close they are without you having to do the work yourself! Highly recommend!

John and company did a great job putting on a hitch on my Mazda CX-5. It was my first time getting a hitch, and the team walked me through how to use it without making me feel dumb for not already knowing that. They also helped me navigate what accessories were important to get and had a good selection. I even got a call later that day, when they realized they accidentally overcharged me when they ran my credit card and wanted to issue a refund. Five star experience, hands down.

I spoke to John about a pretty big issue I discovered on some tires I purchase from them. When I bought the tires all I knew is I needed 10 plys and they lead me to the Nitto Terra Grappler G2s. I was very "green" on tire knowledge. Disclaimer: its been 2-3 yrs since I purchased them and I have put about 15k on the tires. They are for my 2nd vehicle that I hardly drive. After my first big road trip (a few weeks ago), one of the tires exploded deep on some forest roads in Maine. This about put me in some serious trouble. After doing some looking into the tires and talking to Nitto, I discovered I did not get 10 plys. This company put the wrong tires on my vehicle. My receipt states 10 plys too. After trying to work out a deal with John, the best he was willing to do was sell me more tires at cost. This "deal" has me taking all the hit for their mistake. Again, I dont expect them to assume all the cost, but believe a 50/50 split is fair. I guess you need know everything when making pricey purchases and cant trust any company to do the right thing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent knowledgeable staff, service, selection, prices and communication. I have had running boards and hitches installed, and purchased WeatherTech mats/liners and towing hardware. Installation work is done quickly while I wait at a nearby Starbuck's. This is the only place I go for equipment for my '99 Yukon and '14 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drive from McLean to Chantilly because it is worth it.

The customer service here is a joke lol. My truck had a 5inch bracket lift on it that I wanted to swap out for a BDS knuckle lift. Guy on the phone wouldn t allow me to even bring my truck in and said I was better off buying a new truck. He had a bad attitude the entire time I was just trying to give them business. Took my truck to a shop in Richmond instead who were happy to have my business. It took them only an extra 3 hours of labor to switch the kits out and my truck drives like a dream now.

I am not usually one to write bad reviews but given the service I received from Trick Trucks I don't want someone else to fall into the same trap as me.I had my Jeep Wrangler JK worked on here. I went in with little knowledge on what I truly needed but I was certain that I wanted to lift my jeep to a reasonable height and upgrade the wheels just the same.At the recommendation of the staff, I ended up going with a 1.5 teraflex lift kit. The associate said teraflex runs bigger than what they advertise so it would be more like a 2 inch lift. He also recommended putting on bush wacker fender wells, and go 2.0 fox shocks. As for the wheels I picked those out- fuel assaults 35 inch tire.The associate assured me that the leveling kit would provide enough clearance. I am new to jeeps and new to modifications so I agreed considering he worked at a lift store. Considering what I was about to spend I felt these guys were going to take care of me.It was after the mods that I began to experience all of the problems.- My wheel sensor continues to malfunction post them changing my tires- Had to go back in for my break lines not being installed after the lift kit install - bolts missing- rail guard was not cut to accommodate 35 inch tires, severe rubbing. Had to go back in to get them shaved.- rear shock was not installed correctly, missing bolt. I noticed 1 month later that my rear shock had come off the top mount and was slamming on every bump. The shock was missing a bolt, never installed and caused the remaining bolt to stress and break the mount-My last issue was just recent.. I modified my jeep to really take it out on the hills and have fun 4 wheeling. That is what it was built for.I took it out on light hills and noticed that the wheels were constantly hitting fenders and god knows what else. I had to stop in fear that I would damage my jeep further. I spent over $6k there and I feel that I may need to spend more as the lift is not high enough to accommodate the tires.I called back to see what if anything they could do to help and I pretty much got silence as it was now my problem. It was obvious that Customer service is not their top priority.unhappy customer.

I had my truck lifted at their shop summer of 2017 and having outside wear on all 4 of the tires. 2 alignments that I got through trick trucks ruined my tires and had to get 2 more alignments to reduce tire wear due to their poor quality service. I'm beyond angry at this shop and THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANYWAY AFTER YOU GET IT INSTALLED THROUGH THEM. DO NOT BUY THEIR RECOMMENDED KITS especially BDS lift kit on Toyotas. Their parts are defective. steering knuckle or spindle is causing this issue and will wear out your tires prematurely. Very dangerous and life threatening!I went to several shops that specializes in lifts in Chantilly area. They will tell you pros and cons about every lift kit whereas trick trucks will always say BDS because that's their highest profit making product. Very dishonest people. I made a huge mistake going through this shop.On the side note I had to contact bunch of dealerships that deals with lifted trucks and they recommended me to go to a shop that truly specializes in suspension lift kits. After I went to get my truck diagnosed, the owner of the shop immediately saw issues. I'm hoping that this shop will fix the problem or I need new lift kit installed and tires.Trick Trucks don't know nothing about alignments and knowledge about suspensions. they do some shady installation.PS: Because of them I had to buy another vehicle to commute to work because I don't want my tires to blow out while driving. My truck is sitting in my garage until I get new parts.

I been getting the stuff for my trucks here no issues only thing is for the campers it does it a long time to get since they are made to fit. Otherwise very happy with the service.

I brought my vehicle in to have some failing window trim replaced on the A.R.E. top on our truck. I had called when I noticed it flapping in the breeze and Max asked me to bring it out to determine what parts would be needed. I came out the next day and they replaced the trim while I waited in less than 10 minutes. They also ordered replacement struts for the glass gate at a tremendously reasonable cost.So often in this area customer service is just "meh". To be treated so well for a service that is such a trivial cost is just absolutely fantastic. Trick Trucks is one of the few places I have been that takes an obvious pride in customer service. They make me want to buy another truck so I can come in for running boards and rims.

Looking to beef up my Jeep Rubi and chose to go with Trick Trucks in Chantilly - best decision I made in a long time. Just when I thought customer service was dead, John M. and his crew proved me wrong. John M. never tried to up sale me, he only made suggestions if what I requested wasn't safe. I live an hour away and his crew stayed late to get me finished. I have a few other planned projects and will gladly make the hour+ drive to Trick Trucks in Chantilly.
