Rick provides excellent service and value. I trust his expertise and judgment and have followed his recommendations over the years across multiple vehicles. South Riding is not close to me, but I always make the trip because it is definitely worth it.

The service that I received at South Riding Automotive was excellent! Loved that they made appointments! Needed a state safety inspection and emissions testing. Had a couple of bulbs out and the price of the bulbs and installation was very reasonable. Matt was very helpful and answered all my questions.

South Riding Automotive is my first and only call for auto care and maintenance. Excellent service, excellent customer experience, quality work and advice. Rick and the crew have never let me down. 100% would recommend SRA to anyone. Very grateful to have someone I can trust to care for my cars. 5 stars and 10/10, would recommend!!

I called for an emissions appointment and was able to get an appointment the very next day! I was in and out in under half an hour and the staff was super friendly!

My car needed state inspection and they thoroughly checked my car. They found a small leak in my tire, offered options, and promptly repaired. Their team is knowledgeable, concerned, and a great asset to our community. I will take my cars no where else for services . Thanks!

Called Rick to explain the problem I was having with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He took the time to hear my issue which was Cold Air blowing on the Driver's Side with Warm Air on the Passenger. We discussed possible solutions and how it could be either the Blend Door Actuator or the Actuator Gear. After my discussion, I was better educated on the problem and the possible solution. I dropped my car off and Rick was able to get my car fixed very quickly which was a major bonus.

Rick and his team has always gone above and beyond to help solve issues with my vehicles as well as worked on my company vehicles. They stand behind their work and very honest. Scam artists ! They are friendly once you get there but will take weeks to get your vehicle back. Don t trust them with anything.

I made an appointment on Friday morning 9am. And when I arrived, I was told that no appointment has been taken and also asked me who answered my phone. Besides, he said I arrived at 9:05 which is later than 9am. Excuse me? I arrived on 9:02am and it is a raining day, and the several people were chatting in the back, no one came to talk to me even they saw me.Extremely poor customer service.Your business doesn t deserve me spend even a cent on it.I don t recommend anyone come here unless you like to waste your time and money.

As a person with over 40 years in the automotive business, I can say that South Riding Automotive is one of the best shops in the northern virginia area. Rick is one of the most honest mechanics I have dealt with and is extremely fair. I do not expect a man to work for free and his pricing is more than fair. Highly recommended.

Love these guys, have been using them for over 5 years -- Iived in the area for 17 years -- and they are my favorite mechanics. I won't name any names but I have tried five others before settling on Rick and his team. No, they don't always know right off the bat what the issue is but they go the extra distance to figure it out and explain it all in layman's terms. And they don't overcharge unlike some of the others in the area that insist that you need to replace everything. I've owned several cars over the years, mostly foreign and many with signicant mileage so they've done a great job keeping them safely on the road. Never had a problem with them breaking down. Am very happy and will continue to use their services. Definitely recommend!

Kindest staff I have ever met! Went out of their way to explain what was wrong with my car so I could understand, even showing me the exact piece! Very flexible! Most trustworthy place in the area!

Super honest. Ladies, you can go here and know that they aren't trying to rip you off. It's just not their motivation. If you don't know much about cars, no matter your gender, you can trust this business to be fair and honest.

this auto shop is CHEATER *** CHEATER *** CHEATER.Black mailing customers with false state inspection reports.I want to give NEGATIVE 100 rating to this auto shop.PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS SHOP instead save your valuable time and money

I never see any auto body shop like this .this is a worst shop .don't go for car repairs.inspections and emissions because they will break parts and they won't pass inspections and emissions. if you repair parts any other store and back to this store for re inspection again they will fail and will ask you to come 3 or 4 times and won't give any appointments.
